A huge thank you to Sanae for her hospitality during my stay at the hotel. This hotel is amazing, so accommodating and they go above and beyond. Everyone was so friendly, staff were brilliant.
A date change request could have been accommodated by the Manager.

Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft. Die Zimmer sind einfach gehalten, trotzdem wirkt alles sehr familiär und man fühlt sich sofort willkommen.
Der Kontakt war super einfach über WhatsApp. Sanaa war sehr gastfreundlich und sehr bemüht uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Sie hat uns verschiedene Tipps gegeben, was man in Rabat unternehmen und wo man gut Essen gehen kann.
Die Terrasse mit schönem Ausblick und Sitzmöglichkeiten haben wir leider aus zeitlichen Gründen nicht wirklich nutzen können.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichlich. Sanaa war flexibel, was die Uhrzeit anbelangt (wir durften ihr sagen, wann wir Frühstück haben wollen).
Wenn man unbedingt etwas anmerken möchte, dann kann man das wenige Licht im Zimmer nennen und die wenigen Haken zum Aufhängen im Bad.

Die Unterkunft lag zentral. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Sonderwünschen wurde entsprochen. Unser Host Sanna war sehr bemüht uns zu unterstützen.
Bei der Ankunft war es unordentlich und die Dachterasse war stellenweise nicht gegen Absturz gesichert. Das Haus war von außen nicht als Hostel zu erkennen. Weder Schild noch Hausnummer entsprachen der Adresse.

Good location in a beautiful street
No windows, the room was literally an oven, there was drunk people hitting the door for one hour at 3am we couldn’t even sleep in peace with the disturbance of the other people that was staying at the ryad, very bad experience

Sanaa was amazing and possibly the nicest person I met during my travels in Morocco.
Yosef made me a great coffee everyday.
I liked the roof Terrace as a place to relax and escape the madness of the Medina.

The apartment was on perfect location right in the old market. Also the personnel was very friendly.
The guy texted me few hours before our arrival, that sewege of our apartment is broken and offered us an alternative or cancellation, which was perfect, that he has offered us a solution. We took that alternative which should have been even better than our previous apartment, but it probably wasnt there was kinda a mess, some waste on the windows, lots of hair in the bathroom, etc it was probably not cleaned before our arrival. Also there were some insects.

The good service from the owners (the were helpful especially the young lady).
Overall, the total paid price would've been perfect for the quality offered if it wasn't for the city tax (4€ per night).
The rooms in summer are unbearable, no AC nor Fan and the windows are either small on non existent. I still mostly blame the global warming more than this establishment.

We were ware waiting outside the main entrance for more than 1 hour, no one attending the door ring, or knocking. Later, a man who was operating a shop near the hostel, help us and finally f ound the boy who was responsible and we entered 😪

It’s well located (though not easy to find at first). Once you’re in you have your privacy and staff was welcoming too.
There’s a mosque somewhere really nearby and you should be ready to wake up early in the morning with their first call for praying. it’s really loud. The breakfast was simple and the lady serving it did not speak English.

Amazing host, cosy room, clean and good breakfast. Cute terrace with city views. The host does everything and beyond to help, really welcoming and hardworking staff.
Like majority of riads in the Medina not very easy to find. If you get there at night, I suggest you speak to the hotel beforehand and get proper instructions to pass on to the taxo driver as majority won't have internet or gps. Cars cannot get into the Medina so you will have to be dropped off about 5 mins walk from the riad, so make sure you know the best drop off point.

very poorly maintained and poor hygiene , poor maintenance although booked for three nights first night we didn't sleep as someone decided to cook at 2am making noise in the shared kitchen, its kind of open building and suite has no privacy , very discomfort bedding and breakfast was awful , we ended buying breakfast from café.

We really enjoyed our stay, Ucef was an exceptionally kind and helpful host and the property was beautiful. Great facilities and the included breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Great location near the entrance to the Rabat medina. Comfortable rooms and a nice terrace with a view on the whole Medine where you can eat breakfast - large and tasty.

The host of the apartment was extremely kind and helpful. He came to pick us up outside of the medina and gave us complementary tea and biscuits on arrival. The room itself was great, good size and clean. The staff looked after us very well, made a great breakfast which we ate in the balcony and helped us order an taxi to the airport. Would definitely recommend!

The staff go out of their way to make sure your comfortable and have everything you need. We were able to enjoy a lovely view of the city on the roof whilst having breakfast 🥐.
