No matter to talk about the positive things if the property owners aren't correct people

There are a lot of rules in the house. First of all they oblige you to pay €250 for cleaning and €18/pp for towels and bedding. When you leave the house there is off course nobody who has time to come over and do a check. We have left the house in a very decent and clean condition but according to the owners some minor rules were not followed. Therefore they didn't return a part of our guarantee. In my opinion completely unjustified. When I replied to their email they even didn't want to go in discussion and redirected us to the agency. Anyway, keep your hands of this house because it is going to cost you much more than expected. It feels like a scam!
