I really enjoyed staying at Valerie’s condo. It was even better than the photos. Valerie left a welcome gift on the kitchen counter which was so thoughtful. The bedding was soft, clean, and there was tons of extra blankets and pillows. The bathroom was stocked with towels, soaps, a hairdryer and more. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings, the blue chairs were adorable and comfortable! The space is just really well decorated and cared for! I’m a picky person and a clean freak, and I was totally happy and comfortable in the space. Thank you!

This condo is so tastefully decorated and the whole property was one of the cleanest I’ve ever been to. I took my husband to Hot Springs for a birthday getaway and it was so perfect & relaxing at this condo. The owner was so courteous and easy to contact and made the check in and check out so easy!

The host was easily reached before the trip. The condo was perfect. We were close to the bypass and this gives access to the rest of Hot Springs easily. We enjoyed the freedom to come and go. The best part was “our private little beautiful place”! It was perfect!

This condo was exactly what we needed for our weekend in Hot Springs! The owner was very responsive to my inquiries and gave us all the info we needed plus more. Spent the days with 17 relatives and came back to this very relaxing condo. Very clean and beautifully decorated.

Very enjoyable, relaxing and peaceful. Our last night there was a tornado in the area and the tornado alarms and communication outside was loud and very clear. We spent some of the night in the stairwell with other guests safe and now we have a story to tell.

The condo was very well kept and clean. It was well furnished and had all amenities that we needed. Although it is not real close to all the downtown restaurants and shops, it did not take long to get there. Very quiet area. The bathroom sink is quite tall tho, esp. for a 5 foot tall person! The stool provided was definitely needed. Hope the renovations outside the patio will be done soon- not very attractive with scaffolding just over the wall.

The worst part of this experience was the horrible attitude of the owner. She was upset that I hadn’t completely cleaned the condo when I paid a cleaning fee to have a 1 bedroom condo cleaned. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. Also the building is extremely loud at night so it is hard to sleep. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear everyone walking down the hallway. Do not stay here unless you want to get chewed out for leaving a bit of a mess when you leave.

I needed a place to stay while I relocate to a new job in Hot Springs. After looking at the photos and reading the reviews, I decided to stay at the “Beautifully Condo on the Lake” and I couldn’t have made a better choice. The condo was perfect. Well furnished and so clean. My favorite part of the stay was getting up in the mornings to take a shower. The shower head and water pressure is amazing. I didn’t have a lot of issues, but when I did, I would text Valorie and she would take care of them right away (most of them were “user errors” on how to get on the wireless network and my TV cable is out).
I truly enjoyed my stay, and you won’t go wrong by choosing “Beautiful Condo on the Lake.

This condo was the best decorated condo that I have visited. It is in a great central location for visiting any area of hot springs. Valerie was great. When we arrived someone was parked in our allotted parking spot. Valerie went out of her way to remedy the situation. She even had someone to park in our spot to save it until we returned back from our meal. We will be staying here again.

The condo was just as it is in the pictures- very comfortable furniture. Felt like home, literally because i forgot some things needed for taking bath and she had everything you could need. Towels are soft. We didnt get to cook in the kitchen as we were only there for 2 nights. But we checked out everything and the kitchen had everything one would need to could a delicious meal. I did stay in contact with the owner and she was very quick to respond. It is a very quiet condo and everyone was very respectful.

If your looking for a great getaway say no more. This one bedroom condo was fantastic. We would come and stay here again and again. Cozy and romantic. Very clean and safe. 5 minutes away from everything. The hostess was amazing. She made everything extra special and quick to respond with any questions.

Very detailed and easy to understand instruction on getting into the gated property. Beautiful grounds well maintained and the building was both clean and updated. The condo was clean, decorated nicely, with a well equipped kitchen, and extra amenities in the bathroom (everything you need except toothpaste and toothbrush). Great comfortable bed with luxurious linens, and was even provided a stand fan (when you are used to having a stand fan ...you are happy to have one in a rental). Views from the balcony were amazing. Comfortable sitting in the living room with a cute lil blue chair perfect for reading a book. I enjoyed my 5 nights in #210 and was wishing for a few more nights.

We had a very relaxing anniversary weekend. The condo was very nicely decorated, clean and well equipped for a pleasant stay in a secure and quiet environment. It was just as shown on Vrbo listing and in a good location close to the lake. Our host was very gracious and answered very promptly and courteously any questions we had about amenities and dining opportunities! We felt very comfortable with her communication as if we were family. If we had opportunity, we could see ourselves making future visits! Thanks!

Amazing Property!
This was property was amazing. My husband and I stayed the weekend for my birthday and it was exactly what we wanted. It was quite and so peaceful. The condo was so clean, she had everything you would need (tons of towels and pool towels provided!) and she left us a little gift. Valerie was also VERY responsive if we needed anything. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great little getaway!
We arrived not knowing what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised. The condo was very clean and well equipped with pretty much anything you need, other than food of course. We were even invited to an ice cream party that some of the residents were having! Friendly people on top of everything else, we couldn’t have ask for better. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
