The location was very convenient to the main sites in historic Siena. The room was spacious and clean comfortable. The room was on the 3rd level of a building with access by the stairs. There was coffee available for us to make in the morning. She gave us great recommendations for dining.

We were glad to have reliable directions using Google maps because it can be difficult to find locations in a medieval city. We had no trouble with the stairs to get up to the room but this could be a challenge for a traveler with mobility challenges or someone traveling with a large suitcase.

The central location with easy access to the Duomo, the central square and the many osteria’s in the neighbourhood. It was spotless, full of charm, the room itself was very large. Just picture perfect in such an old city. Staff: easy to communicate with.

Francesca was so welcoming and helpful, especially with checking in and out! The room interiors were stunning and extremely comfortable! The location was perfect, a nice stroll into the centre of Siena. Breakfast delivered to our room the next morning was a lovely touch and so delicious! We only stayed a night but I would love to come back and visit Siena again and will definitely return to stay here! Thank you!

It was great having a kettle, tea and a mini fridge in our room. Good quality china was provided which made our stay feel special. The breakfast was very good. The owner was really helpful allowing us to have our bikes in our room.

they need a baggage racks so we don’t have to open our suitcases on the floor. that’s hard for older couples

Parking in Siena is a challenge, try to pack light as there are a lot of stairs on the property involved. There is a decent amount of walking if you park at the nearby garage so the lighter the bag the better.

An outstanding little hotel in a very nicely renovated palazzi in the very center of Siena. Francesca, the host, runs this wonderful place with a lot of care and love and we felt welcome from the first moment. The room was wonderfully decorated, perfectly clean, quiet and very comfortable. With its homemade breakfast à la carte, served on a tray on the room, our stay was just a perfect weekend in Siena.
