This home was perfect to celebrate my birthday with my family. The views were amazing from the decks. Convenient to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing four night summer stay. The home was very clean and spacious. Mark answered all of our questions easily. The house is in a great neighborhood and only a couple blocks from the beach. We will definitely stay again.

Great property close to the beach! Quiet neighborhood, property looked exactly like the pictures online. Plenty of space for my family. Each bedroom had their own bathrooms which was wonderful. Owner communcated with us very well and quickly. Owner was able to let us check in earlier than expected which we really appreciated. Overall great stay. Would definitely book again!

I will do it again I loved the house

Rented this house for a weekend in ac. The house was exceptional. However I received a text from owner that we were being too loud on a Friday night at 8:30pm. It was just a little music while pregaming our night. Really left a bad taste in my mouth.everything else about the house was great!

Home and pictures were as advertised. Prop requires renters to bring own linens and towels which was not evident at time of renting and came when supplied very specific house rules after cancellation window. We were traveling by plane so were able to work out issue with owner to our satisfaction. One bed in lower level was still broken and needed to be repaired but did not impact our stay.

This is a wonderful home for a family beach trip! Beautiful, comfortable, great kitchen, excellent layout for spending time together, and for finding a quiet spot (balcony, porch, backyard) when desired. Home is VERY clean and well-kept-- owners were very quick to respond and offered excellent suggestions for making the most of our stay-- they thought of everything to make this home feel like home! Lovely, safe, friendly neighborhood; very close to beach, restaurants and shops. We will definitely return and highly recommend!

Very nice home...lots of stairs...other than a broken bed in downstairs bedroom, it was lovely.

Multiple minor issues combined made this not so lovely a stay. Beware because the owner sends a long rule list a few days before check-in that are not listed on VRBO. It is understandable that any homeowner would want their home to be respected by renters; however. this owner repeats 3 times about how no sand must not enter the house (shocking, since it's a beach home), and goes on to give explicit instructions about washing feet off, using outside shower, taking shoes off when entering the house, etc. Instead of feeling excited for our stay, I actually started getting extremely anxious! With all of the rules, and given the cost, I expected the house to be in perfect condition. And at first glance, it seemed to be. However, upon arrival we found multiple stains on the upholstered chairs, marks on the wall, a few carpet stains. My daughter did find some unknown liquid drips on the bathroom wall. Also, the downstairs bedroom was previously broken and had cosmetic repairs, but was so uncomfortable to sleep that my adult son had to use the pull out sofa, which was also uncomfortable. Interesting enough, in the VRBO reviews, a complaint from a few years ago also details the broken bed, so this has been addressed before without any fixes. The start button on the dryer was also missing; it was impossible to start because one had to insert one's finger deep into the cavity. Easily replaceable part. but when I mentioned all of these issues, the owner dismissively said "we will never have perfection, unfortunately" (interesting, since he expects perfection from tenants). We also had an ant problem every single day in the kitchen. There was an ant "disk" in the kitchen, which we had not been informed of & had to continuously kill ants & check our food - not how anyone wants to spend a "beautiful beach house" vacation. The description of this house was cosmetic at best - you can find just as lovely as a property without the stress, hassle, or broken bedframes.

ants on kitchen counter; filtered water on refrigerator door not working; cookie pans rusted; inferior kitchen utensils; told to bring personal sheets for beds and personal towels and toiletries; advertised as "sleeps 9" but owner wanted to charge extra for more than seven people. Too many rules from owner when we are "on vacation."

The house is the perfect beach house. The house was super clean and the decor was beautiful—plenty of storage for all your needs. There were chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, beach tags, and bikes for our use. Mark was very easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again!

This was the best home I have ever rented. Owner was very quick to respond , although did not need him for any issues. Very safe, family neighborhood. Quiet and peaceful. Our favorite thing to do was sit on deck and look out towards the bay. Would most definitely stay here again!

The 4 bedrooms all with baths were a perfect fit for us and our 3 grown daughters. Even though early in the season, this well decorated beach house was well appointed with the big and little things. One heads up (if you don’t bother looking at a map): 3 1/2 blocks from the beach which could be difficult if you have small kids. This was our first time in Brigantine, but it won’t be our last!

Had an amazing time with our small family group. The house was very clean, spacious and had everything that we needed. It was a short 5 minute walk to the beach and there were some great local coffee shops and restaurants. We'll definitely be back!

This home was perfect for our girls getaway. The top/main floor was so open and it made it easy to all be together while playing games and just hanging out. We couldn’t have asked for a better home that suit our needs. Thanks to Mark for letting us enjoy his home.

Place was very clean, well kept and fairly new. Nice size family room to entertain and awesome view from the top deck of the entire island. Great place at a reasonable Price!

Quiet neighborhood just few blocks from beach , also very convenient wawa at top of the block for those who love wawa coffee !! Mark was easy to reach and very accommodating ! We highly recommend this home for those with high standards and need plenty of room for a family event .
