The cost of skiing for a family today is prohibitive at the very least. We decided to give Sugar Mt one more try. You see the owner grossly exaggerates the snow base amount. He reported over a 90 inch base...more than huge resorts in Colorado and Utah combined. Out and out FRAUD! All there was was grass and ice with maybe an inch of snow on toip...man made snow.
The ski in/out was my main objective this trip. The owner was nothing short of incredible. The unit was really delightful. We ended up just staying 6 nights of a 10 night cost due to my utter disappointment and anger at the owner of Sugar Mt. I just hope that others may see this review and know full well that to rent for skiing??? I strongly recommend this unit but most of all the owner. PERFECT!

My daughter picked mountains for her birthday. I found this beautiful condo and immediately knew this was the place! It didn’t disappoint upon arrival. The scenery was exquisite with snow caps that danced upon the trees. This quaint condo had everything we needed and was very welcoming. Check in and out was so easy. The hosts responded quickly with any questions or concerns. The view BREATHTAKING! I will definitely be booking again in the future. Was the first time ever visiting Sugar Mountain but it will be a family tradition from here on out!

Property was cute and comfortable for two. Although we weren't able to ski (not the property owners fault); I would say it is a little stretch to call it a ski in/ski out location. The neighbors upstairs were VERY loud (again not the property owners fault). I would probably try to find one that isn’t on the bottom floor.

Although I stayed there twice and the place was well equipped with amenities, quaint, cozy, and comfortable, the unit is pretty small for more than two people! However, perfect for two! During the time we were there, the slope near the property was closed dt no snow. Would not reccomend ski trip in early March at Sugar!!! Although you can see the slope from the unit, it's a pretty far walk, and would not recommend walking with ski boots that distance on concrete! The host was very accommodating and immediately responded to our questions during our entire stay! Would highly recommend the unit but with just two people! Don't, expect it to be like Snowshoe where you can ski in and ski out easily from the property.

This condo was perfect for a couples getaway weekend! The property was spotless and ready for guests. We didn’t have the best weather, but it was still perfect to sit back and watch movies. Everything was very comfortable inside. Our only complaint was due to the high winds, there was quite a bit of noise from the chimney itself. Thankfully, a white noise machine was provided and helped block out some of it. We would stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here for a couple days while visiting our son. The place was better than advertised. We’ve stayed at several of the condos at the Ski Club on Sugar Mountain and to date this was the best. The condo was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the views are incredible. As often as we go there we hope to stay in this particular condo in the future.
