It is a beautiful villa, with all you may need inside. I wish we stayed longer to enjoy it more. A beautiful, shady, big garden around. The host is very helpful. The villa is at the sea and Alykes beach is 5 minutes walking. If you fancy history and you have a car, you may easily reach, Thebes, Athens, even Delphi. The nearby island of Evia is also worth visiting: nice beaches, waterfalls, thermal baths, etc.

Welll... the fridge was a bit lasy so that we needed to put the beers in the freezer for some minutes in order to have them real cold. But it could be due to the hot temperatures outside. A dedicated bin for plastic pets and glass would be welcome, I think.

The house is very spacious and comfortable. The house has a wonderful garden/pine forest, the whole area is fenced, so it belongs to us only. Many terraces, convenient for sunbathing and relaxing. Easy access to the nearest town Drosia, where you can buy everything you need. Many bars and tavernas are nearby.

Great host. Very nice and spaceous garden with pines keeps you hidden from the sun during hot days . Close location to the sea and to the main beach in the area. Car is recommended for the shopping and groceries.

Very spacious and comfortable house with plenty of lounging areas, huge terrace, very good air-con (which we appreciated during the heatwave). Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Lovely big garden all around. It's 50 m walk to sea swim. Busier beach with bars nearby. House has a good wifi and TV. House has a good vibe to stay in. It's a traditional sea side house and there is lot of personal touch everywhere. The owner Lambros was helpful and good host.

The area around was not very pedestrian friendly, it's better to drive as after dark it's not safe to walk back.

The villa was full organized in traditional style with beautifull big garden.The location was excellent near sea and close to the alikes beaches.All the facilities were clean and operational.

The Service was Really good and the owner of the house was available 24/7 a day and helpful.
