We had a wonderful stay while we were in town for a wedding. Loved that all the rooms have king beds. It made it easy and comfortable for everyone! The place is well decorated and updated. We would definitely stay again when we are in town.

This property and neighborhood was exactly as described. All 5 bedrooms were large with king beds. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces, front porch and rear patio with gas firepit. The location was a short ride to downtown and the Newport vineyard. The house includes plenty of beach chairs, the kitchen is well equipped and the owner is very responsive. I would rent this house again and would highly recommend it to others.

Amazing property and location. Perfect for a beach vacation in Middletown and Newport. Bob was a great host and very accommodating. The furniture (beds/couches) could use some updating but that’s my only complaint. Great stay and would recommend.

We only stayed 2 nights but wished we could stay longer. This is a beautiful home and property. Like new with ample space and amenities. It’s centrally located with a view of the ocean. It was very convenient for a family wedding in Newport.

We had an amazing stay and this is the perfect place for a trip with friends or family. This modern home has all the features that you wish you built in your own home. From the outdoor propane fireplace to the large front deck, this home offers everything you need for a week away. The 5 bedrooms, each with their own king bed, made it so that our entire group of couples could stay in comfort. Lots of bathrooms meant that we weren’t all fighting for the same shower. And the kitchen is perfect for meals at home. You’ll love this home and everything it offers!

This property is well maintained and located in quiet neighborhood. This is the second time we have rented this property for our family Christmas. The four bathrooms located close to the five bedrooms is very convenient. The kitchen and dining area worked well for our 10 family members aged 6 - 75 years old.

This house was perfect for our group of 9 girls! We had a hard time identifying which room was the primary at first, because each room was beautiful and had a king bed. There was also a great amount of bathrooms to accommodate our group. We also were surprised by how spacious the living room and dining room was to accommodate all of us so comfortably! We walked to the beach in about 15 minutes and had such an easy time going back and forth to town, vineyards, and farms! Bob was incredibly sweet, very responsive, and helpful - he even came by the house several times very promptly when we needed help! Thanks, Bob, for an amazing weekend!

this house and property was beautiful, clean, and spacious! it met our needs perfectly for all of us as we were in town for my sisters wedding. had easy acess to downtown newport! communication with the host was no problem!

Came to Newport for a wedding and this was the perfect spot for my and my group of friends to stay. It was a quick 5 min drive over to Newport. House was great! Clean! Big bedrooms! 2 min drive down to beach. Owner was available via text which which was great incase we needed anything.

We loved our stay at this property! Robert was so accommodating. The house was updated and absolutely beautiful with plenty of room for all guests with big spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms! I would recommend this listing to everyone!

Roberts house was amazing. There was plenty of space and parking for all. Myself and the friends I was with were blown away by how beautiful and clean the house was. It was located near the beach and we were able to walk to the beach and restaurants. Overall, our experience was incredible. I could not thank Robert enough for his hospitality.

This property is amazing. Stayed for a week with our adult children and their grandparents. Everyone had a spacious bedroom with a comfortable king bed. Bathrooms were large and so was the well stocked kitchen. Dining table seated our crew of 10.
The backyard was beautifully landscaped and we enjoyed the fire pit. Extra beach chairs in the garage was a bonus!
Close to both 1st and 2nd beaches- a bit of a walk but we dropped off our gear first and then walked. Very close to downtown Newport as well. Grateful that the property was dog friendly!

Lots of room to spread out in the kitchen dining and living area for a crowd! Kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are large. King beds are a definite plus. Plenty of parking for multiple cars. Restaurants and groceries nearby. We loved Middletown.

We had a wonderful family weekend in Newport for my nephew's wedding. Bob and Liz were wonderful hosts, and the house was perfect. It's a walkable distance to beaches and restaurants and a short easy drive to downtown Newport.

Great stay. Super responsive host. Plenty of space for three families to gather but have our own spaces. Beach was only a five minute drive away. Close to town as well so very convenient location. Kitchen was very well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our family of 10 (ages 4 to 74) had a great stay. The kitchen is great; easy to cook in. There was enough seating for everyone. When we were at the house, we enjoyed hanging out in the backyard as well as on the front porch. Easy walk and/or drive to whatever you need - stores, restuarants, attractions.
We would stay here again if looking to do another vacation in the Newport, RI area.
