We arrived late in the evening and everything was as we were told. It was super easy to get in and very nice and comfortable. We loved the views when we got up in the morning and our kids were delighted by seeing the chickens running around the yard. We highly recommend this beautiful property for a family looking for peace and quiet!

Impressive home and location, close to a lot of great areas for recreation opportunities. Property is easy to access and in a quite neighborhood. Communication was also great and everything was as advertised

We came out for an event at Sand Hollow and stayed several nights. The place was as advertised, very clean and a nice location. Communication with the owners was excellent and we even got a chance to talk to to Gordon one evening, which was nice. All in all, we throughly enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

My communication with the owner was fine prior to our stay and everything seemed fine. However, when we arrived and entered the property, it had not been cleaned from the prior guests. It took us about ten minutes to be able to get anyone to answer the door and then a while for someone to come speak with us. They informed us that they had forgot we were coming and they could have the place ready in about an hour. We were tired from visiting Zion all day so opted to receive a refund and find a hotel down the road. My refund was made immediately but it was still a disappointing experience.

Small, but very cute, very clean, and incredibly well decorated. Slept like a dream in the beds. Owners are VERY nice and personable. We wish we could have stayed longer but our travel plans only allowed a few days in Zion. Highly recommend.

Great location

The property was clean and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. They have a small farm nearby so it was fun seeing the horses, cows, chickens, and cats outside! We had some trouble with the wifi cutting in and out, but the hosts were very responsive and immediately fixed the problem when I messaged about it. This was a great place to stay near Zion (30 min away) and Bryce (2.5 hours away). Highly recommend!

The host was very accommodating with our requests. Everything was very clean and comfortable. A beautiful view of the mountains.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Spotless suite, seriously comfortable beds and thoughtful touches like coffee, waters and toiletries. The decor is lovely and check in/out was a breeze. Loved seeing the horses every morning. River Rock Coffee had delicious muffins and really good coffee. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to beautiful Zion National Park.

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was perfect. It was clean and smelled really good. The owners were really nice and offered recommendations of things to see & do in the area. We’d definitely return if we ever come back to visit Zion.

We needed a clean and comfortable overnight stay while driving across Utah to Wyoming during the Coronavirus pandemic. The owners were wonderful and accommodating and the two bedrooms where clean and quiet. We had everything we needed and we would stay there again.

We enjoyed the park everyday. The property does not have a kitchen which I must have forgotten from the listing. Also can hear the family next door. Family very nice and responsive.

We have stayed at many properties over the years as we enjoy homes rather than hotels. This property is in the group of best stays. The place has everything you need and was extremely clean and well taken care of. We met with Gordon who is a great guy and had the opportunity to talk to LuAnn. Highly recommend this place.

My friend and I stayed for one night, and we were so impressed with the suite. About 20 or so minutes from Zion National Park. We wished we could have stayed for another night!

About 40 minutes away from the south entrance to Zion and about 15 minutes from Sand Hollow Reservoir. This place was great and we were very pleased when we opened the door for the first time. The side entrance on the house into the living area was very private, and the space was ample for our purposes. The rooms were clean and the beds were nice and comfy although a little short for me being 6’4” (my wife and two daughters were fine tho). The toilet has the “long” bowl, which is nice for the dudes if you know what I mean and the shower was nicely tiled. The ceilings were about 10’ tall and the whole interior seemed very spacious even tho it was maybe only around 400 sqft of area. All in all, it was the perfect base camp for our explorations in the area 👍�🏼� And if you have time, Sand Hollow is definitely worth the short drive- the rocks are epic for cliff jumping and the water is just about perfect when the air is 85 degrees and up!

We had such a lovely time at Hurricane. Arrived tired and road-weary and were so relieved to see how well-kept and welcoming the property was. Everything was spotless, tidy and attractively furnished 😃👍

Hurricane, UT is a fantastic little town with plenty of places to eat. It is also very near Zion (20 mins) and only 2 hours from Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon and Las Vegas. The accommodations are very nice! The property is meticulously cared for and the rooms VERY clean. We were there from Saturday to Saturday and did not require a thing. There is a microwave, a Keurig coffee maker and small fridge, so don't expect to prepare any meals, but reheating restaurant leftovers is not a problem. Outside, there is a small table and chairs to sit and relax and watch the horses, but is only shaded during the morning hours. I think I would have enjoyed sitting out there in the evening, if there was some sort of shade from the sun. Otherwise, our stay couldn't be more perfect!

Are stay at this location was a wonderful experience. The property was very clean and easy to locate and has the self check in that made it convient. It was a very quiet property set in a beautiful horse ranch setting. Would recommend this property and not hesitate to use again if in the area.
