after staying in 5/6 hotels in 4 cities in Saudi Arabia this hotel was very clean, comfortable and very well decorated compared to the others. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the made our stay very comfortable and relaxed 😊

ladies gym access is limited and it wasn't listed on the website. I booked it because it had a gym - which was inconvenient to find out when i got there. the internet is also very slow - not very suitable for video meetings

First of all, I requested a smoking room and was placed in one that had noisy air conditioning so I requested to be moved to a different room. Second, after check out, my friend and I went up to the pool and were informed by a staff member Nur that we can't use the pool given that we have checked out already. This was very disappointing given that we got clearance from the reception/reservation staff prior to booking and the night before checking out and they all informed us that we can use the pool. So we asked to speak to a manager and Nur's answer was "go down to the reception and speak to them"...after a short debate, Nur went down and came back with a hotel staff member to whom we addressed our problem and got his clearance to use the pool. While using the pool, almost 90 minutes later, another lifeguard (Samir) comes up to my friend and me and disrespectfully asks us to leave the pool saying that we have 10 minutes to pack our stuff and leave given that he has other guests who have "paid" for a one-day pool pass that he needs to give our tanning beds to...Although my friend and I explained to him that we have clearance to use the pool, he disrespectfully insists on us leaving the pool in front of other guests and tells us that he is the supervisor and it was his call at the end day. Im honestly extremely disappointed in the level of hospitality that we have received during our stay and angry at how this situation was handled by Centro's staff. Although we spoke to the hotel's manager (Wael Idriss), no professional steps were taken to resolve this conflict. I don't understand how your hotel's policy denies facilities access to guests upon check out and favors outsiders for the sake of entry fees.
