looked as of ot recently remodeled. everything looked new .

location was terrible. nothing around it except for run down car repair shop, 2 shops and a restaurant. I felt in danger walking to the place to eat - which happened to be closed!!!

there are photos of the beach but property is no where’s on the beach the host was noisy and woke us up on last night

no one opened for us after midnight although we notified them we are coming late . even the phone number for the property listed on the gate was wrong

Noise during night. "Breakfast" was more a snack (given to the room before we arrived) - a packed croissant with butter and jam. Watter for tea from tap or microvave. Quite dissapointment. Watter in bathroom wasnt really hot. The shower had to be quick

The hotel looked beautiful and was a good price. As far as I can tell, it would have been a nice place to stay!

Unfortunately, there was a problem with my flights and I was not able to visit the hotel. This would have been fine, but I felt that the interactions with hotel staff leading up to my stay were not ideal. The hotel would respond to my English queries in Italian and often with one word answers. The hotel also has an airport shuttle, but only told me it was not available after a certain hour to pick me up from my flight after I had already booked, which was frustrating as one of the main reasons I picked the hotel was for easy transportation after a late flight. When I emailed the property to let them know I wouldn't make it due to an issue with my flights, they never responded. I just felt the customer interactions were lacking at this property.

we stayed only one nights, But i Wish i stayed more because it was such a good accomodation, near the sea.

You have charged me but the code which was given was not valid and i had to spend the night outside and later i paid for another hotel … no one did answered my callss really bad service

The perfect place if you have layover in Rome, located 4 minutes from the beach in a quiet area ( but also quite close to the airport). The staff is friendly and helpful

No streaming on TV and only Italian speaking channels, only 1 very thin pillow per person, no side table next to bed, no phone in room (for assistance). No hair conditioner so couldn’t wash hair for flight :(

it was secure. bed was comfy. landlord was super nice and very helpful. got us to the airport on time.

The description of what I paid $600 for was extremely misleading. Granted it was last minute because my flight was canceled so I didnt really have a choice. It said it was a deluxe double room with balcony. There was only one room. the breakfast consisted of gross prepackaged pastries. Its not in a good area. Everyone has gates and security cameras in the front of their houses.

This place saved us after getting in late on a flight. It was 7 minutes away. Very clean and the staff was super nice.

i booked a king bed and twin but when I got to the property they said I had to pay extra $20 for the twin bed even though booking.com showed it was included

The property is totally miss leading from pictures. I did not end up staying as our stand by flight got bumped up and owner would not refund my money.

The owner includes pictures of local restaurant and makes place like it offers amenities and is on the beach. The unit smelt very musty.

The pillows are from second war,You don t get fresh towels every day,it s not breakfast (some croissants,some candies.you get your breakfast from evening...,🤣.it s all in plastic. For this money You can stay at 4* in Rome.or in an hotel in Fiumicino. The beach is not near the hotel and it doesn t look like in the pictures. Please book a hotel.

The room & bathroom were very clean, nice size for couple. Bright with nice modern decor. The bed was comfortable but I would have liked some extra pillows or larger pillows. There was a coffee machine with nice coffee pods, beware, after turning it on and letting the coffee run you have to push the button a second time to stop the water flowing. I made a few spillages!! The TV is good too, if you don’t speak Italian bring your Netflix, amazon or other logins. The cleaner was very friendly and nice. And the host helped us out of a tight spot. We got stuck in Fregene beach one night, as the buses stopped quite early evening mid week, and there are no taxis in the area, he had to drive out to collect us and charged us €50 which was better than our other options. There are some really good restaurants in the village too. There is a reasonable and small beach about 10mins walk away. We missed the bus to Fregene beach one day and went there. The beach itself is fine but the surroundings aren’t great. I’d advise planning everything really well or just rent a car. We did a lot of winging it and we paid for it!

The breakfast is some teas and coffee in the room & some packaged pastries, Melba toasts & biscuits. There is a fridge in the room so you can store some fresh food, and the kitchenette advertised is in a communal hallway but when I went to toast some bread under the grill I was told you can’t cook at all… bit confusing ! Then there was a knock at the door and I was told we could microwave some toast in the other communal kitchen downstairs. I decided to go without 🙂 The accommodation itself was nice if you are aiming to stay in Fiumicino. But unless you need to Fiumicino, I wouldn’t. Fregene is much nicer but everything was booked up, so book ahead of time as it is popular.
