泊まる場所がなく、困っていたので、とりあえずの寝る場所が確保できた点はありがたかった。 従業員の方の接客もよかったです。

ラブホテルとしての営業色が強いのであれば、紹介文でその旨を掲示して欲しかった。 価格については恐らく、連休中に電車、飛行機の欠航があったので、素泊まり1泊52000円弱と通常よりかなり高い設定をされていたのでしょう。 それ以前に二人宿泊するのに、二人分のアメニティが用意されていないのはホテル業として整っているとは思えません。

ネットではしばらく前までラブホテルで、最近ブティックホテルに衣替えしたとのことだったので予約したのですが、依然として現在もラブホテルでした。家内に叱られました。 又、有名なラブホテルなのでしょう、それなりに高い料金でした。

A fantastic hotel to relax in. I was very happy with my room and the facilities within. Everything was first class!

Very few electrical outlets, was unable to borrow a clothes iron.

The staff was so lovely and helpful, even though I wasn’t able to speak very much Japanese with them. I ended up extending my stay there because it was as comfortable enough and the location was perfect - very close to Kouroen and Shukugawa station.

I stayed in two rooms while I was there. The building was a little old, and had a musty smell in the less expensive room. Possibly not good if you have a mold allergy. The beds were on the firm side.

The lobby is fully renovated . Very nice fireplace in the lobby. The room is very big compare to most other Japanese hotels. The location to train station is just around the corner. Very convenient if you travel by train.

We booked two rooms. They are so different. One is in modern style. The other one is very 80s style. The furniture is very old. And the kettle probably no one want to touch and no cleaner to check and wash. Very scary when we open it. Got mold inside. We were in room 503. And the door key malfunction middle of the night. Luckily the staff still in the building that time even it is after their check in hours. Their parking lot is very small , only 8 spots. Very tight and difficult to park there. If you have a big rental car , thunk twice before you go into their parking lot.

Everyone complaining about it being a love hotel and that it’s seedy. Well yes it is a little but if want somewhere comfortable and nice inside it’s more than ample. Location was good for Koshien stadium but not suitable for Osaka.

The hotel room was clean. It was safe.

This is not an ordinary hotel. It’s a “love hotel” where costumers stay for a couple of hours. To protect customer privacy, there is no window in the room. The hotel rooms are electronically and remotely managed by the reception desk: you must report to the receptionist that you came back; then she unlocks your hotel room electronically from downstairs; your room is therefore unlocked while you are on your way to your room. Luckily nothing was stolen during our 4 nights stay. Once you open your hotel room door, you door locks automatically; we couldn’t go back and forth between our room where we stayed and the room where our colleague was staying. Customers do not receive their own door keys. You need to tell at the reception desk to clean your room when you go out.
