Great air conditioning, quiet room, great breakfast and an exceptionally helpful and friendly proprietress

Freshly updated, modern apartment. Larger bathroom and shower. We got the family room with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, and dining area/gathering room. Plenty of room for 4 adults.

Hotel Dependence was a little tricky to find. Once we were able to locate it was no problem. It was our fault, we should have stopped at the main hotel/Restaurant first as they were able to provide simple directions.

Very quiet and comfortable. Staff were very helpful.

The room need heavier curtains or blinds as there was a lot of strest light.

Very clean and new room. It took me a minute to figure out the shower but it was good after that. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The parking was across the street in a parking garage. Not really far and we used their parking passes so, it was free. This is just something to be aware of.

short bed and linnen. I’m 1.80m long, my feet were hanging out of the bed. can’t believe a hotel having these short beds. the blanket was the same size, so too short as well. or cold shoulders or cold feet.

Superb staff - so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was exceptionally well thought out and they had catered for all tastes - I loved the healthy options.

the room needs blackout curtains, the blinds allow too much light, parking is difficult at this property, and where you eat breakfast is around the corner

The breakfast looked great, although we didn't eat much at breakfast.

We found the beds to be uncomfortable and hard. The pillows were not to our liking.

Helpful owner walked us to our room and gave us advice about dinner locations. It was a great clean room with good A/C (it was 100°F), so it was a great, relief to relax after a long day.

Centrally located in the city center of Worms, modern equipped, very clean. Parking provided in one of the parking garages, paid. Breakfast is served in the main building of the hotel, just a few minutes walking

Greeting by host was not helpful as I had to add a day on Booking.com and apparently he could not find it. The lady was very gracious to help.

Very clean, great location, kettle in the room

The Hotel has a small property related to it, that's where we stayed. It's only 200 m away, but in a modern building, very well lit, squeaky clean, with lift, and even doorbell from the outside. They have only a few rooms there, so it feels very private. Nice room, not too big, but had all we needed, very modern shower (took me a while to work it out!), coffee machine and kettle in the room, which is very nice as it started to become colder outside and a nice warm cup of tea makes it nice and cosy. The breakfast is very inexpensive and has a good choice of all one could want, tasty and fresh. Owner and staff are very competent and helpful and friendly. And of course, the location cannot be beaten, literally in the shadow of the magnificent cathedral! That's also a small drawback as the church bells start to ring at 7:00 am and they are LOUD. Plus there seems to be a road race going on outside, blaring car stereo's and 'hot rods' seem to race each other, making a lot of noise. But the rooms have triple glazing and there is air conditioning. We enjoyed ourselves in lovely compact Worms.

Not the hotel's fault, but the church bells are quite loud and there is traffic noise.

Everything was perfect, I really recommend this accommodation.

The room was spacious and clean. Check-in and check out went smoothly despite the difficult circumstances. The staff was most helpful.
