Everything!!! We really enjoyed our stay and the place was just great 😊

The hot water didn't last in the shower 🚿

The view was amazing and it was comfortable and I felt like home away from home. It was comfy and everything was clean and well taken care of.

I wish I would have known while booking that the indoor pool which I was relying on taking my kids to the beach in the winter was closed as well as the hot tubs both inside and out. This was a disappointment. I wish I would have known. I would have requested money back also booked for a family of 6. We put our kids in the bedroom with 2 bed traveling with 3 kids. My husband and I were going to take the pullout couch. If you’re going to provide a pull out couch, make sure it is big enough for a 6 foot adult to sleep on and provide an egg crate, memory foam or better mattress to allow for a more comfortable night sleep for all involved parties.

Nice grounds, nice building. Convenient parking. Bathroom and bedroom are excellent.

Living area has only the couch to sit on. Dining table is nice but the shop stools are too tall. You can't sit on them at the table. Needs a comfortable chair and different dining table arrangement.

Location was good.

The hotel management did not get their normal 40% since we didn't book from them so we were denied access to the restaurants which you had to have a card to get into even though it was supposed to be part of our amenities. This was a major complaint from others staying there that we met. The staff wasn't helpful since we didn't book from the hotel. The ceiling in our room was "peeling" and the vent in the bathroom was falling down. If you move while sleeping it sounded like the springs were going to come through the mattress.
