The room facilities, the location of the hotel is accessible to groceries, foods, pharmacy and cafés. The kids love the pool.

The hot & cold shower controller. It's way too high we couldn't reach it to adjust.

I like that there's a supermarket and food court just below the hotel.

It would be better to have at least 2 chairs with the table and the veranda is open just to chill.

Everything except the bottled water that was provided. It was only refilled, and the bottle was not sealed.

It would be so much better if you have bidet at least for us who wants to wash with water after pooping.😂 But over all the place is nice.

It's clean, affordable and on central location and it has a gym and pool.

No restaurant and playroom for the kids

The room is super cold so it was our escape from the heat of Cebu City.

There's no bidet alongside the toilet bowl. It could have been a perfect stay should there have been a bidet. Also, the bed sheets could have been cleaned more as I felt some itchiness while sleeping.

The location was really good close to centre and the view was stunning. Because of Corona Virus locked down we were forced to leave Cebu and cut our stay short. The hotel kindly agreed to refund us money for rest of our stay.

The room was lacking basic things such us cup for tooth brushes, hand soap and there was only old dispenser for shampoo/shower gel in the shower. The TV wasn't working and we had to call reception to fix it. The WiFi wasn't working either and when we asked receptionist she said that the WiFi in our room is under the maintenance and we can only use WiFi in hallway. normally it wouldn't be a big issue but because we had to return to Manila early due to Corona Virus locked down we needed to reschedule and book new flights and hotels and WiFi was at that moment necessity! When the cleaner came to tidy up our room she didn't give us more toilet paper or took the rubbish out of our room. The room had odd smell and then I discovered that the smell was coming from the cupboard underneath the sick. The last thing I would mention is that even though we had the balcony we couldn't access it as it was locked with sign "no access". So we struggled to dry our clothes after we return from tours. We wouldn't stay again in this hotel.

For a typical hotel. I was expecting more toiletries and utensils, Not even a single pair of spoon and fork 😂. Emergency phone is upon request. WIFI is dropping in and out. Minus points balcony is lock though we understand it's for the safety of the guest. But overall stay was good. 3.5. 👍
