Described as a cabin but this is really a condo.
Pros: Great location very close to town. Home was clean and had a nice warm touch with a handwritten note as we arrived along with some goodies. AC worked good as it was nice to leave windows closed as a lot of traffic is going on throughout the day.
Cons: Be ready to climb stairs with all stuff in and out. A lot of rules and these rules are not told until after you paid all the fees and can't cancel. BBQ doesn't come with propane so we had to go buy propane tanks in order to use BBQ grill. Several of the towels that were provided, were folded in rolls and left wet smelling like chlorine. We were told that laundry detergent was provided for washing and that was not true. Description under amenities says hot tub but there is no hot tub on site but at the communal pool. Sauna is the only thing that is on the site.
Use of oven was very scary, the bottom drawer doesn't close and all the heat is escaping from the bottom when in use and you can see the flames radiating from the bottom drawer.

Walking distance from the chair lift at a quiet street. No problem with parking or finding the place. A lot of stairs outside and inside, so if you have mobility issues, be aware. Very clean and spacious house and responsive and friendly hosts.

Very easy to communicate with hosts. Comfortable house. Only downside was Stagecoach was not an open lift which isn’t in the control of the hosts but made for a different experience than walkable to slopes.

Our stay was fantastic at this condo. On our departure there was a large snowstorm which caused travel delays and a lot of traffic. Olga went out of her way to help us navigate the best way out of Tahoe and to give us support as she was concerned about our infants being stuck in the cars for extended periods. She and Josh are wonderful people and their condo was delightful.

It’s so nice to have such a lovely home owner who’s not only welcoming but extremely communicative and helpful. The home was lovely. Very cozy and well loved. Thank you Olga for decorating for Christmas and leaving such sweet gifts. :)

Host is very helpful. The place looks way better in person. 10 minutes from heavenly. Heating tiles and a bunch of supplies were a plus.

Wonderful weekend getaway!
Thank you Olga and family for opening up your home to our family for the weekend! My family and I headed up to Tahoe for my brothers wedding. Cabin was AMAZING - very spacious for 6 adults and two kiddos. We were extra surprised by the warm welcome with a kind note and a bag of cookies :) Cabin had all of the essentials - extra plus for all of the books and water activities for the kids to play with. Close proximity to downtown, the lake, and lots of trails. Olga was super responsive when we reached out asking about propane for the grill and she responded almost immediately. Highly recommend!

Nice landlord, horrible utility company
It is a nice cabin within walking distance to the stagecoach lift. All the rooms are renewed and nicely decorated. Just be aware that the road is narrow with slope so make sure that your car /tire is capable when coming here in a snowing day. But all the experiences were ruined because the cabin lost the power and heating for almost two days! The utility company provided highly INACCURATE estimate of recovering time which misled people. We were forced to escape to a hotel room at the Christmas Eve. The landlord is nice to work with and well-communicated. I do recommend to rent from them. But it was a bitter Christmas experiences!

Absolutely Amazing
Olga was a amazing host from the time we made our reservation until the day we left. She answered all our questions and even provided a few cool things to do in town. Her cabin is HUGE and impeccably clean. We had a few questions while we were on property and she responded within minutes. I would definitely stay here again!

Well-equipped cabin with plenty of space and beautiful views!
The cabin is beautifully placed in a quiet neighborhood with some amazing views. It is cozy and fully-equipped with everything you need to make your stay a pleasant one. Communication was great too and the host let us check in earlier even though she didn't have to. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location
Overall awesome place everything you can ask for spacious clean, only thing is the stairs to get in house with luggage otherwise stairs were not that bad. I would highly recommend this place I may also come back.

Good house, good exercise
The walk to stagecoach is short in shoes, long carrying skis, so we tended to use our car to drop the gear off at the lift and then park at the house and walk back up to the gear.
Also note you park at the bottom of the outside staircase so packing in several small bags may be better than one large suitcase.

Perfect weekend getaway
This property worked out very well for our family. The location can’t be beat. It’s a 4 minute walk to Stagecoach which is perfect for starting and ending the. And the possibility of grabbing lunch at the house. We will be back for another weekend.

Perfect place
This property is walking distance from the slopes and a lovely weekend getaway. It felt safe, the place is quaint, and has everything you need! It’s just a ~10 min drive from Heavenly’s main base where there are a ton of restaurants, shops, and live music. I highly recommend staying here

The perfect long weekend
We had a fabulous time spending Christmas at Olga’s lovely home. It was perfectly located to Heavenly, with the Heavenly shuttle doing regular pick up and drop off directly in front of the property in case you wanted to start or end your ski day anywhere other than at Stagecoach which was an easy <10 min walk (even in ski boots)! We had a comfortable stay and look forward to returning!

Convenient and Attractive
We were attending a wedding at The Ridge resort. This property was a 3 minute walk to The Ridge shuttle. It worked well for our family over separate hotel rooms, because we were able to gather for conversation and had plenty of space to get ready for the wedding. The property was exceptionally well outfitted with amenities and supplies. It was clean and classy. Olga was very responsive to our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Well located and very nice decor
My friends and I enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It's both spacious enough for our group of 6, but still felt cozy for us all. The cabin is equipped with all the kitchenware that we needed, and there were plenty of blankets to ensure everyone was warm. There was only a few hiccups along the way, but the hosts were very responsive and helped us through them.

Cozy, stylish and well equipped!
We just returned from a mixed family get away with two adults in the master, two teenagers in the loft and a 10 year old in the bunk bed and everyone was cozy and happy! We enjoyed the comfortable beds, stylish surroundings and modern new appliances. It’s not right in town so no restaurants or stores without a drive but this was fine for us as we had all cozy evenings at home. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Nice cabin for getaway
Property is clean and well equipped. Owner is fast to respond. Stair to entrance is quite long since the property is situated on a hill.
Overall we have a great experience and would recommend this property for anyone who want to visit Tahoe.

Beautiful place! Great hosts!
Olga was very caring. Before confirming the reservation, she ensured that we knew about the house in detail (rooms layout, comfort of beds, kitchen utensils). I appreciate that she was trying to make sure that we are comfortable and well taken care of. The cabin itself is very close to Heavenly Stagecoach lift. Reasonable drive to Kirkwood too. I definitely recommend this place. Thanks!

Convenient, Cozy Ski Destination
This is a cozy property ideal for 3-4 people located about 1/4 mile from the Heavenly Stagecoach lift. The property is well equipped and maintained. Visitors should be aware that the property is the top apartment of its building and that there are a lot of stairs to negotiate. This can be tough with ski-gear!

Convenient Cabin Next to Heavenly
We had a great stay at Olga's cabin for a group ski trip. The space is clean, quiet and well-appointed. There's a TON of kitchen equipment (including an ice cream maker!) so really nice if you love to cook. The beds are super comfy and the layout is perfect if you've got a group. The Heavenly Stage Coach lift is about a 5-10 minute walk away - kind of tough to do in ski boots after a full day of skiing but we rented a locker and walked down and back in our street shoes. There are a lot of stairs up to the cabin, which was tough with tired legs but again, doable - it's good to be heads-up about. We only realized it after we booked and read another review. Also, bring your own toiletries (bath soap, shampoo) and pantry items if you need more than just salt, pepper, oil. They did have fresh coffee beans, though so that's a bonus if you're a coffee drinker. Oddly, there was only one roll of toilet paper in the whole place during our stay but Olga was apologetic and communicative during the process of trying to get more. I think it was a housekeeping oversight. We also, couldn't figure out how to use the TV without entering our own Netflix account info. Again, not a big deal but adding a note in the check-in instructions would be helpful. Overall, we had a very nice stay - just a few hiccups here and there.

Nice home. Close to Heavenly Ski Lift
Very nice place. Everything needed for kitchen, bath, bed and laundry was provided. The furnishings are nice and the rooms are cozy. The upstairs loft is well done. Very nice size rental home for a family of 4-5. The only word of caution is to make sure everyone in your group can climb about 3 stories of steps to get from the parking area to the front door. Not a big deal unless someone has a complication that would make the stairs too difficult. In any event, 5 stars and nicely done by the property owners!

We loved our stay and will be coming back to this cabin in the winter. It is very close to Pacific Rim Trail. Cozy living room, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen!

Perfect stay
Location was absolutely perfect. Pictures were accurate and everything was clean and modern. Beds were super comfortable and electric fireplaces were a nice touch. Check-in and check-out was super easy and owners were very responsive with communication.

Everything that we expected and more. Very airy and bright. Everything from TVs, cooking supplies, sleeping arrangements, décor and views...everything was very accommodating! Cleanliness plays an important part and this place was well cared for and clean!

Great property in a convenient location
We very much enjoyed our stay! The house was very well stocked with everything we needed. Normally, we end up eating out a lot on vacation - at this home, we ended up cooking every night as the home was so comfortable and well equipped. The location is amazing - very close to everything, but quiet and wooded.We could not be more pleased with our stay. Thank you Olga for making our stay so great!
