Everything about our stay was perfect! The condo was decorated just as a beach front unit should be! The view of the gulf from the master bedroom balcony was breathtaking and my favorite part of my early morning coffee! The unit was well appointed with everything you might need for cooking and sleeping. There was a beach wagon we didn’t notice until our last night that would have been great for hauling things to and from the sand. Access to the unit from either the elevator or the stairs was fast and easy! The communication with the owners was always fast and easy!!! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your piece of paradise!

Wish it wasn't so full of memorabilia and nick nacks. Most horizontal spaces were taken, giving a cluttered effect. Beds were humble. But owners were most helpful and nice.

The reserved parking spot and only one short flight of stairs to the unit, made this a great stay at the beach.

This is the second time we stayed here and we love it. While not directly square with the beach you can still see the water plus you get a view of the lake out back which was nice. The included parking was key, it rained a couple days but we were able to keep everything dry while packing up and we never had to hunt for a spot. The kitchen was stocked with everything you will need and Alvis is very easy to get ahold of if you have questions and was able to let us in a couple hours early since the cleaner was done.

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. The parking space right below was great to have. We have stayed at Pinnacle Port before and we love the beach there. Great for families. The owner was nice and very responsive. The unit was clean. I would stay here again.

Place was great and great location. Beaches were perfect and not crowded. Only issue was the guard at front gate was rude. I can imagine it’s a busy job however he is the first impression you get of the resort.

We went for a long weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that was a bit rough was the bed in the master. It wasn't comfortable at all but that is literally the only complaint I have. The owners were great, always very responsive. The unit was clean and just as I expected. The beach was amazing. I would definitely stay again!!

The location of pinnacle port is very convenient- more private, but near restaurants and attractions. I have stayed at pinnacle port several times over the years with my kids & enjoy that area; however, this time it seemed like the building and amenities are in desperate need of repairs and updates. There were water leaks throughout the building and it had a moldy/mildew smell. This particular unit was average- the master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable. The unit and things in it could use updating and a deep clean, but okay for pricing. I chose this particular unit to have parking near the condo, but the parking space is difficult to get into, and you still have to walk quite a distance to get to the elevators, pool & beach access, or go up 1.5 flights of stairs from the space. You can technically access the beach near the parking space, but you have to go down off a concrete wall which is difficult with beach supplies. We had a good vacation, but I wouldn’t rent this particular unit again.

This condo was the perfect place to stay for spring break! Everything was just as listed! The owners were very easy to communicate with and made our stay awesome! We will definitely look at staying here again!

The area and location of property was fantastic and it was nice to have the 3 bathrooms in this condo. The owner was available to answer all questions quickly. Property could use some updating but other than that no complaints.

We absolutely loved the location of this unit and the covered parking was so nice to have. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and we enjoyed cooking a few meals in. There are several very good restaurants close by as well as grocery stores. The beach was being renourished while we were there, so that was definitely disappointing as we lost several days of beach time. It would have been nice to know that before booking. We would have picked a different week. It was kind of hard to appreciate the beach with all the bulldozers and noise. However, we made the best of the situation and managed to have a good time anyway. The housekeeping staff does need to pay more attention to the kitchen and floors. After a little clean up it was fine. We would definitely stay there again!! Thanks so much Alvis and Diane!!

Well furnished

We have rented this condo several years in a row and as always it was great! Perfect location love having access right to the carport and beach without having to deal with elevators. Very clean with all the necessities. Will continue to rent here for as long as I can. Of course the beach was beautiful and clean as always.

The condo was as described and very nice view and very short walk to beach. Could use some upgrades but no complaints for the rate we paid. Parking spot was a little bit tricky but we managed. The owner was very responsive to calls and texts when needed. Will definitely return!

My teenage daughters and I stayed for an extended weekend. It was so easy! Beach access, garage access, room access- everything was so easy!!! The condo was great- with everything we needed and more!!! Convenience to restaurants or any shopping needs was super nice. I would definitely consider this property again!!!

Let me first start by saying this condo was nice enough. It was clean, and Pinnacle Port is nice. We have stayed there before. There were just a lot of little things that we weren’t happy with. The first one was the view, there was a view of the ocean, it came with massive sand piles, a parking lot of cars, and a parking lot light. The balcony is also off the bedroom and the grilling area is in the back and there were nights that people gathered there and were playing loud music with obscene language. For someone who likes to spend a lot of time on the balcony this wasn’t ideal. The master bedroom was decent size and nice, but the bed... I woke up everyday with a terrible back ache, maybe it’s because we didn’t know what setting to use but I will never be so glad to get back to my bed. The next issue was the Kicthen area, again this is preference, there wasn’t much of anywhere to store and groceries, we had to have stuff all over the counters all the time it felt like, we would have also liked to have a couple of bar stools to sit at the counter. The kitchen was well stocked for all needs for cooking. The bathroom on the main floor was nice to have, because after all the steps getting to the condo and to the bedrooms it was getting old. I will say it’s tight in there and I hit my head multiple times trying to switch out the laundry. All and all this condo was okay, we have stayed in many other condos and this was probably the least stocked for our needs. One roll of toilet paper,threedishwasher pods, one trash bag that was in the can.

We have stayed in this building several times, and this is one of the best units we've rented. The owners were great - answering all of our questions before the trip in a timely way. Everything was clean and in great shape, and the unit was well equipped. Upon arrival when we discovered the bath towels had not been restocked, the owner was super responsive and resolved the issue quickly. The unit is on the first floor right next to the stairs, which led down to the designated parking spot which was INCREDIBLY convenient as we were trying to avoid being indoors at this time. We didn't have to use the elevator once! Highly recommend this rental!

The covered pool is a huge draw as well. Carrilon Beach neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Lovely to walk in the evenings.Not the owners fault but a few downsides at PP: 1) Resort staff could be friendlier 2) the resort-wide TV system leaves a LOT to be desired; it's complicated, awkward, and illogical. But those don't stop us staying there.Great things about this particular unit: 1) PARKING SPACE of your own - not a deal-breaker if you don't have one, but at this facility, it's a major convenience, especially with small children. On the flip side, however, the space is at the opposite side of things from the elevator...so you're either going up a short flight of stairs to the condo or walking alllll the way down and allllll the way back with anything on wheels. The stairs are so short though that I (alone, no help) did all of the unpacking/packing through the stairs and definitely saved time over wheeling it down and back. It's also just a couple hundred feet to the beach from your car...so store your beach stuff in your trunk and forget about lugging it to the room. So convenient.2) 2 levels - kitchen/living down, 2 beds/baths up. Note that there's a tall staircase (not in description I think). Keeps sound travel down. Other units have had 1 bed down/1 up. Not a good situation with little kids. We like this layout best. 3) Really lovely beach view from master balcony.4) Well-stocked kitchen, by comparison. Set up for a family cooking in, instead of, say, a bunch of spring breakers eating out.5) Very courteous owner. There were some issues with the cleaning, but the owner took care of it right away and followed up well.Downsides to this condo: 1) Unlike some units closer in, the closest beach access doesn't have a faucet or hose nearby to wash off items and feet, so you have to go all the way to the middle of the tower to do that.2) A little outdated. With the parking space, I was willing to pay more for this unit than I have for others in the past. But, others I've stayed in have been more updated. Not really a big deal for me as I'm not pretentious, but not sure if the price reflected that balance wholly.3) Mattresses leave a little to be desired, but will do. My kids didn't mind and I slept ok, overall.

I want to start this review by saying that I am a very honest person and I have never left a negative review on any vacation at Pinnacle Port. I have always had a very good experience with my stay at the condominiums I have rented in the past. My complaints are the bedsheets in master bedroom were stained and unclean and we had ants in the kitchen. We did report the issue to owner and they did respond, but did correct issues and we left early. Hopefully they will address these issues for future renters.

We had a great time in a room with great views. The condo sits on the first floor on top of your reserved parking spot so you don't have to wait on the elevator. Checkin involves getting a key code emailed to you so you don't have to worry about going to an office or having a key to lose or pass around. I highly recommend and plan to book again in the future.

Condo was very clean and well stocked. The owners were very responsive when we had an issue with the alarm and took care of it.

Love this area. We have stayed in this complex for the last 3 years and reserved a different room each time. The parking space is a great feature as well as being on the first floor!

Property was just as described, we had a wonderful vacation. The amenities and security were value added. Looking forward to returning again soon!
