This was a really great stay in a cosy house with amazing view and a great pool. Very calm and private. Absolutely recommendable.

This was our second visit to this outstanding villa.Would highly recommend.Since our previous visit,an extension has been added to accommodate a lovely indoor dining area which has bi-fold doors which in the evening can be opened to give a lovely atmosphere and view of the pool. The property isn't over looked giving it a feel of extra privacy. First rate!

We've not long returned from our fabulous holiday in this beautiful villa and would love to turn around and go straight back! The location is just stunning. The view from the pool area is to die for; there's a lovely feeling of space and air to breathe and relax. The comfortable loungers, great bbq and seating area made for some great family evenings. Inside the villa, you'll find everything you could need- very helpful information, a well equipped kitchen, cosy lounge area, clean bathrooms and fantastic bedrooms. Overall the villa, pool and gardens were well maintained and very clean. The owners were extremely helpful and communication was first class. We enjoyed touring the area, finding typical Cypriot villages and quiet beaches. We would highly recommend this villa and would love to return.

From the moment you step through the door, you tell that this property has be thoughtfully decorated throughout. The theme in in the name 'Seascape'. The owners have chosen a wonderful spot with uninterrupted view to Paphos and the sea. The bungalow is very well equipped you could not ask for more. No one could be disappointed with Seascape I cannot praise it enough. We will be back one day so please don't sell it. There were few nice touches and surprises like the welcome pack, milk, bread, butter, marmalade and most important a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge, thanks very much for that. There is a CharBroil gas BBQ outside that I was so impressed with I bought one as soon as I got home. We cooked on that many times whilst there as we didn’t want to leave as we wanted to savour the outlook. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay there it made a special birthday year even more special.

From our initial booking enquiry through to the very day of departure this villa and it's owners delivered. Very quick responses from the owners to any questions as well as recommendations to where to hire a car, places to visit and tavernas to eat at made this a really easy choice. The villa itself is in a great location with fantastic views down to the coast. Although there are other properties around we never felt overlooked or heard anything from the neighbours. The property is very well furnished with air conditioned rooms where you need them most (lounge/kitchen and bedrooms). The welcome hamper was a God send following travelling and enabled us to get refuelled and refreshed before heading to the local shop. With the use of the fantastic private swimming pool and patio area we had a fantastic stay - even had a number of visitors from the local wildlife including a chameleon and mantis. I can completely recommend this property with confidence that anyone choosing to stay here will be entirely delighted that they did.

Seascape is a beautiful villa which is very well equipped, clean and tastefully decorated. It is very comfortable and had everything we needed. The shopping essentials provided were very welcome as were the recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. The views from the villa are stunning and we made full use of the lovely pool during our 11 night stay! The owners Richard and Jennifer always replied to any communication very promptly and were a pleasure to deal with. Without a doubt this was our best ever stay in Cyprus and we will definitely be back to this villa again in the future!

Seascape is a beautiful, well maintained villa in the Kamares district of Tala. Being high up in Tala Hills the humidity is lower making a very pleasant stay. The villa is completely private, not overlooked at all and has the most beautiful view out into Paphos and the sea. The internet enabled TV is a real bonus as you can't get UK satellite TV in Cyprus any more, but with this system all the UK TV channels are available. Ideally located for close access to all the local amenities, bars. cafes and restaurants yet secluded enough for a very peaceful time when you want time to yourselves in the villa, sitting by the pool. Richard and Jennifer are very attentive hosts, very quick to respond to emails and communications. I can highly recommend staying in this lovely villa.

From the moment we had selected this villa and started communicating with the owner, you just knew this was going to be perfect. On arrival, in addition to the villa being spotlessly clean, and well laid out, there were the touches of the shopping with essentials there and ready and a welcoming card - how thoughtful. There are a lot of owners that could take a leaf out of their book. The location was perfect for us, as we had privacy, but with a hire car we were only short drive away from everything we needed. There were amazing restaurants in Tala itself, and plenty of information ready in the villa for advice on routes, places of interest to visit. We will definitely return to Cyprus and when we do, it will be in the hope we can stay at this villa again. Thank you.

We were truly amazed when we arrived. The villa is stunning, clean and has everything you need. Located in the hills looking over to the sea, this place is ideal for those who just want to get away from it all. Saying that, a short 15 minute drive will take you into Pathos or Coral Bay if you want to liven things up. The pool is a good size, waist high at one end down to 6 foot the other, great for jumping in when cooling down is required. Sunbeds, dining table and chairs (in a nice shaded area) as well as a gas barbeque ensured the alfresco lifestyle was maximised to the full. An added bonus that the pool and patio area are not overlooked by neighbours and direct sunshine from sunrise to sunset. A fully fitted kitchen inside, together with all utensils you need. Another dining table and comfy sofas in the living area, with full UK TV channels available on the large television. The living area and bedroom also has air conditioning, Two bathrooms, one with a bath and the en suite with a nice shower cubicle. The main bedroom had a huge bed and was comfortable, we didn't use the other bedroom with twin beds, but both bedrooms were a good size. The owners, Richard and Jennifer sent us all the information we needed and responded to our questions really quickly. They also left us a card, as it was our anniversary which made us feel so welcome. From us there were no negatives about our stay, only positives, we were after a nice relaxing break, this ticked all the boxes and more, you really wont be disappointed if you choose to stay here, we weren't and we will be back.

This was our second stay in a year! This was a winter stay where the night temperatures sometimes drop to 5C. However, one flick of a switch and the gas fired central heating made the house so cozy and the added bonus of new aluminium shutters, that when shut were like triple glazing! Still lots of activities to do during the day with clear skies and sunshine. We still can't get over the value for money at local tavernas and with this great villa as "home", makes for a very relaxing safe holiday. Can't wait to come back later in the year!

The villa exceeded expectations. It felt like a home and was really comfortably furnished with all mod cons. The location was excellent. The views out to the ocean whilst swimming in the pool were fantastic and the location of the villa meant very little humidity compared with coastal areas. The owners gave really helpful directions and were on hand via email/phone to answer any queries. The local area was beautiful and driving really easy. Lots of villages to explore and also easy to get to busier areas such as Paphos and the Harbour area. I would definitely recommend the villa for people who want a bit of a luxury feel to their holiday and who are open to exploring authentic Cyprus.

We had a wonderful holiday making the most of this very comfortable villa and pool. There is a well stocked supermarket and a number of good restaurants in nearby Tala and the Kalamares Club which is walking distance. There is lots to do (if you can tear yourself away from the pool). We visited the beaches at Paphos, Latchi and nearby Coral Bay. We also visited the Waterpark at Paphos which was a fun day out. Richard and Jennifer couldn't have been more helpful and when we arrived the villa was spotless and essential groceries had been left which was a lovely touch. We look forward to returning.

We arrived at the property late at night and were delighted from the moment we pulled up. The villa was clean, well equip and felt like home. It's located high up in the village so we weren't overlooked. It was peaceful and the views from the garden were incredible which you can admire whilst swimming in the impressive salt water pool. The air conditioning was a life saver in the heat. The property was also a great base for seeing the sights and a short drive from a nice bar and restaurants. The owners Richard and Jenny topped the scale for great customer service always making sure we had everything we needed even on our journey home. We'd recommend this villa to anyone, especially a family and we hope to return next year - thank you!

The property is beautifully furnished and everything is new and very comfortable. The views are fantastic and the patio area very private and not overlooked. Plenty of shade for hot days and the salt water pool was appreciated without that taste of chlorine! Jenny and Richard seemed to have thought of everything and the only minus was that we only had a week there! We will be back.

We stayed for a week at Seascape and really didn't want to leave! The villa is exactly as described, very clean and well-maintained and is set in the prestigious Kamares Village development, just above the village of Tala (hire car recommended - the covered car port is a real bonus as provides much needed shade). The villa is airy with high ceilings and has plenty of room for four people. Super king size bed in the master bedroom is comfortable and the shower in the ensuite is powerful with plentiful hot water. Kitchen has everything you could want (if you can resist the many good restaurants in the area - try Melitzia Tavern in Tala, one of our favourites). The lounge is very comfortable and TV receives all the UK channels via Internet enabled software - reception was pretty good as was wifi connection. All doors in the villa have fly screens which is great when you want to get some air in without the annoyance of pests too. Outside there are plenty of areas where you can lounge in the sun or shade if you prefer and the bonus is that the property is not overlooked at all. Pool is perfect for dipping in and out of on hot sunny days (there's even an outside pool shower) and the views are really breathtaking. The verandah outside the lounge provides opportunities for dining alfresco - great for breakfast and evening meals on balmy nights. Beautifully kept gardens with an abundance of flowering shrubs - heavenly scents - just paradise! So relaxing and peaceful that we shall definitely be back again. Jenny and Richard are fabulous hosts, provided good information, directions and were just generally very helpful. They have a fantastic home we feel lucky to have found. no hesitation in recommending.
