Exactly what I was hoping for- well-appointed condo with perfect location. Everything we needed was in the condo and more. Enjoyed having coffee on the deck in the morning. Closeness to Marginal Way and the beaches made it a great vacation week.

This place is so perfect. We already rebooked for 2023! The property is immaculate, the ocean view is incredible. We loved sitting out on the deck. Patrick was responsive and helpful. Can't wait for next year!

We loved our stay in Ogunquit! The condo was clean, well stocked and the location can’t be beat. Walk to town, small beach and Perkins Cove. I walked every morning on marginal way and we walked to Perkins Cove and into town for dinner most nights. Pool is deep (4-10 feet) I could only stand in the first few feet of the pool so definitely bring floats. We would stay again.

This was such a great trip for my husband and me. We enjoyed everything. The condo was beautifully decorated with a Parisienne theme and proved to be clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the deck with the view of the ocean in the distance. We could walk just about everywhere using Marginal Way to go to Perkins Cove and to Main St. Little Beach was conveniently located just down the hill. One of my favorite things to do was walking Marginal Way along the coast in the early morning. There are many good restaurants in the area, and we enjoyed all that we tried. My husband grew up near Portland, so we have made many trips to Maine. I would say that staying in Ogunquit at this condo was the best of all and we look forward to coming back someday.

This is a beautiful, spotlessly clean condo . Very well located , its decoration is pleasant and tasteful. The comfort is absolute ./ C'est un magnifique condo d'une propreté impeccable . Fort bien situé, sa décoration est agréable et de bon goût . Confort absolu .

We enjoyed our stay here – the condo was perfect in size for the two of us and was in a great location. It was a short walk to the Marginal Way and a couple of small beaches (during low tide). And when we wanted to go to Ogunquit Beach, it was only about a 10-15 minute walk. It was also very easy to walk into the center of town for lunch or dinner. The condo itself was very clean and nicely furnished/decorated, and we felt at home. We spent a lot of time in the mornings sitting on the deck. There is a parking lot across the street – during the weekend, it might be a little tough to find a spot if you are out and don’t return until 7 or 8 in the evening. But there is a side street that allows street parking and is relatively empty once the beach-goers leave for the day. During the day (or anytime during the week), there were no problems parking in the lot. The unit is located on the first floor, so depending on how courteous/soft-footed the people who rent the unit above are, you may hear them when in the bedroom. Patrick was very responsive when we had questions. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Condo is very comfortable and convenient to Marginal Way, shopping and restaurants.

Everything one needs and more is supplied, the unit is spotless, tastefully decorated with a Parisian theme, and it’s a wonderful home away from home from start to finish. Patrick is a helpful, communicative, and caring host. Oh! Added improvement this year is the expanded patio deck! A perfect stay!

Just back from a 2-week stay at this wonderful, comfortable, perfectly located, perfectly furnished with attention to every detail condo. Half-way between the town center and Perkins Cove with quick, easy access to the Marginal Way makes it a convenient spot! During the pandemic, we loved having the porch as access, rather than the main building, and the porch was a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast, relax, and enjoy the scenery. Yes, you can see the ocean. We’ve stayed at several VRBO’s and this one tops them all. Patrick is a wonderful and responsive host who knows what it takes to be one! Thank you for everything! We look forward to our return!

Great location. A covid escape.

Everything was great about the property. It's a perfect location and the privacy of Israel head rd beach below Marginal Way is wonderful. You really don't need to go to the large Ogunquit beach if you watch the tides carefully. It's so easy to walk to Perkins Cove, or downtown Ogunquit from Israel Head. The owners have made a relatively small space a cozy residence mazimizing the use of space. My only recommendation would be to trim the hedges around the deck much lower so you can see the Ocean view while sitting, as well as standing on the deck. A quick walk down the road and onto the Marginal Way provides breath taking views that always surprise you depending on the weather, the time of day, and the tide. That was our favorite part. Great for photographers -even caught a double rainbow shot behind the lighthouse. Awesome! And the street is very quiet compared to perhaps staying in a hotel or motel room on Ogunquit beach. Vacation for us equals quiet for a nice rest at night, low humidity, good ocean views surrounded by great restaurants almost all within walking distance. Would love to get back again sooner rather than later.

Had a great week during Covid. Pool is closed for the season. Not a big deal we are beach people, but would have been nice to jump in after returning from the beach. Didn't find out about the pool closer until the week we went. Walk to the main beach isn't bad without all your beach gear, cooler etc. It's about a mile, but there is a steep hill coming and going. We did it 6 out of seven days, little beach is much closer. At high tide at little beach you be setting on the rocks. Easy walk to many restaurants. Condo was very clean, comfortable, plenty of towels for the week. Condo has everything could possibly need. Owner was very quick to answer all questions. Would stay again

It ticks all of the boxes. You can walk to everything, Marginal Way is steps away, small private beaches at the end of the road if you do not want to go to Ogunquit Beach (do both!). The bedroom has a very comfortable bed with good support and fresh quality bedding. The supplied towels are of excellent quality and quantity. The televisions both in the bedroom and in the living room Functioned well with Spectrum cable service. The Internet service is typical of that found in Maine but generally suits the bill. Patrick, the owner, is exceptionally accommodating and friendly. You will not go wrong with this unit, but please don’t try to rent it when we wish to return.

This property is exactly what we were looking for. It is well located between Shore Road and Marginal Way so that it is accessible to all that Ogunquit has to offer. The owner has provided all of the amenities to make for a pleasant stay. We are looking forward to returning again next year

Great location, clean and property owner easy to work with!

Great condo in a nice building on a quiet residential street very close to Little Beach and a short walk to town. Also - very close to excellent restaurants such as Roberto’s, Roost Cafe and Northern Union, all nearby on Shore Road and not to be missed. Fabulous space, with a view of the water from the dining room and the bedroom! Well appointed kitchen, large bedroom and two full bathrooms. Worked beautifully for our week’s vacation.

Absolutely loved the condo it have everything we needed - and the location was perfect. A few minutes to marginal way and centrally located so it was a short walk to downtown restaurants or to Perkins Cove.

Place was amazing. Nicer in person than in the photos. Very short walk to the center of ogunquit. About a 5 to 10 minute walk to ogunquit beach. I have an elderly mother and a toddler and was able to walk to be beach and center of town every day. Very highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was great for walks to Little Beach or the center of town.

Our stay at this condo was wonderful. Patrick has thought of everything a guest would need while staying there. The condo is beautiful and everything was top shelf.... from the cookware to the dishes, sheets, furnishings; everything. We hope to return next year and would love to stay in this condo again. My wife and I had a wonderful 3 night stay at 103 The Lookout! We wish we could have stayed longer but we were meeting family for an annual stay in Old Orchard Beach. Everything went extremely well and the unit surpassed our expectations! Patrick was quick to respond to our inquiries giving us all the information we requested. The best thing for us to do in Ogunquit is to walk the Marginal Way and The Lookout is a very short walk to access it! We walked to Perkins Cove as well as to Ogunquit Beach and also to the shops and restaurants in the centre of town. We certainly look forward to staying here again in the future! We had a great stay. Patrick thought of everything. The location was central to town. I loved being able to stroll down the hill and right on to marginal way.
