Great apartment overall. The heat in the upstairs bedroom was not working so we had a terribly cold night here in January. I wrote the contact in the middle of the night because i was so cold and he didn't get back to me. I reached out to him next day noon and he told me that there weren't any complaints from the previous guest, he didn't apologize or seem to care much that we were freezing(temps were around -12 even during the day) but they brought a space heater later on, which helped a ton.
The windows apparently had been opened a crack by someone before us so that made the apartment freezing when we got there and only when my husband checked all windows did we realize they were opened.
Again, great place, great view, communication and support needs improvement.

Amazing hosts, quick response and service.
This is the second time we stay in this condo and it’s lovely. The beds are comfortable, each room has windows and the balcony views are stunning; especially for sunrise! Location is also great for activities nearby. You will be 20 min from copper and Breck if you’re skiing and a short drive into Dillion, Frisco and Silverthorne. Highly recommend!

Beautiful view of Lake Dillon and the mountains. Fantastic hiking nearby including trail around Lake Dillon. Lots to do within short drive. Will definitely visit again in the summer.

Good place to stay for a ski trip
We had a good time at the property. The top bunk bed is a bit tricky to climb on but overall everything is provided just as the description. 5/5.

Very nice place and location.
This is a very nice place and perfect location. The views of the lake and surrounding area were beautiful. We felt really comfortable and had a nice family weekend. We even had a visit from a couple young mouse hanging out in the neighborhood. We were a little disappointed that the hot tub was currently unavailable but would love to come back to this property again.

Nice condo
Hot tub is out due to COVID, which is super disappointing when we’re there to ski. And water pressure in showers could have been better. But the location was awesome, beautiful views, space was perfect for our group. Nice to have 2 floors for people sharing space. Was great having a usable kitchen during our vacation. Overall, we loved it and would come again. Near all the major ski areas.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. We lovethe location in proximity to keystone, Vail, and Breckinridge making it a nice central location for all three hills, as well as nearby restaurants in silverthorne and Dillon.

Perfect cozy condo for family trip
Love the cleanliness of the property. It had all the comforts of home available. Great location to Keystone and Breck ski resorts. Parking is covered- which was a plus during our very snowy trip!

Best place for the money with outstanding view!
Nothing too special of a place...but has a well equipped kitchen especially during Covid times! Beds were fairly comfortable, loved having a washer and dryer and fireplace! Only suggestions I have 1)need coat hooks! A great place is on the wall coming in the door, or put over the door racks on every bedroom/closet door. We hung coats and snow pants over the dining chairs. Not ideal. 2)need a dishwasher pod and a new garbage liner for every day we’re there. We stayed 4 nites only had 1 dishwasher pod and 2 garbage liners. If not providing them, plz put that on your information page. 3)include distances on direction getting to the condo. Very hard to find arriving in the dark! Very much enjoyed our stay at this condo and this area! Owners very helpful and reachable before we arrived! Thank you!

Excellent stay
We really enjoyed this condo with absolutely gorgeous views of the sunrise every day. The views of Dillon Reservoir with the mountains in the background were also great. The check in process was smooth and the garage parking was a bonus. We would highly recommend the place for anyone visiting this area.

Great stay!
We loved this place. The view from the balcony was amazing. I was impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was. We had all utensils and kitchen gadgets needed to make meals. The location was really convenient and easy to get to. There were also trails in the neighborhood that were easily accessible and had beautiful wildflowers.

Very good location close to resorts and downtown. Excellent views and spacious layout. I would recommend it and will probably be back.

Beautiful view...very cozy
Overall a nice place for the money. Had everything we needed to feel right at home. We had 6 people and there was plenty of room. They had all the kitchenware necessary. Location was only a short drive to get into town.
Only a few minor things that the owners may want to address. The toilets had a ring around the inside and smelled and there was hair in the tub. I would recommend a few more bath towels. The deck was not cleared off so we were not able to go out on the balcony or use the grill.
I did try to contact the managers but the person listed in my email was not in the directory of the number I called so I left a message for another manager but never received a call back. As for the check out instructions everything was clear except for what to do with the dirty towels, we just put them in the washer. It didn’t seem that we could control the temperature very well as the thermostat said it was 73 or so and we turned it down to 60 and it never cooled off. The remote for the cable box in the master bedroom did not work properly.

Great Condo - great location
We had a wonderful time at Prospector Village. The condo is great. Very clean and ready for use! Love the location, so close to all the ski resorts and nice dining options in town. Hot tubs and pool were great to relax the muscles after skiing. Only minor suggestion might be to install a coat rack/shelf at the entrance where you can hang up coats, helmets, gloves, etc when coming back from a day of skiing.
Loved the place - would definitely come back again.

Awesome Views
Enjoyed our stay. The location has awesome views from top of mountain in Silverthorne. The house was very roomy for my family of 5. Only issue was lugging luggage’s up three floors. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would return.

This condo met and surpassed all of our expectatio
Everything about this unit is spectacular. The views of Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains from the main floor and master BR are stunning. The hot tub and swimming pool are write next door to the building. There is a speacious underground garage with two assigned parking spots. We have stayed in many Airbnbs and VRBOs but this unit is probably the best equiped unit that we have ever stayed. Can't recommend it enough. And the area....perfecto.

Great Stay!
We booked this property to be centralized for skiing and it was very convenient. All hills were 20-40 minute drives and we had access to everything we needed in town. It slept plenty of people comfortably and had all the amenities we needed. Highly Recommended!

Great Winter Stay
We had a great time at your condo in Silverthorne, CO. We found the condo to be stocked with everything we needed and close to all of our outdoor activities. It's just 10 minutes from Breckenridge and Copper Mountain ski resorts. We had a great hot cocoa sleigh ride in Frisco and snowmobiled in Steamboat Springs about an hour away. Relaxing, beautiful view and quiet!

Silverthorne Adventure
I spent 2 weeks in this condo during a trip to escape the heat of South Texas and to enjoy my annual Fall fishing adventure. The condo was just as advertised. Just the right size and easy to get around in with multiple people. Great kitchen with easy access to the washer/dryer, which was necessary frequently. Everything worked well. I didn't use the cable TV much. Brought my own Roku stick and watched Netflix & Amazon so I can't comment on the cable. I would stay here again with confidence.

Awesome view of the lake mountains! Easy to get to. Lots of room for the 4 of us. Made good use of the full kitchen & in-room laundry. Great locale for summer hikes & bikes. Highly recommended!

Great Time
The views from the unit were fantastic. The unit was just as described and the central location was great for the different excursions that we had for the week. I would stay there again and Penni was great to work with.

Summer trip
This location was very mice with an amazing view, condo was beautiful, only issues i had in the description of the kitchen it stated fully equipped. I drink protein shake every morning and to make my travel lighter i didnt bring a blender, thinking there would be one. Second issues was the sofa bed. I really think its time to change out that sofa bed. Sofa was uncomfortable to seat on and the sleep was worse. We were gonna extend our stay 1 more night but due to sofa We stayed in a hotel our final night there and theu sofa sleeper was way better that the cond sofa. So our teenage childern had a much better sleep. Before we tokk our 16 hr drive back home.

Great Condo in Silverthorne
This condo was great for a family with an infant. There is an upstairs that is secluded and even has a large closet that already had a pop and play in it! The baby slept very good in that room.
Overall the the condo was very accommodating for a family of 4 and 2 small children.
Highly recommend going to the 2 hot tubs or pool on site!

Great getaway
We had a wonderful getaway in this two bedroom condo. Perfect for two couples or even a small family. A wonderfully stocked kitchen made it easy to make any meal just like home. We certainly enjoyed the convenience of the nearby pool and hot tub. The covered parking topped everything off.

Awesome Vacation
We were very happy with the accommodations at Prospector #204. Very comfortable and clean and the views were spectacular. Only negative is there is a bit of road noise since the condo sits just above the main road.

Awesome Condo and Excellent Location!
We stayed here in January and had the best time!
We have rented condos for years, but have never had one with such spectacular views of the lake and mountains.
This condo was central to both Keystone and Breckenridge where we skied. It is a very nice unit with everything we needed. Having the washer and dryer in the condo was a huge convenience.
My kids really enjoyed the pool and we all had fun in the hot tubs.
We will be back!

Great ski condo with amenities too!
The condo was spacious and clean. My family enjoyed our stay here with a nice kitchen and laundry too. My kids also loved the indoor pool and outside hot tub after skiing. The location is great because you can choose what resort to go to. We skied Breckenridge and Keystone which were both easy to get to from the condo. Would recommend to a friend!

Great weekend getaway!
We spent a long weekend here just before Christmas. We had a great stay as the condo has a beatutiful view and was well appointed. The location is close to several ski resorts and near the outlet mall.
