🦀 Newly remodeled Sea Winds Beachfront 2+2 Weekly Rental Condo, gorgeous view!
Nuestro condominio de 2 dormitorios recientemente reformado se encuentra en la playa, con vistas despejadas desde el séptimo piso, en el edificio Sea Winds. También acabamos de comprar alfombras nuevas en las habitaciones, julio de 2019. Hay una cama doble en el dormitorio principal y 2 camas individuales en el dormitorio de invitados. Tenemos altavoces bluetooth y estaciones de carga en las dos habitaciones. Bastidores de maletas, para desempacar fácilmente.
Se han instalado cortinas electrónicas "Black Out" en las puertas correderas de la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. También se han colocado cortinas opacas en la ventana de la habitación de invitados.
Un gran sofá cómodo, que se convierte en un sofá cama Queen. Hemos actualizado el colchón de espuma de memoria para el mejor confort para dormir.
Un nuevo televisor inteligente de pantalla plana de 55 pulgadas en la sala de estar.
Una nueva mesa de comedor de madera moderna, con asientos tapizados acolchados, se adapta fácilmente a 6 invitados.
La cocina está completamente equipada con artículos que incluyen; un juego de ollas y sartenes Calphalon de 14 piezas, cafetera, licuadora de vidrio, bloque de cuchillos, tostadora y gofrera. También tenemos un microondas, un refrigerador grande, horno / cocina y lavaplatos. Esta cocina no se ha actualizado aún.

Everything about this property was top notch! The space was adequate for our family of 5, kids 6,8,12. The location was superb, walking distance to restaurants and a few shops, otherwise everything else was a short 2-5min drive. The property was very well maintained, beautifully updated (especially compared to the building itself), and was well stocked with everything from pots/pans, etc to all of your beach needs (chairs, towels, foldable wagon). The VIEWS from this property were SPECTACULAR. Sunrises and Sunsets, the sounds of the waves crashing, dolphins playing every morning and evening - it absolutely checked every single box for us.
This was our first trip to Marco and will definitely be back! Check-in and check-out process was fine, had communication with the owners from day 1, but plenty of communication about expectations and things to do well before our trip. Job well done by the owners and management team. We can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I, our 2 kids (12 and 10), and grandparents had such a fabulous stay. The condo is just beautiful, the view is more than amazing, and our kids slept like rocks on the pullout sofa which was comfy and cozy with the super soft linens. Tracy and Michael are so responsive and are fantastic hosts. They thought of everything! We cannot wait to go back to Marco and this unit which feels like a very special home away from home!!!

Kitchen was fully stocked and we had access to everything we needed to enjoy the beach (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc). Any issues we had the owner quickly took care of. Perfect stay for a family with small kids. We had everything we needed- a full kitchen, laundry, TVs in each room, a locker with tons of beach equipment, easy parking, etc. Michael and Tracy were wonderful and easy to communicate with. Will be back next year for sure!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. It’s beautifully updated, incredibly clean, and provided everything you could possibly need for a week at the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach toys and more were easily accessible in the beach closet. Tracy reached out immediately upon our check to see if we needed anything and made sure we knew she was available at any time.
We had a beautiful view and it was just steps to the beach and pool. Before our arrival Tracy sent a list of recommendations. Restaurants and experiences. We tried many of them and they were all fantastic. We were very grateful for some guidance as we had not been to Marco before this trip.
We had a lovely trip and will definitely return and look forward to booking this condo again.

From the moment we stepped inside, my family was captivated by the breathtaking ocean views that flooded the entire space with natural light. The interior was tastefully designed with a contemporary coastal style, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere.
The fully equipped kitchen and luxurious bathrooms were highlights of the condo. The comfortable bedrooms offered restful nights, and the balcony provided the perfect spot to enjoy the stunning sunrises and sunsets. The Sea Winds community offered excellent amenities, including a heated pool and easy beach access.

We love the southern end of Marco Island location. Convenient to groceries, shopping and restaurants. The views from the balcony are outstanding! Bathrooms nicely updated. Double sink in master bathroom was a nice touch. We had a few issues during our stay that were handled quickly and satisfactorily by the owner which we greatly appreciated - top notch communication! Minor cosmetic issues (some chipped paint and marks on walls) in the unit but nothing significant that would prevent us from renting again. Beach gear closet had everything we needed - chairs, umbrellas, coolers and some toys.

Very clean and nicely decorated condo. We were a little disappointed that the bedrooms were close together. The unit was a bit smaller than the pics indicated. Both ended up being no big deal at all. One elevator out of two was out of order the entire time. The one that did work needed remodeling/repairs but at least it was in working order. The balcony was great and that is where we spent a majority of our time enjoying the oceanfront view. Also convenient that The Sunset Grill was next door. Would recommend this unit.

My family had a wonderful week at this condo. Checking in and out was simple. The condo itself had obviously been recently renovated and was perfect for me, my wife, and our two teenagers. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony each night. A fun restaurant directly next door and others about half a mile away. The staff and other residents were very friendly. We can't wait to go back.

Nice property in Marco Island right on the beach with the owner providing all beach acessories, including chairs, umbrella, cart, towels, and other items. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by my kids. The balcony overlooking the ocean is a great amenity! The unit has nice updates and everything needed to make for an easy family vacation. The owner provided lots of helpful informatiom before the stay and during to make the most of our vacation. Very responsive on communications! We would return for a future family vacation.

We had two perfect weeks in February! The weather was great as were the accommodations! Everything was as advertised - clean and redecorated! It is a perfect location on the 7th floor and the building is well maintained and full of friendly mid-westerners! We would definitely want to return again next year, but it is already booked for Jan, Feb & March of 2024. I guess that is no surprise, given how nice it is!

This condo is absolutely beautiful and we felt right at home. It had everything you could ever need and then some. The view outside is visible from the time you walk in the door until you lay your head down in the bed at night and watch the the water hit the shores. It’s so awesome. What a perfect way to relax and unwind. We spent several hours relaxing and talking on the patio and the beach. The beach has beautiful white sand and we so appreciated the beach chairs, towels and cooler that was provided. The owners of the condo are very nice and quick to reply if you have any issues. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with my husband and I. We thoroughly enjoy our time there.

Excellent vacation visiting past vacation spots from when my parents lived in Naples. Loved the condo, the area and the view was amazing. We had an adventure the second night when the whole complex was evacuated due to a fire alarm at 12:30. Must of ended up being a false alarm and we were back in our room within the hour. This was no fault of the owners just an adventure. Went shelling and had a great trip. Great beach and beautiful sunsets. Excellent communication, but didn’t have any issues to communicate about! You can’t go wrong staying at this location.

This condo is a real find with gulf views galore directly west facing for stunning sunsets from the balcony. The unit is nicely updated with Wi-Fi appliances if you wanted to start a meal to come back to from a day relaxing on the beach or mangrove adventures! The hosts are highly communicative on restaurants and things to do in the area. It was refreshing knowing we were cared for and have confidence to rent again in the future!

We stayed in this condo shortly after hurricane Ian hit north of Marco Island. Marco Island was almost completely back to being up and running.
The condo has an amazing gulf view with a balcony you can sit in lounge chairs on, or eat a meal at the table. Everything was clean and newly remodeled. The kitchen is truly fully stocked and there is dishwashing soap under the sink. We have stayed at many condos to find no baking trays and not even enough everyday dishes to fill the dishwasher. This condo has plenty of plates, cups, and silverware. Many people have left various things as they have come through so the spice drawer was full and there was even extra disposable plates and cups available. There is pump hand soap in all bathrooms and the kitchen, not just the small bar often provided by hotel properties. The laundry had a variety of soaps and dryer sheets and we used some and added some.
The locker of beach items was well stocked with umbrellas, chairs, and a few boogie boards.
It was a great visit. The availability of items will vary as people come and go, but even just the amenities listed by the owners in the description are plenty.

Condo was updated very nicely. Great views of the beach and sunsets. Easy to get to the beach. Great locations at many great places to eat within a 15 min walk. Highly recommend this condo and the owners are fantastic to deal with.
