The apartment was great. Clean, a lot of light, and very comfortable. In the center of the old town, and located on a corner across from the cathedral, this gorgeous unit is a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping, there were also cultural parades at night we fully enjoyed!

Had a lovely 5 night stay. Excellent flat. Great communication with Laurence for all details. Very central. Very comfortable. Great soundproofing but a little noise gets through (it is after all right across from commerce) if that is a concern to anyone. We will return. Highly recommended.

Nicht ganz günstig, aber jeden Cent wert! Eine tolle Wohnung mittendrin. Sehr schick und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Genau wie auf den Fotos. Vielleicht nichts für empfindliche Langschläfer. Aber die Stadt wäre nicht so sauber, wenn nicht jeden Morgen die Straßenreinigung käme, und dass die Wohnung direkt neben der Kathedrale liegt wussten wir ja vorher. Um 8 wird zum Gottesdienst geläutet. Die Fenster der Wohnung schließen aber sehr gut und so bleiben die Geräusche vorwiegend draußen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert auf Englisch. Alles hat super geklappt! 100% empfehlenswert!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement où rien rien ne manque et décoré avec goût. La vue sur les vitraux de la cathédrale est top ! Pouvoir tout faire à pied sans prendre la voiture ça fait du bien. Merci pour toutes les infos concernant les parkings, les magasins et les petites douceurs trouvées à notre arrivée!

Appartement très agréable, très bien situé, au plein cœur de l’intra-muros. Propreté impeccable. Communication, check in et check août très faciles. Aucun défaut, si ce n’est pour les amateurs de grasse matinée la proximité des cloches de la cathédrale !

Nous avons été en contact avec Fabienne par mail puis par téléphone. Personne charmante avec qui nous avons eu un très bon contact ! L’appartement est très propre, très joliment décoré, très bien équipé et en plein centre de saint Malo. Il est à noter la difficulté potentielle pour se garer dans le centre et le bruit potentiel très tôt le matin avec les services de la ville qui nettoient à partir de 6h du matin...

Nous avons séjournés 6 jours dans ce bel appartement et nous avons été ravis. Il est idéalement placé dans la veille ville et l’appartement est très bien équipée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Die Wohnung ist so schön wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Sie liegt im Herzen der wunderschönen Altstadt. Auch für unsere kleinen Kinder war die Wohnung gut ausgestattet, sogar Spielsachen waren vorhanden. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und werden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen!

L’appartement est situé idéalement dans l’intra muros pour la visite du centre de saint Malo. Le parking Saint Vincent est tres proche à pied. L’appartement dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires que ce soit en famille ou en couple.

Très propre, bien aménagé, la décoration soignée, cet appartement est idéal pour passer des vacances au coeur de la cité corsaire. L' accueil était chaleureux. The apartment is inside the walls of St Malo - the location could not be better to enjoy all the many delights of St Malo. The apartment is spotlessly clean, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Check in and check out were easy. One of the best features of the apartment is the many big windows that fill the apartment with light and air and gave a beautiful overlook of the cathedral.

Superior apartment located in the heart of St Malo offering quality accommodation in a great location. Well appointed, equipped, quiet when the bells aren't ringing! and full of sunshine in the afternoon. A great location for a weeks break with lots to do in and around the town on foot. Enjoyed being back after a 15 year gap with our older children and visiting some of our favourite beaches and nearby towns.

Everything about the property was perfect and the description is completely accurate. It is in the heart of town and within walking distance of everything including the Carrefour and pharmacy. The windows are big and beautiful with a small balcony. They are on all sides and when open it seems like you are right there in the middle of everything below. Great with a glass of wine on the balcony to people watch! It also allows for a beautiful breeze. And the views of the cathedral next door are stunning. The apartment is beautifully decorated with modern appliances, air conditioning, combo clothes washer/ dryer, dishwasher, and even a Nespresso machine. Every detail has been thought of to make a wonderful family vacation including beach toys and family games for game nights. It is on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator which came in handy the first and last day with all of our luggage. The manager of the property was also just so nice and thoughtful. It’s also about 2 blocks from La Grande Porte, one of the entries into the walled city which makes it is very easy to access the parking lots. One note of advice: parking is scarce in Saint Malo especially during the summer months and there is no parking or cars inside the walls. If you have rented a car and want to do some day excursions with Saint-Malo as your base, I would go online to QPark and buy a multi pass for the underground parking garage by the Porte St Vincent (the main entrance into the city) next to the carousel. It allows you unlimited entry and re-entry and has the most spots of all the parking areas. It is about a 5 minute walk from la Grande Porte to Porte St Vincent. Overall I cannot day enough great things about the apartment and highly recommend it. Everything was perfect!

Un super appartement en très bon état et très propre, avec un très bon niveau d’équipement et une décoration de bon goût. Idéalement situé intra Muros, les plages sont toutes proches ainsi que les transports en commun pour visiter la région. Nous reviendrons à la première occasion

Die Wohnung war super und sehr sauber und hell. Die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll. Die Lage der Wohnung ist superzentral. Türe auf und man ist mittendrin im geschehen, oder beobachtet alles einwenig gemütlicher vom Fenster aus. Der Strand ist ca 5 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Viele schöne Läden. Und für das Morgenessen ist die Boulangerie gerade um die Ecke. Die Dame vor Ort war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert . Man konnte ihr auch jederzeit bei Fragen über whatsapp schreiben. Als wir dort waren wurde die Wohnung über uns renoviert. Dies war leider sehr lärmig (das war aber das einzige negative)

This apartment just couldn’t have been located better for prowling around St Malo old city. Everything right on your doorstep, literally, with a large number of eateries and shops within a few minutes in all directions. Very nicely furnished and very comfortable for two couples and a small baby. There was even a lift. Luxury! Both Fabienne and Servane were very helpful and we felt welcome. Thanks very much!

Fabuleux endroit, au pied de la cathédrale, en plein cœur de Saint Malo intra-muros, fonctionnel, spacieux, propre et lumineux. La literie est un peu dure. Sinon tout est parfait.
