Staff was neither friendly nor helpful, room was dirty, hair was on the floor and a used Toothbrush and shampoo bottle. They charged more than 50% of the price for early check in, which is WAY too much!! Wouldn't come back...

Near the ferry. Some rooms have a good view of sunrise. Good shower.

Not a good hotel experience. I sent an email to request an airport transfer - no reply. Arrived at 6.30 and asked where I could have dinner. Dinner would not be possible because they had a big group in. No other restaurants around hotel. Asked again and they said wait a few hours. Finally, I got one of three offered options from an a la carte menu, to my room. Microphone noise from group event was too loud in restaurant. Only warm drinks(1cola, 1 beer) in open fridge. No wine-'You can buy some in convenience store' about 1km away! Unbelievably loud karaoke thumping music. Guests other than those in a big Not a good hotel experience. Kind and helpful staff made us feeling at home. Awesome view in Tuan Chau island. Breakfast The room is spacious and comfortable

The hotel is very close to the seas.. the room are spacious .. it's very comfortable. Had a great experience

The hotel is located in close proximity to the pier and it was v easy for us to get to from the bus station. We had to check in late as we were arriving from sapa town on the sleeper bus and the hotel staff were patient and waited well for us to arrive.

The spread for breakfast wasnt most delicious. Coffee was not brewed strong enough, so we ordered for another coffee on the side.

Awesome Sea view

Nice hotel with a great view over Halong Bay. (except for the ugly building in front of it) There was a lot of construction going on right next to the hotel. We only stayed for one night, so that was not a real problem for us. It was also not that noisy. But, I can imagine that when you had booked the hotel for a much longer period it could have been a nasty surprise. The staff was great. Very friendly and attend fully. While we were waiting in the lobby to be picked up, the women from the reception rushed to us with a fan for some coolness. The area is brand new and in full development. A lot of road and pavement construction was going on. Not that many restaurants in walking distance. It's mainly a great place to stay when you have booked a cruise on the Bay, as it's walking distance to Tuan Chau harbor. The breakfast was sufficient, but not that great.
