Property exactly as advertised. Feels very homely. Well equipped with all you would need to cook at home.
Pool area great, plenty of comfortable furniture, pool temperature was good too.
Bed was so comfortable with high quality bedding & towels. Wifi was speedy & reliable.
Location is great for us as we enjoy the 15 minute walk down to the seafront, Great to have Fran on hand next door for any queries.
Only constructive feedback I can offer is that the key safe is a little fiddly to use & would maybe benefit from a small hook to hold the keys in place.
Clear communication from the owners who replied promptly to any messages
Hope to return again and am missing my morning coffee by the pool.

Fabulous Villa, Fabulous Holiday
We love this area, and the location. A lovely quiet and relaxing area with a lovely 15-20 minute work to the resort, which has some great restaurants. The villa was exceptional with every thing you would require. I cannot think of anything that was a miss, every aspect had been considered. Lovely pool, pizza/BBQ oven and a variety of great outside seating areas. The villa benefits from a new wall that provides complete privacy for the pool area. The inside is immaculate with every mod con you could wish for. A modern walk in shower, comfortable bed, every utensil you could ever need and a lovely lounge area with a great TV package for those chilly evenings. Fran next door is on hand to greet you and ensure that you have everything you need, thank you Fran. The booking process is efficient and Julie keeps in touch throughout. I can highly recommend this villa and we cannot wait to return. Thank you Julie for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home and that is what it was like, a home from home only with better weather. Love, love, unfortunately we are back in snowy England now.

fantastic villa in great location
We have had a great week at Villa Rhodantha, everything was ready for us on arrival. The interior of the villa was lovely and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. There was plenty of hanging space in the bedroom and an extremely comfortable bed. The exterior of the villa had plenty of seating set in a beautiful garden with the pool as an additional bonus. The villa is located in a quiet cul de sac about 15 mins walk from Playa Blanca, we walked down to the town every evening. There is a large selection of bars and restaurants in the town and if you walk a bit further

The property was amazing, our stay was very relaxing in a lovely quiet area, but also very close to the town centre. Approx 20 mins walk, with taxis close at hand.
The heated pool & outdoor patio are a wonderful sun trap ,with a touch of shade for a break from the sunshine.
We found the villa to be very modern, with everything we needed and more!

A Gem of a villa
Spent 12 days in this lovely villa. Very peaceful and relaxing with a nice size pool , that's cleaned regularly.
Villa was spotlessly clean on arrival. We hired a car , so it was only a 5min drive from the centre of Playa Blanca. The booking process is very easy and communication with the owner was excellent

Nice clean 2 bedroom villa
Clean modern villa in excellent location just a short taxi ride from the centre of playa Blanca.
The only improvement I could recommend is some privacy screening as you can be seen from the road and the villa opposite when sunbathing this would make the villa perfect.

Perfect stay at villa rhodantha ❤
Not much to say other than perfect stay villa was beautifully decorated well equipped peaceful area. Just a short pretty walk to lovely restaurants and bars.. enjoyed sitting having a cold beer a nice meal over looking the sea. Then either Walk or cheap taxi back to villa where we enjoyed relaxing by the pool.. best holiday will definitely be booking again.thanks to fran next very helpful. Beautiful Villa
We had a calm and peaceful 2 week stay in this beautiful villa.
Modernly decorated, well maintained and spotlessly clean. Julie and Nick haven equipped this home with everything we could possibly need for our stay, leaving us a welcome pack which was a nice touch.The villa is on a very quiet complex roughly 15/ 20 minutes walk from the beach and shops. We enjoyed a nice walk into town with very picturesque views but would sometimes take a taxi back in the evening for between €3 or €4. Lovely Fran is at hand next door if needed which was only once and she quickly and efficiently resolved our small issue. We felt at home very quickly an had a fabulous holiday .

Superb second stay at Rodanthe Villa everything you need is thought if.
We love this Villa in a quiet residential area of Playa Blanca. Villa has everything you could need plus a 10 minute walk into Playa for restaurants and shops. This is our second visit and we hope to be back again next year. Love Lanzarote

Fantastic stay
We had a great time at this wonderful villa. Everything has been thought of to ensure a lovely,relaxing week! Heated pool with lots of sunbeds and chairs(shade too when you need it) and a villa which has every amenity you could ask for. Fran next door is very helpful too.
Top tips -Blue Note restaurant at the Marina and La Cocina de Colacho - a truly stunning meal! El Golfo 20 minutes away by car has superb seafood and you can watch the waves crash on the shore as the sun goes down.

A truly beautiful villa
After holidaying in Playa Blanca for 10 years, we wish we'd found this gem before now! The villa & pool area are stunning, as is all decor and absolutely everything is catered for. We had the most relaxing week possible, relaxing by the pool with peace like we've never experienced on holiday before. The heated pool was bliss. We're used to staying nearer to the centre but the 20 minute walk wasn't a problem and taxis were only 4 euros. Thank you to Julie for accommodating a couple of requests that we made on booking. We hope to book again for sure.

Gorgeous sunny villa, everything provided for a relaxing break away
We just got back from 8 nights staying at this lovely, comfortable, relaxing and peaceful villa.
The villa provided us with everything we needed and more, including comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and lovely bathroom. Lovely pool area with sunbeds and comfortable seating/dining.
It was spotless.. clean and tidy.
A short 15-20 mins walk to supermarkets and to Playa Blanca shops, restaurants and bars, and the beach. 25 mins walk to the Marina, but everything accessible and for us we didn't need a car as spent each day relaxing around the pool, enjoying the sunshine and walking everywhere to stretch our legs. Taxis are only €4 from town.
This is a modern and beautifully kept villa and we will certainly be looking to stay here again soon.

Wonderful Villa
My family and I have just returned from a weeks stay at Villa Rhodantha and we cant recommend this place enough. The villa itself has a very homely feel with everything you need. The positives are the heated pool, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable outdoor seating areas and on demand TV and films for when the weather isn't so good.
The location is approximately 20 minutes walk from the centre of Playa Blanca, and probably another 15 minutes to Marina Rubicon, so as we had two young children we chose to drive most evenings, which was not a problem as we hired a car, but just to be aware of. Alternatively the taxi cost is EUR 3-4
For families the villa is also only a 10 minute walk from the Aqua Lava Waterpark which is open throughout the year and has heated pools, and in February no queues. The nearest beach is a 15 minute walk and also ideal for families, although a bit cold in February!
If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in Lanzarote, then this villa and the resort of Playa Blanca will not disappoint you.
Thanks again for allowing us to spend a week in your wonderful home. We definitely hope to return some time in the future.

Wonderful Villa!
We recently had a two week stay at this beautiful villa. It is very well equipped and has a lovely heated pool. The walk to Playa Blanca and the shops and restaurants took us around 25 mins at a slow pace but not hard! The area where Villa Rodantha is very quiet so it was very relaxing to spend hours by the pool which is just what we wanted from our holiday. Thank you so much Julie and Chris for allowing us to stay in your beautiful villa. We would highly recommend a stay here for anyone looking for a relaxing break.

The Getaway that we always dreamed of.
Where do we start? Upon arrival we were wowed by how stunning the Villa was. Off street parking in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood were a massive bonus. My new wife and I were greeted by a lovely card and bottle of bubbly from Julie and Nick which set the tone for our honeymoon, all the little details and additions that show how much they care about their guests stay. The Villa was impeccably clean, modern and very tastefully decorated with a very well equipped kitchen. It truly felt like a home away from home and we will be regularly making bookings in the future. Thank you so so much for everything!!! Special mention to Fran who was on hand at all hours of the day!

Fantastic Villa ! Everything you could need.
We have just had the most wonderful stay in Villa Rhodantha. The villa itself is very spacious for 4 people. The outside area and pool are great with lovely furniture, comfortable sun beds and a great BBQ. The master bedroom is spacious with lots of wardrobe space and an extremely comfortable bed ! Set in a peaceful location with a 20 min walk into town where you have the choice 3 lovely cove beaches, fantastic choice of restaurants, bars and shops also a large supermarket. A slightly longer stroll to Marina Rubicon, beautiful setting for an evening out. A cab journey back from town is around €5.
We also received a great welcome pack of tea, coffee, water, beer and wine which lovely. Fran next door is very helpful and the villa was immaculate on arrival. Pool was cleaned before and during our stay.
You would certainly not be disappointed if you booked this wonderful villa, we would love to stay again, it has everything you need for a great holiday and Playa Blanca itself it a beautiful holiday destination.
Our booking process from start to finish was so easy and Julie was very helpful responding quickly to any questions I had.

The place to relax!
We stayed at the villa for 10 days in August and we had the most wonderful stay. The villa’s location is perfect - a 20 min stroll to the centre of Playa Blanca. 10 minutes to Marina Rubicon - where we enjoyed many of the restaurants.
The villa is well equipped- everything you need to make your stay stress free, relaxing and welcoming. The pool is perfect too. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and definitely recommend to others.
