Thank you Jo for a wonderful stay, the apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We were blessed with a beautiful sunny weekend and enjoyed lots of beach walks. Ferring is a lovely quiet spot between the much busier towns of Worthing and Littlehampton......would definitely recommend!

The flat is directly at the beach inside a very nice neighborhood in Ferring. Beautiful sunny kitchen and breakfast table with a gigantic view. Everything you would need for a weeks stay is available including very comfortable beds. We really enjoyed the stay and can clearly recommend it.

Our group of two people stayed here because of it’s proximity to the Arundel Castle, and the English Channel. The location turned out to be perfect for our needs. We enjoyed walking along the shore to the Bluebird Cafe nearby. The apartment was clean and quiet and a good value. We recommend it.

On arrival we found a bottle white wine and some basic food in the kitchen as welcome gift. The flat was clean and well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and despite being second row from the beach you have a nice view of the ocean when sitting in the living room.

Stayed in a beautiful flat with every resource we could need, including sky tv. Beautiful sea view out of kitchen/dinner and living room. Beds were so comfortable, bathroom was fitted with an amazing shower and bath. The seaside was so quiet, just the sea, stones and a very lengthy path walk to worthing if required. Absolutely heaven

Very clean and well equipped accommodation in a peaceful coastal location, with great communications from the owner at all times. Great apartment for a quiet beach holiday and to explore nearby locations like Worthing, West Wittering beach and Littlehampton. Lovely location, beautifully furnished
Would have had 5* but it's not made clear in the description that this is a first floor flat and I would have expected a cafetiere in the kitchen for the rent charged ? No folder with local services such as nearest doctor, hospital, vet, supermarket etc or instructions for any of the electrical appliances. Otherwise perfect!

Lovely sea side flat
Flat was clean and well kitted out, actually larger than I expected. Flat is very close to the beach. We were lucky with the weather and had a lovely time swimming in the sea. Owners very responsive to queries. Would recommend!

What a lovely appartement. We didn't expect such a loving and stylish atmosphere at our arriving, since the pictures don't live up to the reality so to say. The beds are so comfortable that some of us slept better than at home! Not only were we welcomed by a bottle of wine and a box of cookies, but there was also fresh milk in the fridge. Nothing missing in the kitchen for decent cooking. 100m from the appartment one can find the nice pebble beach and a beautiful path along it which invites for long walks. Our stay here will be remembered with a feeling of warmth. Thanks a lot Jo.

Beautifully decorated lovely apartment with a view
The apartment was beautiful, absolutely spotless, beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. It was also more spacious than you´d expect by looking at the photos available. We had such a nice time in Ferring. Weather was fine and we did spend a lot of time on the beach. Special thanks to Jo! She was friendly and helpful in evey way!

Lucky us
The property was luxurious and very well appointed in an unlikely setting. So handy to the beach and good food, our short break was effortless and relaxing. We loved the interior and the location proved peaceful and we pretty much had ‘our’ part of the beach to ourselves. We hope to make a return visit soon.

Perfect Location
My sister Lyn and I were in Sussex to visit my son in Worthing and watch his cousin Adam perform at the Ropetackle Centre in Shoreham. The apartment was in a superb location, perfect for breakfast at the beach cafe and long walks. It was extremely well equipped and so comfortable. We will return!

Fabulous accommodation with everything you ned
Having grown up locally, I had come to Worthing to visit my family for a few days. The flat was superb, so much room for the 4 of us and everything we need d for a very comfortable stay. The furnishings were lovely and beds very comfy. Great location as just a few steps from the beach and cafes, restaurants, shops within easy distance. Some nice arrival touches too. My local family popped in to view and were very impressed so will be recommending to their friends and wider family. Will certainly heck availability next time we come for a few days!

Lovely position, so close to the beach, views from flat. Excellent facilities and spotless. Tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and chairs to relax in if you had to stay in. Quiet area with plenty of flat walks and a Cafe or two. We had fantastic weather and just walked our dogs along the paths taking in the views and visited Worthing, very relaxing weekend.

Fantastic time had by all, old and young.
The accommodation was brilliant! It was clean, the beds were really comfortable, it’s beautifully decorated, lovely sized rooms and the view from the front room is amazing. There are games provided, which we all used and a welcome pack. My children loved the beach being so close.
The Tudor Close (pub, converted barn) is great to eat at and it has a spectacular fire place. Both the Blue Bird and Sea Lane cafes serve great food as well.
Will happily return for another holiday.

A wonderful apartment- very impressed!
We had a lovely stay at this fab apartment. The photos don't do it justice. The rooms were well proportioned; a great bathroom and powerful shower; well equipped kitchen and a large and homely sitting room. The rooms were all beautifully decorated and furnished and very comfortable. The owner provided us with a travel cot for our little one, which was great. There were lots of board games and a few books, which was a nice touch. Location is great- so close to the sea and nice cafes in easy walking distance. Can't recommend this place enough.
