I took my partner on vacation after a tiring period and had moments of comfortable relaxation at Eco Puluong - a wonderful resort with the scenery and people here. staffs are friendly and enthusiastic. The equipments in the room are comfortable which giving me a comfortable feeling of being in harmony with nature.

The staff very well, the receptionist was very enthusiastic. The view of the harbor, especially the pool view so beautiful

Location and view is wonderful. The food is great and the staff very friendly.

There was very little hot water in room. Having a bath was not possible and it was winter so not good enough for the price of the room.

The location has great views, but the hotel is a little farther from the traditional rice terrace area.

Most of the staff was not able to communicate in English, nevertheless everyone was very helpful.

The restaurant staff were so kind and incredible, and the beds were comfortable and the location was beautiful (a 10min walk to stunning rice fields). The pool was clean and gorgeous. And the view was beautiful.

The bus back to Hanoi was over 2hrs late, and the communication about departure times/arrival times was very unclear. The lounge beds were mouldy (which was understanding given the humidity, but still were unfortunately unusable). There was also a lot of construction going on, which was quite loud and disruptive.

It has all the facilities you need - a good sized bed (we stayed in a villa with mountain view), food was tasty (good portion size and prices reasonable), and overall staff were friendly and attentive.

There were stains on the mattress and pillow cases, the room was slightly damp due to weather (not much can be done, although, putting on the aircon before guests arriving would’ve been ideal) and floor in the bathroom wasn’t very clean.

Staff are very nice, friendly and supportive. The room is comfortable enough. We really enjoy our 2 day stay here.
