We really enjoy the Cave Creek/Carefree area so staying in this property with its easy access to hiking, biking and nearby restaurants was enjoyable. Being able to park in a garage was desirable due to having our bikes, etc. and the hosts allowed us to check in early on our first day, all added touches that matter. Our only concern was that we did not have access to the community center as advertised due to a fob glitch. We had been looking forward to the added amenities. Our hosts were not able to resolve the issue from afar and due to timing. In spite of that issue, communication was good with them, but I would advise you that if accessing those amenities is important to you, that you make sure you access it early on in your stay so that if there are issues it can be resolved so you get the full benefit of your rental.

The home was exactly as described on the VRBO website. Great location, nice layout, beautiful pool, very private. Hosts could not have been more responsive or helpful. We would definitely recommend to others.

This was our second trip to Kris and Doug’s home in Scottsdale. It’s a great house and a great location. Everything you need is available in the house. Again the communication with Kris and Doug was stellar. Every host should take a lesson from them.

This was the perfect location for the wedding weekend up on Desert Mountain It was close to all the festivities and close to shopping and restaurants. When we were ready to relax, poolside was the perfect place to do it. Our hosts Kris and Doug were great at communication and have a perfectly outfitted vacation home.

My girlfriends and I spent Memorial Day weekend at this home and we had a great time! First of all I was very impressed with the owners Doug and Kris, they were both very helpful with the check in/out process , quick to respond and friendly to boot. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. The 3 BedRooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, kitchen is equipped with everything mine has and more! Backyard is small but beautiful, pool was wonderful, neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. P.S. Be sure to watch the video tour of the home, pictures dont do it justice.

The property was ok. The floors were dirty. The kitchen not well equipped. Not much in the way of cocktail/wine glasses. No pot holders or kitchen towels. Some pans were dirty. The garage was dirty. Home needs updating. Lighting not adequate in living room. Owners not fair in their refundable policies. Will not stay there again.

Great location, super clean and very peaceful setting, we loved it. Legend Trail is a wonderful neighborhood and the golf course is excellent. We enjoyed early morning walks, hikes in the McDowell Sonoran Preserve and Spur Cross in Cave Creek. Sitting poolside in the afternoons was the best! The owners are super responsive and the communication was outstanding. We hope to return next spring!

Very spacious 3 bedroom located on the Legend Trails golf course. The backyard pool was lovely after a morning round of golf, and the beds were very comfortable. Kris, the owner, was very responsive when I called with a couple of questions. We will definitely try to book this place again the next time we visit Scottsdale.

What a perfect home away from home. The hosts were so kind and communicative. The house is beautiful and in a great community. Having a heated pool was a must on the cool days we were there. It truly is perfect for a family get away.

Kris and Doug's home made for a fantastic holiday weekend getaway from LA. Their home in gorgeous Scottsdale, is well equipped with everything you need. The pool was perfect for the 110 degree heatwave the southwest US was experiencing. Next time we visit, I will be sure to bring my golf clubs, as the course is literally accessible through their yard. 5/5 - would absolutely suggest this place to anyone.

My husband and I were in between Homes. One escrow closed, Are new home no quit ready. We rented this lovely home to land for a week. After a frantic 3 weeks of packing, it was perfect. Even though I wasn’t on vacation it felt like it everyday. Spacious, bright, BEAUTIFUL SUNSET VIEWS and completely stocked with great sheets and plenty of fluffy towels. The best thing I can say about this home is SPACE. Lots of it! Owners were attentive, thank you for letting us stay in your home!

We stayed here for a long weekend. It is a great space with a beautiful pool. The owners were very helpful from the start and were quick to respond when we had an unexpected issue. The pool is warm and beautiful. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood on a golf course. You can walk to the clubhouse to grab breakfast and lunch. We enjoyed our stay.
