Newly renovated ! 3 min walk to beach and Private Heated Pool West End
Tranquilo West End casa bien equipada para familias que quieren evitar grandes multitudes. Con 5 dormitorios y 3 baños, es perfecto para varias familias. 2 habitaciones principales con camas King size, 2 habitaciones con camas Queen y 1 habitación con literas hechas a la medida que los niños adorarán. Hay un sofá cama en el salón. El plano de planta abierto en la sala de estar ofrece mucho espacio para reuniones familiares, mientras que las habitaciones ofrecen mucho espacio para la privacidad. Es un paseo de 3 minutos a la playa. La piscina privada de agua salada es perfecta después de un día en la playa o para pasar el día flotando. This was the perfect house for us. We had a wonderful family vacation. The only downside was mother nature and double red flags at the beach. Thank goodness for the pool to help entertain the children on non beach days which was 5 of the 7 day stay. Would highly recommend this house.

This beautiful home was a great fit for our large, multi-family group. The kids had their own loft area on the 3rd floor (with adorable built in bunk beds), adults on the 2nd level and everyday living on the first floor. Everything was spotless, hats off to the cleaning crew! Our group enjoyed mid-day & late-night swims in the pool. Which was fully stocked with pool toys, chairs and beach equipment. The outdoor area was one of our favorite spaces of the whole house. The walk to the beach was easy & directly across the street. We have vacationed in Florida for about 5 years consecutively and this was our favorite home! It was so conveniently stocked with everyday items that we didn't lack much of anything on our trip. Kristen is fantastic & such a breeze to communicate with. We look forward to staying here again!

Property just as described. Super clean, close to the beach and the pool was awesome. Kristen was so easy and enjoyable to work with. Book the house you won’t be disappointed!

This house was amazing our favorite house yet!! Close to the beach !! The pool was amazing and the ease of keeping house clean was great. Plenty of bedrooms for everyone!! We will definitely stay here again. Owners are awesome!!

One of the nicest, most well decorated houses I’ve stayed at. The pool area is especially nice with lounge chairs, big couch, Palm trees and umbrellas for shade. Like an oasis. They had beach chairs, boogie boards and a barbecue- really everything you need for a great vacation.

This house was beautiful! Perfect location to the beach and had everything needed for our large family! We had all ages from 10 months-80 years old. Everyone loved their stay and the host was amazing!

The house was great for 10 adults and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. No better place to be than PCB in October! The owners were great to work with and quick to respond. Good time had by all!

Mark and Kristen have a beautiful home which is perfectly taken care of. It was stocked with anything you need in the kitchen. I love the location and a very easy walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this property.

Our group enjoyed staying at 127 Rose Ave. The house is a short walk to a nice, clean beach. The house accommodated our large group of the thirteen comfortably. The location made it possible to explore Panama City Beach and other small beach towns on 30A very easily. We would recommend this house to anyone visiting Panama City Beach.
