This location was very spacious for four people. Loved the deck to sit outside. Grandson enjoyed the pool. Was very convenient to all the attractions that we visited. Was very close to main restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay was a good experience. Perfect location. The condo was clean and very comfortable. I would stay here again if i came back to this area. I highly recommend it!

We never got to stay in the condo. The owner responded after calling them to let us know the condo was already booked and the problem was with VRBO.

We had a great long weekend. Condo was very comfortable and centrally located.

We enjoyed the low price of the condo and the location to the lake and pool. Downside is we got there asked for an early check in we couldnt get it but then I double checked the check in time and showed the early check in. We walked in and they were still cleaning. We let them clean and went in at 4. The floors were so dirty we had to wear shoes, the cabinets were sticky and the furniture is very worn and fading. No area rig as shown or couch pillows. Just not what we agreed to.

This was the perfect location for us this weekend and the unit was all that it was listed to be. Very clean!

Nice property as shown in pics, except not lake canal frontage. Amenities were adequate, beds comfortable enough for a rental. Overall good stay for the price.

Property was nice, good location for a girls getaway

We had a blast at this property. The pool was close and everyone that stayed in the area were really nice. Will definitely be returning to this area next summer. Only downfall is the parking lot is not fit for any larger vehicles. We have a suburban and it was really tight parking for us.

Clean, comfortable and convenient to everything Hot Springs. I can easily recommend this property and would stay there again.

Close enough to downtown, but far enough away for a peaceful night. Nice river views. Very clean property.

While we loved our stay, with the condo being well kept up, comfortable beds very welcoming I was a little shocked at wanting towel’s and linens washed when we were charged for a service to come in and do that. We have only used VRBO twice, so maybe that’s the norm, we just did not have that request on our last trip. View of the pool and Labor Day fireworks on the lake we could see from the porch. We had a great time. You definitely won’t regret renting this little condo for a vacation. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the unit, so everyone has their privacy, with bathroom in both bedrooms.

I can’t say enough about Michael’s place and himself. His place is close to the lake with a pool just steps away. It is located within 15 mins of Magic Springs where we spent 3 days. I’m a major critic to cleanliness and his place was very clean. The master bed king size bed was very comfortable. Will stay here again when back in Hot Springs. Thanks again Michael for going above and beyond to get my girl’s glasses back to us!

We enjoyed the condo, the patio, and the pool. The place was cozy, clean and in a great location. We were just a short drive from everywhere we wanted to go.

The owner took 3 days to answer a question I asked and the floors although still wet from being mopped, were not as clean as I would have preferred. (Turned our socks black by the end of the day) Other than that, it was nice and in a great location.

My boyfriend and I came with another couple to enjoy Hot Springs. We enjoyed the porch more than we anticipated!!! property was VERY clean and neat. Highly Recommend!!!!
