We have relatives from Florida, Colorado, Washington, North Carolina, and Minnesota for a family reunion. The house enabled us to entertain 17 people for this reunion.

Paul was awesome and super communicative. He also left literally everything we could’ve possibly needed for our weekend - tons of towels, coffee, water, so many snacks. The house is also incredibly clean and comfortable and well maintained.

Paul was so helpful and gracious! The beds were super comfortable. The workout room was fun. There are so many great bicycles! Walking distance to so many things! We rented it for the total solar eclipse and Paul allowed for an extended stay since there were no renters before or after. That allowed us to miss all the insane eclipse traffic and to have more time to process the amazing experience. Fun art work everywhere. Paul was very responsive to any questions I texted him. We are so pleased with our experience. Paul, Burlington, and the home itself are so welcoming and conducive to a large gathering. Highly, highly recommended!!!!

My family (all adult children) spent Christmas at the Leclair house. It truly was a home away from home. The house came loaded with most everything you could imagine and a few things you couldn't. I had a last minute Christmas present that needed it's wrapping fixed and found scotch tape in the computer desk - you are not going to find scotch tape in another VRBO home! The house had lots of extra toiletries and Keurig Coffees along with real half and half, which saved us a trip to the store. The bottles of wine in the fridge was a nice touch too. There were lots of games and movies and enough guitars to keep Jimmy Page happy. We would definitely stay again.

The property has everything and more that one could need. Many bedrooms, bathrooms, comfortable beds, nice sheets, plenty of towels, and lots of washers and dryers to help make a week with a family of 6 comfortable. And air conditioning on those warmer days in the summer. We were greeted with many snacks water and wine. The location was very close to UVM. We even were able to use the bicycles one day. The host is very responsive to all needs before we arrived and after. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Very well-equipped accessible house in location perfect for all kinds of activities. We had a great time visiting and enjoying all the area and home had to offer. We chose it for the accessibility features and were not disappointed. My mother used the stair climbing lift easily and the accessible bathroom on the first floor was great. Will definitely look to rent again when staying in Burlington with a group like this!

We had a great time at the Leclair house. Not only was the location perfect for walking to downtown Burlington, but the house was clean and the decorations were fantastic. Paul was such an accommodating and helpful host. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Burlington and would recommend it for any large groups going to the area.

Had a wonderful stay! The house was even better than we expected and filled with tons of things, like an I-spy book :)
Just a quick drive to downtown Burlington (Ubers were under $10)
Paul was extremely communicative and a great host! Loved the amenities and snacks the house came with. Would absolutely come back and recommend this house to others!

Great stay at a great property. Location is perfect to both Burlington and Winooski downtowns. Beds are very comfortable.

The home is very fully furnished and the care taken to fulfill your every need is astounding.
The beds and bedding are exquisite. Toiletries and towels are beyond abundant. It’s location is on a quiet street just off Colchester Ave near the hospital. The outdoor area has fun seating for many. There are games, movies and amusements galore. My only suggestion is that this might not be the place for someone with mobility issues as the rooms are full of seating and entertainment opportunities.

Great home base for a graduation weekend. The owner was very responsive to any questions. The house is filled with games, laz-y boys, guitars and TV’s, so no shortage of entertainment for all of the kids.

We had a great trip to Burlington for Saint Michaels College Graduation. Everything was excellent. Everything we didn't know we would need...was provided. We were 8 people and everything forgotten was available to us. It was comfy and cozy and so much FUN! My 84 yo dad was not feeling so well so the stair chairlift was a hit. Up and down he went to the beautiful master bedroom suite. We grilled and hung on the awesome patio. Would DEFINITELY rent this house again. We were just sorry that we never got to meet Paul. But we know we would love him!!

If you're tired of rentals that don't even provide the most basic necessities, this is the place for you. They provide the basics and loads of extras touches. The location is great, close to downtown and UVM but in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of space to spread out, even with a big group.

This was our group’s third time staying at the Leclair House and it was an amazing experience once again! The location of the house is ideal as well as the amenities that come with it. Paul is an incredible, generous host who knows what he is doing.

We enjoyed our stay at Burlington, VT every day in this property. The property is at a convenient location with access to groceries and food (Especially for those who love Indian food). House located very close to the University of Vermont, you can enjoy the beautiful landscape of the University during the trip. We received a very warm welcome from the property owner Paul (Welcome notes, gifts outside and inside the house). We always like to remember Paul's positive responses to our requests. He also suggested we come early and stay late without any additional cost. I am really thankful to Paul for sending us our lost eyeglasses during the trip. Thanks, Paul again for your support and help and also the tips you gave to us. I recommend this property to all for a comfortable stay at Burlington, VT

We wanted a house which would fit 7 adults. This has 4 bedrooms upstairs and one in the basement. Owner had many gift snacks, wine, several bottled waters, so many games and outdoor furniture provided. Owner very responsive. Kitchen stocked very well. Perfect location for Burlington visit. House a bit congested with lots of furniture and chairs. Wasn’t quite sure why we had to vacuum when we pay cleaning fee. Overall enjoyed the visit and appreciated the extra touches!

Paul did a nice job of providing lots of supplies, including bottled water, snacks, and toiletries--and even a bottle of wine. The house is conveniently located, but it does face a busy street with lots of commercial vehicles. So be aware if you're sensitive to that kind of noise. The house has a lot of space, but it is stuffed full of just about everything, including a putting green that fills the hallway. It does have a lot of charm, and we enjoyed our brief stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Leclair house in Burlington to attend the wedding of my son (Kyle) and Lia. The house was perfectly located to give us access to all the wedding events.

This is the best home we have ever rented for a family gathering!! There are plenty of comfortable beds as well as clean, well-appointed baths. All the extras, like sports equipment, TV’s, board games were on hand as well. We have musicians in the family who loved the electric keyboard and digital drum set. There was plenty of space for extended family to gather in the yard for picnics and barbecues. Amazing!! We all loved it!!

The stay was fine. Check in was easy. My friend got sick and threw up in one of the rooms resulting in him discarding the sheets which he agreed to pay for. The charges for the damages were far more than expected based on the house, particularly a plastic cornhole set that seems shocking was 215 dollars. Nevertheless the stay was fine, I apologized for the sheets and agreed to pay him to replace.

Wonderful
We had such a wonderful visit! We did a family raffle on how many horses were in all the rooms (minus DVDS), and there were 151 horses! We loved movie night with the big screen and we loved our lazy boy lift chairs and it was all just wonderful with all the cousins and family and friends! Thank you for all the laughs and all the love and all the coffee and snacks!

Everything you need
Great house for a big group. Paul is very accommodating and responsive. The house has everything you might need from toiletries to snacks to sports equipment and bikes. The bikes are particularly helpful in getting around town.

Awesome place
We loved our stay at this very unique house. It’s packed full of stuff to not only make your stay comfortable but also fun. Paul has thought of EVERYTHING…games, books, music, movies plus extras like toothbrushes, shampoo, cotton balls, you name it and it’s there. We were welcomed with peanuts, cookies, chips and lots of bottled water as well as coffee and cream. Thank you Paul for an unforgettable experience. We will be back.

Fantastic stay in Burlington!
My friends and I stayed at Paul's home for a weekend to attend a wedding, and we were so happy to have chosen this place.
The house itself is excellent for a larger group. Plenty of space, extremely comfortable beds, a beautiful outdoor sitting/eating area, many showers/bathrooms, and all the amenities you could want (TVs, games, chess, movies, sports equipment, bikes, etc.). On top of that, Paul did an amazing job of making our stay as comfortable as possible. We were greeted throughout the house with welcome signs, snacks, and drinks!
The location is also excellent. We were about 15-20 minutes of walking from Church street, and very close to UVM buildings. This made it easy to get downtown, while still having peace and quiet when we wanted it.
Thank you so much for a great weekend, Paul! I wish we could have stayed for a month!

This house!!! Dated, funky, eclectic, and just what we needed.
8 family members In town for the marathon relay over Memorial Day weekend used the house as our gathering spot for a bigger family reunion of nearly 30 people. The house is well stocked with ever single thing we needed down to trash bags and water. Entertainment options including games, bikes, guitars, keyboards and drums, walking distance to Battery Park and waterfront.
What a place. If you aren’t looking for updated or fancy and don’t mind lots of clutter, stay here. It is memorable with art and books and strange figures and sculptures everywhere. Year round decorated Christmas trees, and Thanksgiving decor. TVs in every room and on the enclosed porch.
Paul was accommodating, communicative and a complete gem!
We’ll be back next year.

Stayed here for graduation with 6 family members. The host provides everything you could possibly need - hair dryers, bottled water, shampoo, body wash, snacks, etc. . There was a dozen bikes with helmets with the tires pumped; every lawn or house game; every ball; did I mention snacks?? I’ll admit, when I arrived, I was surprised by how “full” the house was. The longer we stayed, the more we loved it! We ended up hosting a brunch for our son’s friends and their families between graduation ceremonies, since it is walking distance from “the green” and has seating for 40 outside. Did I mention, Paul has thought of EVERYTHING!!! Thanks so much for your generous hospitality!

What a great house for holiday week with family. There were plenty of activities to keep us entertained. Movies, games, puzzles, mini-golf, and so much more. We especially loved and appreciated all the snacks and water Paul left for us. We had a fabulous week. Paul was the best host.

Great place, great location!
Paul was an amazing host! All the personal touches upon arrival made us feel right at home. He thought of everything that you might possibly want or need and had them there. The bedrooms were all a good size and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were well stocked with lots of towels. The house was very clean. The location was great, near Winooski and downtown Burlington.

Great stay
My family and I were gathered for a local wedding. We enjoyed our time at the house. The beds were very comfortable and the linens plentiful and soft. At night there is some street traffic noise but things quiet down by abt 11 pm. Students can be noisy, too, but again, quieted down by 11 pm. Overall a great visit!

We planned a get together with a group of friends here and had a great time. There was plenty of space for everyone and we really enjoyed hanging out in the large outdoor space. The inside was also well stocked with everything to make for a comfortable visit including linens, towels, and all of the travel size toiletries we inevitably forgot.
It was a bit further from downtown than we had realized, about a 25 minute walk at the shortest, about 35 or 40 to the waterfront. This was made a bit tougher by the fact that there seems to be one Uber/Lyft in all of Burlington.
Overall though everyone had a good time and we'd consider staying again for another visit.
