We thoroughly enjoyed being together and had a fun "game" night with tons of giggles. The kitchen was stocked well for us to make family dinners. Thank you for allowing our dogs, they had fun playing in the back yard on the lawn.

The positives: This property is exactly as described, clean, nicely decorated and well-appointed. Was perfect for our group of 9. Kitchen had most everything you’d need.Hot tub clean & hot, with nice beach towels to use. The negatives: They advertise it for up to 12 but the only way that’s possible is if sleeping on the couch or on air mattresses. Also if you stay in the winter, use lots of caution going down the front steps—very slippery & they were out of salt. My husband slipped fully down the stairs. Also, no Ooni, though it’s in one of the pictures.

Pros: 1/ Easy check in; 2/ clean house; 3/ pet friendly; 4/ centralized location; 5/ very responsive and friendly host; 6/ owners managed to stop by for minor hiccups after a snow storm;7/ great back yard; 8/ great game room Cons: 1/ house is considered 5bdrms-2baths-bottom bathroom is somehow not so functional if you are all adults full house; 2/ Hot tub outside has not been cleaned for quite some time; 3/ one of the bottom bedrooms(next to bathroom) has a water leak from behind the bed wall; 4/no bathroom/powder room on mail floor. Overall we had a pleasant stay here.

We stayed here for a long weekend over our daughter’s college graduation weekend. Great space outside for entertaining and the kitchen is very well stocked! Great fenced yard that our two small dogs loved. Lots of stairs throughout the house so keep that in mind if you have older people like we did-we made it work and it was fine though. We had a wonderful time at this property!

Listing was very misleading. We are very easy going and this was our 15 annual trip and never been as disappointed. Game room - Xbox did not have a power cord. This was our 15th annual ski trip, and we specifically chose this house because we have a tradition of having a madden video game tournament, which we could not do. futon that contributed to the additional sleeping numbers was not present. Pool table was unusable due to the felt peeling and was in horrible shape. House claims to sleep 14 but could only accommodate maximum 10 in beds, especially considering the futon in the game room was not present Hot tub was slimy and needs to be cleaned. We paid a premium for the house because it had a hot tub and it was barely usable. House claims to accommodate 14 but there were minimal towels available. We had to do laundry multiple times during the week to have shower towels. Lamp in the upstairs king bedroom did not work. Bedroom 5 is misleading as you can only access it through the downstairs bathroom. If someone is using the bathroom you’re trapped in your room until they’re done. Kitchen - stove was dirty upon arrival. Fridge had open food that needed to be thrown away aside from condiments. Dish washer was full of dirty dishes and had not been run. Basement rooms did not have actual heat and the owner gave attitude about how to solve the problem with space heaters which were not discussed ahead of time Downstairs bathroom - the entire bathroom floods when you use the shower, limiting us to one shower for 12 guests. Fan in the downstairs bathroom did not work either.

The house was roomy but yet cozy, enjoyed having a separate area from the living room to watch tv and the game room was really fun for our grandchildren and adults. Centrally located to shopping but yet far enough from the hubbub to notice it was so close. The management was ever so quick to respond to any needs we had.

We knew we were not staying in luxury, but we could not ignore the ant problem. They were everywhere inside and outside. The hosts provided spray though! We were a group of friends, and the bathroom situation was less than ideal. To enter one bedroom you had to go through a bathroom, there was no other way to enter the bedroom with the full size bed. It was a bit of a privacy issue for us, and we felt this should have been stated in the listing. The kitchen was small but usable. There were no potholders available to us, only one extra role of paper towels for a week, and not enough hand towels. When we booked the listing we were all excited about the pizza oven, it is not there anymore so that was a little disappointing to us. Overall, the hot tub was a great bonus in the evenings and the place served it’s purpose for the group with only minor setbacks!

The property was ok and met the basic needs. The air conditioning was a bonus since it was extremely hot the week of our stay. Game room was great, but pool table needs repair and pool cues were broken. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean but appliances and grill need a thorough scrubbing and almost every drawer in the kitchen was crowded with every kitchen gadget you could imagine but for a wine opener. Would be nice if the owner would provide ample toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. There is an ant problem inside and outside; ant spray and traps were provided, the ant trap next to the oven was full by the end of our stay.

When we first got there I noticed that the outdoor pizza oven was not there. I purchased everything to make pizzas for 4 adult's and 5 children. They said they forgot to tell me. Also there's only 2 TV's in the bedroom's out of 5 and one didn't work so we had to buy a fire stick so grandma could watch TV in her room at night. Told owner right away. Opened BBQ and it was filthy dirty and tank was empty. Also extremely bad ant problem. I am a clean person so I am constantly cleaning. Got up in morning and ants everywhere on kitchen counter and outside in patio and yards. You get covered in them. House was ok but nothing spectacular. Very disappointed.

House was great and had everything it said it would! Close to highway and short drive to ski resorts. Looovved the backyard and fire pit! Even Had an issue with the breaker in the house and they were super responsive. Would stay there again!

This place was perfect! The homeowners were super responsive and welcoming. The layout of the home was great! When we walked in, it smelled clean and fresh and looked wonderful! We had everything we needed right at our fingertips and even had things available that we didn’t know we would need but that came in handy. The game room was awesome and we spent a lot of family time hanging out together and having fun! Although it rained all weekend and we weren’t able to get outside and enjoy the amenities, the back patio, hot tub, and fire pit looked amazing! It was well organized and had so much to offer! Definitely a VRBO we would visit again! Thank you!

The home home was great for our family to get together from Colorado, Idaho, and Utah. Zach was incredibly responsive to any questions before we arrived as well as when we were there. The game room in the garage was a great gathering place for us.

The owner was very supportive and responsive. The house was clean and orderly. One suggestion would be to bring toilet paper with... We had 5 girls for a week and only 4 rolls of toilet paper provided. Not nearly enough! Plenty of towels and other supplies tho. Overall, a lovely experience.

We enjoyed our long weekend stay at this property. Even though it was a hot weekend, the covered patio was a great place to relax. The home was very clean and has all the amenities necessary to entertain a group of friends or an extended family. The only small issue was sometimes the flight path for SLC airport was directly overhead and landing planes were quite loud. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

This house is located in the middle of a suburban residential neighborhood outside of Salt Lake City. The location allows for easy access to downtown (15-20 minutes) and the ski areas (40 minutes) and there are the typical suburban amenities all around (grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, etc.). The house itself has a feeling that the Owner's are living there when guests are not there, including family photos on the walls and the best-stocked pantry I've seen at a rental property. The fridge also included some food and drinks, likely left from the prior renters or perhaps the Owners. Our visit got off to a rough start - the night before we were to arrive we had not yet received check-in instructions. I did receive them once I reached out to the Owner to ask for them, so no problem there. Upon arrival, we found that the home's alarm system was active and we had no means for disarming it because we were not given a code for this system, only for the entry door lock. As a result of attempting to silence the alarm's chirping, it was accidentally set off, which sent my family screaming to the outdoors to escape the deafening alarm. An attempt to call the emergency number was not answered. The monitoring company called the house and ultimately disarmed the alarm, and eventually the Owners called. A visit from the Owner was required to ultimately turn off the system since the chirping continued even after the system was disarmed. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, and we were able to get by with what was provided for pots and pans. Unfortunately, when we turned on the oven to pre-heat, we found that the last people to cook in it had spilled something, so the house was filled with a burning smell for a little while until we could aerate the place by opening the windows and letting in the 100 degree outside air. The house cooled back down pretty quickly once we were able to close things up again. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable. The game room was enjoyed by our two boys. We did not make use of the basement bathroom or sleeping spaces, but we did note that it was quite cool down there. Although the stay started poorly, overall it was fine as a jumping off point and a place to rest our heads.

Kids had a great time. Wide variety of games and activities to keep everyone occupied. Clean home and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom necessities. Nicely updated and decorated. Private. Neighborhood was quiet. Owners communicated quickly and were very accommodating. We had a great time!

My family and I needed a big house with a lot of activities for keeping little ones entertained, and this house did NOT disappoint. We had 3 families staying together, visiting our brother who lives in SLC... it was perfectly located we got to every destination within 30-45 mins and it was big enough that even with several little kids we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The listing shows there is a King bed downstairs, but there is not. Only 1 king in the house, so that was a bummer... but it was the only bummer of the trip. The house was very clean, well maintained, and well stocked. The backyard and game room were the biggest hits! The owners were very easy to work with, replied quickly, and came to our rescue when we had issues with one of the TV's. They also gave us some pointers on sightseeing, and we were SO glad they did. The views through Guardmans Pass are not to be missed, they are amazing! We will definitely be staying here again in the future, thanks for everything Zach and Tammy!

We had a great stay in the home. The owners have thought of everything to make a stay very comfortable. It was extremely clean and all of the amenities were great. I would recommend this house and I would stay here again.

We were a group of friends traveling to Utah for our ski trip. The house was great, with lots of space and private hot tub and game room :) The house is centrally located to any ski resorts: Alta, Snowbird, Park City, Deer Valley. We LOVED the house and Zach was always were helpful.

Our family of five adults stayed for five nights for a March ski vacation. The home was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of amenities to keep ourselves entertained (we loved the gamer room) and is probably the best stocked vacation home we have ever stayed at. Great location, convenient to the highway and at just a mile from a Costco and a mall, we were able to prepare our meals with ease. The backyard hot tub allowed us to relax after our days on the slopes. Safe and secure home in a friendly neighborhood, we would love to stay here next spring when we need to hit the slopes again. Owner is very responsive and made sure that all our questions were answered quickly. Highly recommended.

This was a great property. I rent a lot of VRBO's and no complaints. Zach was great to work with and everything was in order. It was a 15 min drive into downtown Salt Lake City.
