Needs some updating however any issues we had were very quickly dealt with

the property was 5 minutes walk from the beach

it was dirty, the bad was uncomfortable, the shower was leaking, the shutter for breaking

Location in centre off El Medano, quiet area

Matressess including couch need to be replaced

Very convenient location

Lived there for 28 days and the apartment has everything l need to feel like at home: well equipped kitchen, great sofa and bed, TV, bath tub and many more. Hosts are super kind and attentive, location is great - in the centre and close both to the main supermarket and beach!

Main bedroom is noisy. I was using earplugs, but the street is so narrow, all the sounds echoing and window is not very soundproof ( I was using second bedroom to sleep, it is much quieter. It is quiet in the living room, too. Otherwise everything was great 😊

No shutter or dark drapery, so too much natural light can get at night in the room. No parking place

The people who run it are nice. The location is good

The pictures don’t show you how worn old and broken everything is. There was almost no hot water, the washing machine had to be fixed. I could hear everything from neighbors and smell their smoke. I was eventually given a refund

Convenient location, value for money, appt has eveything you need, flexible with check out, and option of garage
