The hosts greeted us and introduced us to the apartment which was everything that had been promised. We were a family of six including two young children, parents and grandparents. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, the facilities excellent and the position, right on beach with superb views, could not be better. Just be aware that there are a number of steps to negotiate to access the apartment. It was early season but a number of local restaurants were open. Trogir is easy to reach by taxi, bus or walking (steep hills but worth it!). We would recommend this apartment for a family holiday. Croatia is great and the people who all seem to speak good English are warm and helpful!

My friend and I have just returned from our holiday and can honestly say it is the best holiday venue we have stayed in. The apartment, hosts, location and view from the balcony will be hard to beat. We stayed on the beach in front of the apartment until the sun went down then walked 20 ft back and sat on the balcony with a drink to watch the sunset ……. It’s perfect….. quiet as no passing traffic but lots of people and boat watching. We walked to the Laganini beach club on the other side of the island …. great music, food and location. Trogir Old Town is a must and you can walk or get a ferry from the harbour. Plenty of bars and restaurants within a 30 second walk. The sea is crystal clear and there is often a lovely breeze in the afternoon. Most of all, the hosts Dragon and Anita are lovely, nothing is too much trouble, we could ask them anything and they helped us, Dragon even offered to pick us up and take us back to the airport for a small charge which made our journey so easy. Don’t hesitate to book this property, it’s spacious and better equipped than my house but you will live on the balcony watching the world go by and unforgettable sunsets …. enjoy!

Okrug gornji is a beautiful resort. The apartment has two good sized rooms. The master room has its own onsuite and a small side balcony with sea view. There is everything you could need for your stay. It's a very short walk to bars on the sea front and restaurants. Dragan and Anita were fantastic hosts and we hope to be back soon.

Wir waren 6 Personen in dieser Wohnung, Platz war für alle da. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet, voralem die Küche. Wir haben auch viel gekocht. Das beste war natürlich der Balkon. Die Aussicht haben wir jede Zeit genossen. Die Besitzerin ist eine sehr nette Frau und sehr hilfsbereit. Bei unseren Ankunft wurden wir mit einer Flasche Wein, Käse und Schinken begrüßt. Unser Urlaub war toll. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

The apartment was fantastic with great view from balcony, sunset is amazing. The apartment had everything that you need. The hosts are "world-class" there is no doubt about that, very, very nice and helpful!!!

Great house, great hosts, great views, in a great location. Walk out of the house and on to the beach. Enjoy sunsets from the balcony. Short walk along the beach to dining and nightlight. House has everything you need: full kitchen, big TV, two bathrooms, covered parking. Would definitely stay again.

Die Lage des Apartments war perfekt. Es lag direkt am Strand und in der Nähe zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Trotzdem war es angenehm ruhig. Die nächtgrößere Stadt war schnell per Wasser-Taxi zu erreichen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und haben uns stets unsere Privatsphäre gelassen. Bei Fragen hatten sie immer ein offenes Ohr. Das Apartment selbst war sehr gut ausgestattet und in einem Top-Zustand. Wir würden sofort wieder dort Urlaub machen wollen.

Das Appartement ist genauso wie es beschrieben wurde. Anita und Dragan sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Liegen für den Strand stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Der Ausblick auf‘s Meer ist ein Traum. War für uns perfekt, da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind, leider nur eine Woche bleiben konnten und uns einfach nur erholen wollten. Auto braucht man vor Ort nicht, alles schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen, super Restaurants in der Nähe, Lebensmittelgeschäft und tolle Bäckereien. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-)

Das Appartement war das Beste, was wir bisher hatten. Von der Ausstattung ließ die Wohnung keine Wünsche offen. Wir hatten noch nie eine solche Küchenausstattung, alles, aber wirklich alles vorhanden. Der Vermieter Dragan war sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich. Alles in allem ein perfektes Appartement an einem perfekten Ort!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Meer an einem kleinen, romantischen Hafen. Der Blick vom Balkon ist traumhaft. Schöner kann man nicht wohnen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hervorragend, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Ein Parkplatz ist am Haus vorhanden. Die Vermieter Anita und Dragan sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Empfangen würden wir mit einer Schinken- und Käseplatte, Wein und Wasser. Auch zwischendurch gab es frisches Obst, sehr lecker. Viele lieben Dank nochmals an Anita und Dragan. Ihr seid die Besten und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastic apartment in fantastic coastal location. Wholeheartedly recommend

En fin och rymlig lägenhet precis vid vattnet. Balkong med utsikt över stranden och staden. Okrug Gornji är en turiststad med mycket folk under högsäsong så om man letar efter något lugnt och pittoreskt ställe är det kanske inte hit man skall åka. Fem minuter bort med bil finns en väldigt fin strand som heter Duga beach.

Appartement in super Lage und mit toller Aussicht vom Balkon auf den kleinen Hafen, Promenade und den Strand. Das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, einfach top! Die Gastgeber Anita und Dragan sind supernett, aber nicht aufdringlich! Würden das Appartement jederzeit wieder buchen!

Super urlaub......

We just returned from a three week vacation in Croatia. This property was a highlight of our stay. The apartment was meticulously cleaned and tastefully decorated. The fully stocked kitchen was a cook's delight. It had all the appliances you would need and was stocked with a generous supply of dishes and silverware. The bathrooms featured upgraded fixtures including a jetted tub and a world class hot shower. The second bedroom was fitted as a mother in law apartment with its own kitchenette and its own deck. Each of the bedrooms were outfitted with fully louvered blinds that enabled the bedrooms to be completely darkened if sleeping late. Our favorite feature of the property was the deck off of the kitchen. The deck had tables and chairs, offering comfortable seating and an incredible view of the expansive bay and the boats entering Trogir. We enjoyed magnificent sunsets that turned our evening happy hours sessions into a special occasion. The deck also offered a birds eye view of the small fishing harbor directly below. The inlet to the small harbor was literally at the property's back door. We enjoyed watching the fishermen sell their daily catch right in front of us as the sun was going down. We discovered a number of restaurants within a few hundred yards of the property. There was a grocery nearby and within a hundred yards from the apartment there was a vendor selling delicious and addicting home made gelato. The location of the apartment was perfect since it was far enough away from the crowds to be peaceful and quiet. The property featured gated private parking for our rental car. However, we may not rent a car next time because the next door neighbor(Ivan) has his own taxi service. We met the owners (Dragan and Anita) at the property and we are grateful for the help and advice they rendered upon our arrival. The cleanliness and features of the property set it apart from others. We fell in love with this place and hated to leave it. We highly recommend it not only for the comfort and enhancements, but for the outstanding beauty surrounding it. We will be sure to include it as one of our destinations on future visits to Croatia.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. The host, Dragan and his wife provided refreshments and a tray of meet and cheese for us upon our arrival. They were available whenever we had questions. The view of the Adriatic from the balcony was priceless. The village was easily accessible with many restaurants and a well-stocked grocery store. From Okrug Gornji we were able to make day trips to Plitvice National Park and to Brac Island, both great destinations.

We enjoyed 4 nights in this spacious, comfortable, clean, nicely decorated apartment,...with the water practically at your doorstep. Anita and Dragen were superb hosts....friendly and helpful yet professional. The apt. was well equipped and very spacious. It would be ideal for two couples. Thank you Dragen for the ride to the bus! We have just returned from a fabulous holiday staying at this apartment, which is situated directly by a small beautiful beach and harbour in Okrug Gornji on the Island of Ciovo. Thanks to Dragan & Anita who are very welcoming & friendly and they ensured that we had everything we needed during our stay. My husband and I spent a week with our 17 year old son and we had ample space, but this would be suitable for up to 6 people as there are two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge/kitchen/dinner open plan area. The sofa bed is separate to the main sofas. We were able to go for a swim before breakfast and in the evenings (the best parts of the day) when the beach was quite empty. Fabulous sunsets to be seen from the beach or with a glass of wine on the balcony. Very relaxing spot which overlooks a small harbour so there is always the opportunity for people watching. While we were there the locals had their annual fete and we had a prime spot for the live band and fireworks in the evening. A choice of bars & restaurants within walking distance, many on a flat walkway so easy for the less mobile. We hired a car but this is not necessary as Split airport is only 11km and the fabulous medieval town of Trogir is easily accessible by frequent ferries from the harbour, which only take 10-15 mins and were 20 Kuna one way ( approx £2.40). We would highly recommend this part of Croatia and in particular this lovely apartment. Very clean, plenty of cooking utensils and towels as well a constant hot water. One of the best apartments we have stayed in.

We stayed in the apartment for 10 days in Summer 2018. Had a wonderful stay there. Highlights: + wonderful view from the balcony + literally 10m from the beach + harbour, restaurants, shopping is just around the corner + super helpful hosts + early check-in was possible

We would like to thank Dragan & Anita for a wonderful stay. We stayed with our 2 boys aged 8 and 10. The apartment was super clean, comfortable and well equipped. The views and sunsets from the balcony are amazing. You can swim in the water directly outside. Okrug Gornji is very easy with access to a good choice of restaurants, bars, boat trips and some shops - bakery and mini markets. Srdela was our favourite restaurant. The water taxi to Trogir is very convenient and fun to go at night. We were there the last week of May and still plenty to do and good weather. Perhaps it gets much busier from June. We enjoyed swimming at Labadusa and Buda. We discovered Buda first of all on the 3 island tour which the whole family enjoyed. The owners care about their guests, they were flexible with check in and brought us some local treats as well. A very enjoyable holiday!

Die Wohnung ist genau so, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Alles sehr sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick auf den kleinen Hafen von Okrug Gornji und auf das Meer in Richtung Sonnenuntergang. Sehr leckere und kinderfreundliche Restaurants sowie ein Strand sind nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. In Trogir gibt es weitere viele Restaurants und ein grosses Einkaufszentrum ein wenig ausserhalb. Trogir ist eine Stadt wie aus einem Ritterfilm und ein Touristenmagnet. Von Trogir kann man mit einer Fähre für 30 Kuna nach Split schippern, was sich auf jeden Fall lohnt, da man direkt an der Altstadt aussteigen kann. Ausserdem erspart man sich das Parkplatzsuchen, was in Split sehr mühsam ist. Wir bedanken uns bei Dragan und Anita, welche uns sofort heimisch fühlen liessen. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Lovely roomy open plan apartment right on the beach front with views of Trogir. Dragan & Anita were excellent hosts. The welcome pack was a very nice touch & very much appreciated on our arrival. We enjoyed our stay here & would have no hesitation in returning.

We've just returned from a relaxing week at the apartment, which was very comfortable and well equipped. We spent many hours on the balcony just taking in the wonderful view and enjoying the sun sets. The property is in a great location, only a short transfer to and from the airport and where you don't need a car. It is close to a number of good restaurants, beach bars, supermarkets and bakery. Plus it is next to a small harbour where you can get various boat trips and a ferry into Trogir. From Trogir you can then get another boat to Split. Who needs a swimming pool when you've got the beach and crystal clear sea water next to the property. Dragon and Anita very welcoming and friendly hosts and were available if ever we needed any help or advice. This is definitely an apartment and location we would thoroughly recommend.

Apartment liegt wie auf Bild zu sehen unmittelbar am Strand. Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern, 2x Bäder mit Toiletten, bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Küche voll ausgestattet. Ein paar Meter aus dem Haus und du liegst unter Palmen - falls noch frei sind - oder in der Sonne und kannst in dem herrlichen türkisenen Wasser schwimmen. We booked this lovely apartment to celebrate my mums 70th birthday, and so glad we did, its gotta be one of the best Ive booked and Ive travelled a lot. The apartment has the ideal position of being right on the beach with a fabulous balcony to see the beautiful sunsets. The apartment has everything you would need and more and the fridge with filtered water and ice saved us loads on buying water. Most of the time we had the beach to ourselves so you feel you have your own private beach and with access to the owners sunbeds to use it makes everything so convenient. You also have use of the owners outside showers to wash yourself down after a day on the beach. Shops and restaurants are close by and the ferry to Trogir just a short walk. I would recommended the TOC Bistro restaurant and TRS restaurants in Trogir which was amazing. The owners Dragan and Anita are lovely and very helpful and was there for us if we needed any advice or help. Dragan also gave me use of his BBQ house downstairs and we stayed in and ate on the lovely balcony one night. Air Con in all the bedrooms and lounge, modern kitchen with everything you need. I can't recommend it enough and will be planning a trip back to this lovely apartment. We hired a car and got out and about one day and there is lots of places to hire boats and cars near too. Dragan arranged to pick us up from the airport and takes us back so everything is catered for. Thanks you so much for our amazing stay.

This apartment has all features you need for a relaxing vacation. The balcony is probably the most perfect spot, where you can sit and watch the sun set. There are two bed rooms with double beds. In addition, there is the possibility for two persons to sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. All rooms have air condition. The kitchen is spacious and has all the equipment and appliances you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment as such is modern and very well maintained. The located is perfect, directly on the beach. You just grab one of the sun beds from the back yard and walk 10 meters! No fighting for the sun beds and no extra charge! Again, perfect for a stress free vacation! Other than that, "everything" is within walking distance. There are several good restaurants. The closest one is only 50 meters away. You will also find a grocery store and a bakery close by. If you want to go to Trogir, you just jump onto one of the shuttle boats which docks on the quay just outside the apartment. Last but not least, I would like to mention the friendly hosts. Their friendliness and hospitality is remarkable. Thank you very much for making our vacation such a nice experience!
