Place was better than advertised. AC was cold, plenty of room for the 5 adults we had. Golf cart was older but worked great. Communication with the owner was also great. Would def stay again

We had a great time! House was comfy and clean . Our pups were guests as well and the dog walking area was perfect for them. Got to meet Brian and he was a great guy.

This house is open concept with full sun all day. We love the sun. We were made to feel at home the whole visit. Cannot wait for next year. As we plan to spend it there Love this place and the owners are awesome

Awesome and we stayed through hurricane Ian and was there for the Myrtle beach fall bike rally.

Property was very run down. Steps where rotten on the deck. Placed smelled like mold. Master bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a very last minute trip for us and we wanted to take our dog with us. This was one of the only remaining properties available. The owners were super easy to contact and work with. The property is definitely older/outdated. The drawers in the kitchen were all off their tracks (and not easily fixed). The porch had some loose boards and screws sticking up. Overall, we just needed a place to get away for a few days but would love to see some updates to this place before visiting again.

A very good place to stay and enjoy

Brian was quick to respond to any problems. The place was also really clean. It's in a nice location right in front of basketball court,dog park,baseball field.

This is the fifth time my family has stayed in Oceanside Village and it was another great experience. Close to the pools and beach. My 13 year old son had a great time with the other vacationing teens at the basketball and baseball fields. Was sad to have to leave.

Everything was exactly like it was listed. Brian was very helpful and responded very quickly. We had a great time and look forward to staying again. The golf cart was an added bonus and spoiled us for places that don't have one.

Loved the community! The golf cart with the local beach access was an awesome bonus! Centrally located and close to everything. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We will be back!

A good 3 month stay away from the snow! Brian was the most responsive owner we have ever rented from. Location is good with a myriad of great restaurants, the ocean, and lots of things to do. Loved the golf cart too. Highly recommend.

A wonderful home in a nicely maintained community. The owner is very accommodating and is easy to communicate with.

This property is in a great location and overall had fun. Property is old and in poor repair. First day there the railing on the outside stairs rotted away from its fasteners. Someone repaired it temporarily two days later. There was black dust hanging off a filth ceiling fan. A/c insufficient although it was very hot. That’s not even everything. I don’t feel this property was worth what I paid.

Great family getaway

We stayed May 11-16 2021 for Bike Week. Property was close to everything we needed, grocery store, gas, dining, shops and a 10 minute ride to Murrells Inlet. Just a short golf cart ride to the private beach access, which by the way, has a bathroom in the parking lot!! The property is showing it's age a little with some squeaky floors, but served our needs perfect. I'm sure Brian is glad we're gone with all the questions we had, but he answered every questions usually within 10 minutes. Loved the location so much, we are considering purchasing in this neighborhood!!

Our winter home 2021 was so clean , well stocked ,well suited for us Very modern with a great porch to sit on. The outdoor grill was a great addition. Loved that we could walk to the beach in about 5 to 10 minutes depending if we walked our dog. Brain and Cheryl were there anytime we had a question.

We enjoyed our stay so much! We have never rented a home before and we were looking to get away for a week with our dog. We couldn’t of picked a better place location was great, house was clean, golf cart was a wonderful bonus! Owner was great to work with! Can’t wait to go back! Oceanside Village such a friendly community! Everything you need is included with this vacation home! Just come and enjoy and relax!

Although this is a older home it was very clean and neat. Enjoyed our stay.

Property is located in a great spot (close to pool and beach). Golf cart access makes the ride to the beach and pool so easy. The house itself is a great size for a family of 4 (kids are 12 & 13). I would definitely recommend this property to anyone with a smaller family.

Brian was Very nice and always answered my questions promptly. Golf cart use was nice to have, especially the Beach parking. Fireworks were set off on beach every night - didn’t get to use pools due to crowds but they looked nice. Staff and full time residents in the community were very friendly. We would use again. The deck is too hot to use in the afternoon but otherwise nice.

The house was very clean and had everything we could have ever needed. Brian was always very quick to answer and helpful. Our girls loved riding the golf cart, and our dog loved the dog park! Thank you for a great getaway!

The property was in good condition but could use some tweaking. The home was pretty clean but a few things could have been better. The shower curtain in the master bathroom has some mildew on it. It would have been nice to have some hand towels and wash cloths in the bathrooms. There was only one dish cloth and no dish towels. The drawers in the kitchen drag so the wood shavings are dropping into the lower the drawers getting all over the utensils. The front door lock was difficult to get into, frustrating. Could use graphite or WD 40. Fireworks every night not good for our pup. The golf cart was a plus and the amenities were great. Easy access to the beach.

Let me start off by saying that I am not easy to please. I was absolutely blown away by the charm and down home feeling of this house. It was immaculately clean, and no remnants of past animals or smells of past animals. Professionally decorated, even down to the details. Hand soap at every sink. Even Covid 19 masks were provided. Fully equipped kitchen, cable t.v in both bedrooms, and living room. Gas grill had propane ready to go! Shower head in the master bathroom was the icing on the cake! There was also a outside shower so we could rinse off after coming in from the ocean. Washer and dryer also very convenient. The southern hospitality in the community was refreshing. Golf cart was a very big plus and parking in the private beach access was very easy and convenient. Dog park was a one minute walk away. (Bring your own doggie poo bags...) I was EXTREMELY impressed with the comfortability of this home, and the upkeep. If I HAD to say one thing that it was lacking, it would be only that the master bathroom has no exhaust fan. I still rate this home 5 stars all day, any day.
