House was absolutely as promised! Clean, beautifully maintained and it had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be full length mirrors in all of bedrooms. We will definitely be back!

This place is absolutely amazing. Once you open the gate, you get to see your own private oasis. A large enough pool to splash and swim in. The landscape is immaculate and well kept. Continue pass the pool and you will get to enter the house through very large sliding glass doors. The living room and kitchen is very open and airy. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and cookware so that you can enjoy home cooked meals. There is even a grill that we used to fire up some steaks. The place is very clean and super modern with tons of natural wood elements. The bedrooms were also very well kept and well furnished. Plenty of space to place your belongings in and be at home. The beds were very comfortable. Had the best sleep there while on vacation. Bathrooms were well lit. I wish there was a better mat to keep the floor dry. Also wish for more hooks to hang up towels to dry and for clothes to dry as well. The place is close to the beach. I didn't count the steps to verify, but loved the fact that I didn't have to fight for parking to get to a beach. Really awesome feeling to just walk down to the beach with the supplied beach chairs, enjoy snorkeling in the Napili Bay, come back to the house rinse off without a lot of fuss. Overall, the family really enjoyed the house and the pool. It was a big enough place for 7 adults and 2 kids to stretch out and just relax. Thank you for letting us stay there!

The home is absolutely beautiful in a great location. It is a very short walk from the beach and a few delicious restaurants. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a pull-out bed in the living room. Note that if you are planning to have people sleep on the sofa-bed, there are no curtains for the large sliding glass doors so there is little privacy at night in the common area. There are plenty of dishes for use in the kitchen. The pool is wonderful but does cost $100 per day to heat. We chose not to and the water temperature was comfortable (early March). The washer and dryer are a great touch! The hosts were very friendly and responsive. We did have a few hiccups during our stay. The first was that the dishwasher was broken upon our arrival and leaked water all over the floor so we weren’t able to use it. No biggie. There were also some issues with the gate and we had to have someone jump the fence so we could get onto the property. Also not a big deal. However, we did struggle with cockroaches during our week stay. We left for the evening without wiping up crumbs from lunch one day and returned to a swarm of cockroaches on the island in the kitchen. We saw them frequently in the kitchen and it was enough to make us a bit uncomfortable. Make sure not to leave any food on the counters. The hosts did send someone to spray for the roaches a few days later and we did still notice a few stragglers after that and checked out the next day. If not for the roaches, this would be a 5 star review.

We had the best time here. The house slept all 11 of us comfortably. The pool was gorgeous. The beach was amazing, it is a few steps further than advertised though. But worth the walk

This was an amazing home to rent. First of all we arrived in Hawaii at 10:30pm and did not get to the property until after midnight. Because of out late arrival we were sent videos to walk us through the house. They showed us everything we needed to know about the house. The house was very clean and comfortable to sleep. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us. The pool right outside was great. The kids were in there every night even at spending all day at the beach. The beach was a very short walk from the house. There is a grocery store just up the road which was very convenient. Everything about this rental made our first ever family vacation even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again.

We absolutely loved the property. It has everything that we needed and some more. The location couldn’t have been better. The bay at the end of the street is great for snorkeling and taking pictures specially at sunset. Everything in this house is well planned and ready to be enjoyed. The property manager Myra was awesome and she stayed well communicated with us all the time. Beautiful property!

This property was perfect for our weeks stay on the valley isle of Maui. The bed rooms were perfect size for our family of 8 (3 children and 5 adults) and the pool was absolutely wonderful. Kitchen is well stocked with all the dinnerware, appliances, and plenty of cupboard space for preparing food. The house is well positioned within walking distance of the beaches and hiking trails. Lastly the property managers Myra and Mike were fantastic, being there when we arrived and providing a walk through of the house explaining all the ins and outs of how things worked. Cannot go wrong staying at this property. Maholo Myra and Mike!

My family had a great time at this vacation home. The location was fantastic (walkable to two beaches) and it had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Nice property, in an excellent location. Pool is small, but perfect for families with children. Napili Bay is crowded for swimming, and the waves can be a bit rough for young kids, but still very lovely. Nearby Honokeana Cove is rocky but great for snorkeling, with lots of turtles. Nearby Napili plaza has a nice market and some excellent restaurants.

Very nice house, clean, comfortable (except for temperature control-see below) and convenient. Well maintained and pretty well stocked inside the house as well as with beach towels, beach chairs and a few kids beach/pool toys. Myra is terrific and responsive as the property manager. Napili beach is excellent for families - smooth sand beach for most areas (good boogie boarding) with some rocks and reef that are great for snorkeling and even a little surfboarding farther out. Pool is very nice, however there is an undocumented heating charge if you desire the water heated - which is necessary if your kids want to swim several hours everyday like ours did ($100/day) - this should be in the property description. We had 11 people stay for 12 days and everyone had a great time. The house is a little small for a group this size but was ok. The description claims the beach is 40 steps away. This is inaccurate and misleading - the beach is actually closer to 225 normal steps away (we counted). It is still very close - less than a 5 minute walk - so I don’t know why the owner thinks it is necessary to mislead in the description. As other reviewers have indicated, the thermostats in the house stink - they are “Nest” brand. They automatically increase the temperature settings anytime they do not sense motion (theoretically to save energy). So all the adults were awakened every night about 3am as the temperature had changed from 72 to 76+ and we all were hot and sweaty. If you get up and fiddle with the thermostats, the AC seems to kick back in (motion sensors activated). Leaving ceiling fans on all night helped a little, but the shear fact the temp changed after you are asleep and under the blankets led us to far less than desirable sleep. For the cost of this rental, these thermostats should be changed to something that stays where you set it!!!!! This problem drops our overall rating from 4 stars to 3 stars. Overall, we had a great time staying and playing here. The location in Napili is perfect as a get away - not too busy but with just enough in the way of neighborhood shops and stores to be convenient. P.S. snorkeling in Kapalua Bay (5 minute drive) is outstanding.

My family of 8 had a wonderful stay in Napoli. The location of the home is fantastic and there were enough rooms for us to have our own space. While the interior living area is small the outdoor space is fantastic! The only issue we had was we did not get entry information until we reached out the day of arrival which was a little stressful. Also the smoke alarm went off in our kids room in the middle of the night for no reason. Other than that it was a great vacation!

Everything listed was spot on. The house & the House Manager more than met our expectations. (Myra was top notch). Garbage disposal stopped working, 1 call & it was fixed in less than 1 hour. WTG Myra & Maintenance Man The beach was right there, truly a 3 minute walk, while carrying the beach chairs that were provided. It's the little things that count, & 8 Napili Place has both the little & the big things, that made our Family Vacation Spot On.

Excellent home. Right near beach but feels secluded. Fantastic set up. On suites at both ends. Common area around kitchen. Nice eating area and pool. Kids and their children loved it. Fantastic for are party of 12.

The home was beautiful! Comfortable beds, furnished with all essentials and decorated very nicely. Our family ranged from 15 to 67. Everyone said the home and vacation was amazing! Enjoyed the beach and pool daily. Host was awesome! All questions were so quickly answered! Made to feel comfortable and at home. Would love to return!

We planned this trip for my dads 60th birthday. This home had everything and more than what we needed. We all enjoyed the pool, short walk to the beach, and of course just the house overall. The full washer and dryer was definitively a bonus and convenient. I would say the only downside is the occasional cockroaches that would come out in the kitchen. Other than that, that would not stop us from reserving this house again and I highly recommend this house to family of 8-12 ppl.

This is a beautiful home in a great location. It is literally just steps from Napili Bay. The property manager was warm and welcoming. She was prompt to answer any question and went out of her way to help. The space is too small for 12 adults but if traveling with littles or a smaller party it is perfect.

Cannot say enough good things about this rental home. Perfect location, wonderful home, excellent service. Management team is friendly and welcoming. The home itself is clean, perfect in size and well maintained. The home has 4 bedrooms and plenty of space for clothes. I saw comments about this but we had no issues. 3 rooms have closet space which was plenty for our 9 day trip. The kitchen and outdoor eating area was perfect, along with the grill. Three rooms have televisions but we rarely turned them on since we were enjoying all Maui has to offer instead of watching TV! We loved having the pool. It was a perfect size for our group of 6. The location is literally a minute to the beach which is just a walk down the street. It is perfect for snorkeling, paddle/boogie boards, or just enjoying an ocean walk. There is a restaurant across the street that has a nice happy hour menu. Two other restaurants right at the beach. I would book this house again in a heartbeat….and likely will!

This was one of our favorite vacation rentals. The location was perfect. It's a short walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and activities. The management team was responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

I just stayed here with some family and friends and had an amazing time. The living room/kitchen area was smaller than expected but the close walk to the beach (literally 50 steps/2min) was worth it! We had some air conditioning issues but the communication with the manager was awesome and they were very quick to fix the problem. I was wonderfully satisfied with this place and loved how beautiful and well kept everything was. I will definitely come back to here next time I’m in Maui. Thank you so much!!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home by Napili Beach. The house is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We loved having the pool, while also being able to walk to the beach. This has been the perfect week. We would definitely like to come back and stay here again!

You simply cannot beat the quality of this home, the amenities, the cleanliness and the beach. Napili Bay is a top rated beach in America and this is just steps off the sand. The home is in amazing condition. Everything was perfect thank you so much for making our trip a dream come true

Our family stayed here and was so nice to have own pool, walking distance to beach, restaurant with great happy hour across the street etc. we had kids 7 month old all the way to 22 years old and all ages loved it. (Napili beach is down a little driveway about 2 mins walking. ) Hosts/staff were so welcoming!

We took our children and grandchildren to Maui and this house was perfect.6 adults 4 children and one ten month old baby.They had a portable crib, high chair etc. for the baby plus bunk beds for the kids.House was well equipped and centrally located.Very receptive to our needs and questions.

We had a group of all age ranges staying here from 23 to 82. It was a perfect place for this. We also had friends at a nearby resort. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it!

Every detail was covered from kitchen utensils to cleaning supplies. We read other reviews before reserving this house. Don’t believe the negative or critical comments! The beach is literally a 2 minute walk with amazing sunsets each night. The rooms have plenty of storage for your things, as do the bathrooms. We will recommend this house to our friends and family, and would rent it again if we travel to Maui.

The location was excellent. The house needs some TLC. The heater on the pool was not working when we arrived. The charge to heat the pool is ridiculous. You would think, your rate includes the pool. We really wanted to use pool and they did get it fixed but on Wednesday we arrived on Sunday. All in all it was comfortable and quiet. We had a good time.

We had a wonderful stay. The furnishings are good quality, beds are comfy. Kitchen had everything we needes. We paid extra for the heated pool and it was money well spent. It’s true (from other reviews) that two rooms need dressers or suitcase racks. It was tough keeping suitcases on the floor. I disagree with other reviewers who thought the AC wasn’t working. They likely didn’t realize that if you leave the patio door or windows open, that the AC shuts off. The beach is about a 2 minute walk. Great restaurant across the street. Almost no downsides to this place.

Our Family loved this home. The beautifully appointed 4 bedroom new construction home is located close to the Beach, Shops and between Kapalua and Lahaina. 2 Master suites with ensuites, 1 Queen bedroom and 1 Twin/BunkBed room gave us lots of space. The home was comfortable and had every amenity we needed for our stay. The Pool was great, heated and just the right size for our young family. Napili Bay Beach was a short 2min walk down the road, it's one of the best beaches on that side of Maui where you can snorkel with large Turtles in the bay. The Beach has 2 restaurants located on both sides of the Beach; (The Gazebo - great breakfast spot, SeaHouse - great patio for Lunch/Dinner). For Golfers this location is perfect with Kapalua Pineapple Hill & Plantation courses within a 5min drive. We dined all over the Island from Lahaina 15min drive, Kaanapali 10min drive and Kapalua 5min drive to some of the best restaurants in the area. Myra our Host was amazing to deal with, accommodating and made sure our stay was enjoyable.
