We are truly grateful for this amazing location. The proximity to the beach as well as the heated pool gave us plenty to do over the colder temperatures of the Christmas holiday

The home was perfectly laid out. Our son, his wife, and their 2 year old had the first floor. Since they get up early, the 4 older adults on the 2nd floor didn’t hear them. Everyone loved the pool and how close local restaurants were. We enjoyed walking to dinner, and to the beach. The kitchen had every dish, glass, mixer, etc that we needed. We picked up a shrimp boil from the local seafood store and cooked at the rental. We had pizza from around the corner on a rainy day! The management team checked in with us via text to make sure everything was working as expected. Highly recommend this rental!

Very clean beautiful pool very close to all

The property is very convenient, one block from the several beach access locations, one block from the IOP "strip", 5 minutes from several grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and a Target. The property is private, quiet, the pool and property are well maintained and the communication from property management was clear, timely and comprehensive so there was never any questions about how to check in, wifi passwords, etc. There were plenty of towels and the rooms were well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely consider this property again if we were back in the area, it was a lovely stay for me and my family.

This property was exactly what we had hoped it would be. Super clean upon arrival, lovely pool, pleasant grounds. Lots of sleeping space, nice layout.

Our stay here was wonderful! The management is so communicative and fast to always respond. We had no issues in the home during our stay. The beds were all comfortable and the decor was beautiful. We were so close to town we could walk or use the golf carts we rented. Some nights you can hear music from the local restaurants (not too loud) and it was so nice and relaxing while sitting on the deck. On the nights it rained they have a covered bar at the pool so we could still be outside and enjoy each others company. It’s a great home for a large group if you have one. The pool was great as well! Beautiful scenery around it for great photo ops.

We loved our stay at this property. We had a large group and people could divide up and walk to the beach, restaurants, or hang at the pool. It’s more spacious then it looks online. Plenty of chairs for the outdoor areas.

This is our second stay at this property and the house was very comfortable, close to the beautiful and walkable beach and close to great restaurants, and easy access to family living in Mount Pleasant. Also a short ride into Charleston for walks and sight seeing.

Great overall experience from booking to checkout. Owner's are responsive, house has everything you need, and the location to the beach and all the activities IOP has to offer can't be beat. Would definitely stay here again.

The photos of the property are great but in person the house is even better - it exceeded our expectations! The floor plan is ideal and the decor is clean, new, and has a fresh beachy feel. The upstairs open space is large enough (our group of 13 gathered very comfortably) and the downstairs living area is perfect for anyone who needs an escape. It’s the perfect hangout for tweens/teens or kids in general. The heated pool and surrounding area was fantastic with a grill, multiple seating arrangements, and an outdoor bar and television. And despite the November chill, the kids loved every minute of swimming. It is a three minute walk to the beach, five if you really stroll. The management company is great and sent texts the first couple of days for check in, suggestions and reminders, but did not bombard with anything unnecessary beyond that. This is the perfect location if you want both a pool/beach and sightseeing vacation as downtown was on average, an easy 20 minute drive. Anything beyond that like plantation tours, Folly Beach, Kiawah Island will take longer so be aware. We’ve stayed in larger houses in OBX that did not have as nice a feel nor as great a layout. And as a point of reference we had a senior, 6 adults, a teen, and 6 kids (ages 6-10) and everyone had a bed. (The younger kids shared, and nana and the teen shared the twin room - both fun and funny.) A real bonus is this place allows dogs - a rarity. I cannot say enough great things about this property - I highly recommend it. My family and I hope to return!

We loved the house and location. Perfect for a big group. We had an older group so was worried about the stairs but it was ok. Pool was great. Only complaint is some bugs that’s sadly just a part of the south and time of year.

Loved the house. Inside stairs are steep and may be harder for older guests. The house was great, pool and backyard are amazing. It's close to beach and downtown, but you can hear live music from downtown at night if that is a concern for you. Owner was very responsive, my Mom ended up leaving something in the house and we were able to pick it up right away after a quick response from the owner. We had a wonderful stay.

We could not have enjoyed another place to stay more. So close to the beach path and a fabulous set up with the backyard pool and outdoor area. Clean, comfortable, and super communication from the property manager. Hope to stay again!

Overall, we had a wonderful time at the house. The location is fantastic, just a block away from the beach, and the house itself is quite spacious and very nicely appointed. Our kids had a blast enjoying the pool all week. There were a few snafus: the pool heating was not working when we arrived, and they did send someone to get it fixed promptly but it took a full day or so for it to get up to temperature. The dishwasher also broke while we were there, and unfortunately no one was able to come out to get that fixed, but these things happen. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and were pleasantly surprised by what a lovely house it was!

Have stayed in this house several times but this was first time in summer. House is only a few minutes from the beach and also close to restaurants. Perfect back yard with pool. Our dog loves it too. Kitchen is well equipped

Property was all the hype and more. My family enjoyed every moment whether it was the pool, the beach or lounging in the rooms. Not one negative can we say.

We had a wonderful vacation. Beautiful property. Renting a golf cart became an issue after the host said she would contact the company for us then never followed through. I did not mind arranging the golf cart myself but it was later and I did not get a 6 person cart that I originally wanted.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The house was beautiful and clean. Any issues were addressed quickly. The pool was great and there were multiple areas to relax outside. The location is perfect. Short walk to the beach and restaurants/ bars. This was our first trip to Isle of Palms and we have already talked about booking this house for another family vactaion!

Location was fantastic, house and pool were great. We had an issue with the air conditioning and they sent someone out to fix it on Easter Sunday. Highly recommend!

Great house in a great location with great property management. Beach and commercial area are right there - super easy. Pool and backyard were lovely with lots of seating options, nice landscaping, heated pool, tv, covered area. The pictures don’t show the outdoor space as nice as it is. Pictures also make living rooms look smaller than they really are. Works really well for two families to share (two living rooms, kings and 2 bed rooms on both floors, mini fridge on one level.) Management was very communicative. When dishwasher broke (to know fault of theirs), they got it fixed as quick as possible and dropped off a gift card for the inconvenience. And they even came to jump our car battery. So kind. Plus the house was clearly well managed with easy labels and clear instructions.
