Recently Renovated 2 Bedroom And 2 Bathroom Condo With Many Amenities
Bienvenido al condominio recientemente renovado (8/18) "R & R Retreat" con vista al mar en la atractiva Surfside Beach. Pristine Surfside Beach cuenta con un ambiente "familiar". Este condominio de primer piso se encuentra a una fila de la playa con vista al mar desde su balcón privado. A solo unos pasos de la playa con excelente acceso a la playa. El complejo es pequeño, con excelente estacionamiento y tiene una gran piscina para los huéspedes del Pelican Pass. Situado en el centro, muy cerca de Myrtle Beach, Garden City y Murrell's Inlet, con muchas atracciones que incluyen: golf, restaurantes, tiendas, actividades al aire libre y MUCHO MÁS.

Great vacation, condo was exactly as advertised

We stayed at Roger’s condo Labor Day weekend while visiting our daughter who attends CCU. He was excellent at communicating with us and the condo was very clean. The location was excellent - right across street from beach. Walking distance to Surfside restaurants. Only recommendation I have for visitors is to get the linen package! I made the mistake & missed that on the description. So we had to bring our own bedding and towels. It was my mistake but wanted to include in case someone else misses it like I did.

We had a great stay at our rental condo! It was a perfect location to walk to the beach and also the new pier area. Condo was clean and recently remodeled! Had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool was also clean and well maintained! Would definitely stay there again!

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Condo was squeaky clean. Easy check in. We had the pool mostly to ourselves during our stay. We enjoyed watching the people and traffic going up and down the street on the balcony. Close to everything! Just wish he had stayed more days!

Our family loved this property! It is located in a very clean and quiet area of Surfside Beach and has plenty of parking. Short walk across the street to public beach access and large pool right outside our door. We had everything we needed in the condo and especially enjoyed the deck overlooking Ocean Blvd while having coffee or snacks. We will definitely be back during an off season vacation-thank you!!

My wife and I stayed here and it was great. Pictures are exactly how it looks. Very well stocked kitchen. Easy walk to the beach and the pool was never anyone but us there. Roger was great with communicating. Honesty the place is perfect for a couple or up to 4 people. Only issue we had was one morning woke up and someone from one of the other condos that was smoking weed had flicked their joint onto our balcony, but that is no fault of the host. Also that said we only smelled it a little and it sis not ruin our stay in anyway. We spent evenings on the balcony watching traffic and people. I would recommend this place to anyone. It far exceeded our expectations. Id give it more than 5 stars if possible.

This was our first vacation as a family. 3 adults and 3 kids. This property was perfect for our needs. Clean, well maintained and everything you need. The proximity to the beach is amazing. We couldn’t find anything to be disappointed with. Great building and neighborhood. The pool was an added perk. We will definitely be back.

Very clean well-located (quiet) property across the street from a lovely beach. The condo is very well decorated and up to date, the only disappointment was the fact property did not come with beach chairs, umbrellas, or towels. However, you can rent from agency for $40. per day. Would definitely stay again!

Family Time
This wasn’t our first time staying in this condo.. we have stayed here several time and each time it’s GREAT!! It’s always clean and is decorated super cute!! The kitchen is WELL stocked with everything you need to cook!! There is a regular coffee pot and a pod one, so you’re covered if you prefer the fancy cup stuff! Beds are comfy.
It’s close by to restaurants and stores and right across the street from the beach, so walking is convenient! The best part (for me anyway) is the balcony! You can sit out there, have your morning coffee and listen to the sound of the ocean! Pool is nice too, even though we didn’t use it (in October) . Roger was great to work with as he was on top of emailing me and responding back in a timely manner! Highly recommend this place!!

This condo was PERFECT for our family of four! The walk to the beach was very short and my 7- and 9-year-old didn't complain once. (IN FACT, we even walked to supper at a local restaurant one night without complaints!) The bedrooms are... well.. roomy, and there was adequate room in the kitchen and living room for all four of us. Roger was very helpful throughout the whole process and made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed having the pool in the evenings and enjoying some time on the patio (where we still go a nice ocean breeze, even on second row).

Great location! Short walk to the beach. The condo was clean. Enjoyed having the full size washer and dryer compared to most vacation rentals. Communication with the owner Roger was no issue. He answered my questions and the rental process was simple.

Kicked-Out Without Warning/Owner lives in complex
Caught the owner spying on us from another porch. Brought too many people admittedly but after one complaint about noise, we immediately stopped being loud but still were evicted the next morning halfway through the vacation. The owner lives on property and on the website we were led to Myrtle beach instead of surfside. Would not stay there again but should be fine for a family.
