Lovely little “cabin” for our short visit to Seattle. This space was nice and quiet, private, and well kept. Enough room for us to stretch out and have a small meal. Plenty of parking on the street. Easy to communicate with the host. Thank you!

Trung sent us the wrong agreement and when we arrived, we had some difficulties getting onto our place because it was July 4 and nothing was open. Eventually we got it sorted out, but that left us standing outside for more than an hour after a long drive.
The place was quiet and good for a couple. Didn’t like being charged extra for an additional person who was my husband. Street parking is good for a small vehicle. Bed was comfortable. Location great.

My stay here was great. The property is quiet and well-maintained. The neighborhood felt safe. The bed was comfortable and I had everything I needed. The yard is beautiful, a great place to have a cup of coffee and read. Trung is a helpful and responsive host.

Nice little apartment detached from main house very clean. I wish there was a double hot plate so I could’ve actually cooked some thing in the house, futon is a futon very uncomfortable, but other than that it was a great stay.

Comfortable Apartment
Comfortable and cozy location, both the apartment and the property. Good on-street parking in a quiet, safe neighborhood.
Trung, the host, was excellent to work with and appreciated his check-ins with us. The renter in the main house on the same property was great to chat with.
We were in Seattle to see our daughter at UW and will definitely be back to stay at Trung's place when we are in town next.

This is the perfect rental.
I LOVE this neighborhood. Quiet streets. Friendly neighbors. Park. Great coffee and eats. The rental has everything you need. Super clean. Nice little secluded yard. Owner quick to correspond if needed. Can't wait to visit for a 3rd time.

I spent 7 nights here while my home in a nearby neighborhood was being renovated. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and completely met my needs. I would definitely recommend it to any of my out-of-town visitors looking for more privacy than my home can provide.

The owner is not willing to do anything about the air quality in his cottage. I believe he came into the cottage when I was staying there as a guest (I was out at a time he knew I was gone). The cottage has a strong odor of damp mildew that I bought a humidifier in because the owner will not fix it. There is also a cigarette smell that never goes away. Highly recommend you stay elsewhere.

One week with fun walks
I loved this property because I could walk to the Maple Leaf reservoir as well as restaurants and coffee shops. Trung was responsive and helpful. There was easy access to the highway also.
The garden areas were peaceful and a nice place to eat my meals. This is a lovely neighborhood.

Clean & Cute Cottage was just right!
This cottage is super cute, and I stayed for around two weeks. I found the accommodations pleasant, and all of the amenities that I needed were included.
I highly recommend this cottage.
The owners are very responsive, and the property is very well taken care of.
Was especially appreciative of all of the cleaning supplies that were available to follow coronavirus protocol.

One room but perfect for one person. Quiet location behind garage. I did not cook anything, but there is a hot plate, microwave and dorm size refrigerator so you could. Owner very responsive.

Just a great place for a couple
Nice neighborhood, easy to get downtown or other places of interest. Apartment was very nicely furnished and we had the use of a yard with a peach tree that was loaded with fruit!

Good match for my needs
This one room efficiency off the back of the garage was perfect for my needs, close to relatives and in a quiet location. There is a nice yard with flowers and seating right outside the door. The owner responded quickly to my questions about the lock box and the hot water. He also left a bottle of wine and chocolates. I did not do any cooking, but there was a hot plate, microwave and a dorm size refrigerator. When I walked in, it was generally very clean, but there was trash left from a previous occupant as well as cobwebs. I would not even mention these fairly minor issues except for the amount charged for cleaning, which seems high. I wished there had been a hair dryer and I never did get used to the Roku television. I will look to stay here again.
