I called to make sure they had a pool, the pool goes out right after check in making the rate not worth it to us. was the pool really out or did we not want a ton of gymnastics to use it that where staying at hotel?

it was up to date with looks. big room.

that they closed the pool because of how many people where staying at the location. The pool was the only reason I was willing to pay almost $200 a night.

Nice hotel, quiet and clean, with a good selection for breakfast. No complaints!

Maybe provide a lightweight blanket kept in the wardrobe. The comforter on the bed was pretty warm for a transitional season. It would be good to have an option between the heavy comforter and just a sheet.

Everything was fine

The lady at the front desk was incredibly nice to me when I came in late. The bathroom was comfortable and the bed was super soft. I felt absolutely comfortable when I came and went.

Loved everything about staying here.

Quiet & comfortable

No toothpaste & toothbrush. I had to provide my own.

The breakfast was fine all single serve takeaway stuff for covid. Location is convenient. Didn't smell like smoke.

We stayed for 5 days and never had maid service. We stopped asking after the third day. Took out out own trash and begged toilet paper off a housekeeper we saw in the hall. Pool and ice machines were out of service for most of our stay. The blackout curtains broke. The Wi-Fi was very weak.

Staff pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast not sure why it has not turn back to normal. Covid safety measures in place no excuse for not returning to normal service.
