The rejected us the didn't take us in I was very disappointed 😞😞

the air conditioning wasn’t working well and it was hard to find with our taxi driver.

the location was just out of the city centre with ampble parking and a quiet well kept garden to sit in. The staff were expectionally friendly and every need was taken care of instantly. The rooms were big with a roomy new bathroom

the AC was not very stong

Location of the hotel is great for whose who drives, 10 min to centre of Jerusalem

Room was extremely cold (around +10C) as something broke up and the entire hotel didn't have heating. I slept in all my outer clothes, covering my head with a blanket. Breakfast was delayed and very primitive.

The rooms are quite comfortable and clean. Staff are kind.

We were on the front of the hotel and there was a reception in the tent below - loud music until 1 in the morning so could not sleep. Also the same room had serious plumbing problems - after first shower and all through the stay a horrible smell of sewage. We only stayed one night luckily or we would have asked to change. Breakfast is very basic and there is non kosher meats next to cheese which was a big put off for all of us even if they said the products are kosher.

The room was cozy and nicely decorated. the room had a porch which was very nice to sit at in the evenings. The staff was very pleasant. The hotel itself was very beautiful.

There was a used espresso cup that hasn't been cleaned before we came to the room, in addition to a used espresso capsule. The shower had some issues adjusting the temperature- on one of the days it ran smoking hot, we couldn't used the water (it burning hot!). The toilets were a bit uncomfortable because the towel rack was right above the toilet.

A little bit far from the centre but not too much! Few minutes by car. Hotel was perfectly clean, nice view from the top of hill with olive trees, amazing and lovely staff! Definitely worth visiting.

A nice hotel just opposite the Bethlehem border. Free parking. Nice breakfast and restaurant on site. Provided you have a car it is 15 minutes to the city centre.
