We had a wonderful stay in this condo. We didn't have any complaints about it. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us and we plan to return again.

The water in the second bathroom did not work well and 17 of the lights on the walking path were burnt out. The condo views were amazing and the process was amazing too.

I was a little disappointed when we first arrived because there was a leak that flooded the kitchen, condo had not been updated in quite a while (Formica countertops, no garbage disposal, faucet in 2nd bathroom would not turn off). But the location and view totally eclipsed the other issues. View from 2nd floor lanai looked out over beautiful pool/hot tub that was lit up at night. Our own beach was next to pool. Boats moved back and forth off beach, pelicans dove for fish, red headed woodpeckers in the trees, a cormorant walked our beach looking for food. Spectacular. And we didn’t have to use elevator since we were on 2nd floor so got a lot of stair exercise. View of sunset was obscured by palm trees until 2 days later when landscapers trimmed the trees! Almost made the outlandish cost worth it. Twice as much as the prior year in Naples.

Great property.

The bed in the master was terrible. The hump in the middle was so bad, that my kids ended up staying with their grandparents in the small room, because no one could lay in the center of the bed, the outer edge was sleepable, but you definitely can't snuggle your spouse. We couldn't get one of the stove eyes to work, and I would bring your own hair dryer. Other than that, it was a great location, and a good stay for the price. Check in and out was a piece of cake, the pool was nice and so was the beach. If/when they replace the mattress, I'd stay there again.

This tower condo is situated on a beach and has onsite pool & hot tub. The kitchen has all amenities needed and living space is roomy & comfortable. The master bath has a large shower & walk-in closet. Very nice. Also, it includes a separate vanity area, which is very helpful for those of us needing that sort of thing! There are 4 beach towels, beach chairs, and a variety of beach toys, etc. The large screened in porch is wonderful for watching beautiful sunsets and eating meals. Very attractive condo & would highly recommend!! Swiersz Family

Rooms exceptionally clean, bathrooms very nice. Very private, quiet beach. Only complaint would be the air conditioning put off a musty odor.

Very relaxing

This property is very clean and conveniently located to Sanibel and Fort Myer beaches. It offers peaceful views of the pool and intercostal. We relaxed at the pool and the beach, which has lounges on it, making it easy to enjoy the sun, sand and views of the boats and sunset. It is very quiet and has a great patio to just hang out on.

Really nice spot, very comfortable stay. Right on a lovely little beach (less than 1min walk) and with a nice pool as well. Would highly recommend!

We had a great week staying at this property. It was my family of 5 (Kids ages 16, 7, & 5) and the space was perfect for that. The pool was amazing! This condo had many extras that we weren't expecting (beach and pool toys for the kids). My only word of caution to others is that in order to get to anything outside of the Marriott property, it is a drive. Nothing else is walkable. If you are looking for a nightlife or walkable locations this might not be the best choice. Beach was also perfect!

This property was everything we could have wanted for a winter escape. Fabulous location and amenities!!!

My 19 year old daughter and I wanted a place to relax for just a few days before college classes started back up. This condo is the perfect spot for that! We saw dolphins 🐬 while sitting on the beach 🏝, enjoyed gorgeous sunsets 🌅 and wonderful customer service with the property management. You will need to rent a car because this is a bit off the beaten path but this location is perfect for Sanibel and Fort Myers restaurants and activities.

Great location and unit was great for family. Patio looks out to pool and water. Mar riot next door . Check in was a breeze and management was great and very helpful.

Nice condo for our family of 4. Very clean and loved being on the second floor so I could use the stairs instead of the elevator to get to the pool. The pool was large and seldom had more than 4 people in it!

Heaven! Saw dolphins from the pier, listening to the waves on the beach was so relaxing. Quality time with my adult children, was perfect place for us all. We did the Princess dinner cruise offered by Marriott, very reasonably priced too! Excellent staff and food. Left us wanting to stay again with this property. Thank Kara and Kelly!!

We loved having breakfast on the screened balcony while enjoying the view of the pool and the bay! Our first day we saw a dolphin swimming right in front of the condos very close to the beach! Don't miss the Marriott's shady walking trail right there for a great morning walk or jog. You have easy access to Sanibel as the bridge is about 1/2 mile from the resort. The Marriott clay tennis courts are plentiful and beautiful. You need to pay a small fee but well worth it. You should be aware that access to the Marriott facility is not included in the condo rental but can be purchased separately. The condo pool is perfectly adequate and was never crowded. What we really liked about the condo was that the owners were very easy to work with and allowed us to get into the unit early and check out very late. One thing to note - while the kitchen is well-equipped, there are no condiments, not even salt and pepper so you might want to take your own as well as additional dishwasher and laundry soap.

This condo is in a great location. Great view. Easy access to Sanibel. Near marinas for fishing excursions. Loved being in walking distance to the Marriott. Great restaurants for dinner. Staff at Resort Harbour Properties were so nice. Condo was super clean. Definitely recommend!

Very nice condo. Well-equipped with necessities when you arrive. It's right next to the base of the Sanibel Causeway, and shopping is only a couple miles away. The only reasons not a five-star review is the somewhat dated kitchen and low water pressure. Otherwise, the pool and ocean really are right outside, the beds comfortable and it is conveniently located for Sanibel or Ft. Myers excursions. I would not hesitate staying here again next time we're in the area.

The property was the perfect relaxing getaway and fulfilled all our expectations. The views across the Gulf were beautiful. We will definitely be returning!
