4 bedroom, 3 bath house is right in the heart of the U of A campus
Esta casa de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños se encuentra en el corazón del campus de la Universidad de California. Situado justo al otro lado de las puertas de Ole Main, justo detrás de las casas Tri-Delt y Zeta, realmente no puedes acercarte mucho más. Simplemente ha sido remodelado, y es perfecto para juegos, padres los fines de semana, bicicletas blues, graduación o casi cualquier cosa que lo traiga a Fayetteville. Walking distance to campus and Dickson. Enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Beautiful house. The property owner is very nice and communicative before and during the stay. We had a few issues during the stay and they rectified them immediately. I highly recommend this house for any family or large group coming to Fayetteville. It is walking distance to everything on campus as well.

In town for family memorial service
It was a charming little home! Comfortably fit four couples. We had issues with plumbing and the Hulu hookup that were quickly resolved. To be honest, we didn't spend a lot of time in the house, and did not cook a meal there...but it looked like an adequately stocked kitchen. Would recommend it.

Great location. Great house to celebrate our razorback's accomplishment. I would recommend this house for any campus visit.

Great weekend
This is a great house in an superb location. We meet 2 other couples for a weekend get together. It’s centrally located with parking for 4 vehicles and lots of space for a group. We enjoyed being close to Dickson street and hanging out on the front porch. Thanks for a great weekend with friends in Fayetteville.

The home was in a great location, and worked out perfect for a few couples that were there. Plenty of bathrooms For multiple couples. If I was just 20 years younger it would’ve been a perfect walk to Dickson Street! 😂�

great place close to University of Arkansas campus
The four bedrooms fit our extended family perfectly. It was great having two king bedrooms and 2 queen bedrooms. Having three bathrooms helped us all get ready easily each morning. The location so close to campus couldn't be beat! Adults and kids both really liked the house. The owners were very accommodating. We visited in-between semesters, but the area was very quiet at night for us. As another reviewer mentioned, there are only four spaces at the dining table, but our large family all managed fine with the large living room right there, too. We would not hesitate to return to this house if we get an opportunity to visit the area again!

Loved the location, accommodations were perfect and our visit was terrific. Bedrooms all had comfortable beds and enough restrooms (3) for our group. Would be happy to rent this again.

Very nice property
It is in a wonderful location for sporting events and Dickson Street. Perfect house for 4 couples. The only thing I would suggest and it wasn't a big deal is more seating to eat meals and additional eating utensils and plates.

We had a wonderful weekend in Fayetteville. This home is in the heart of campus (you can see Old Main from the front porch). It is well appointed, clean and location cannot be beat!
