Spacious room. Good bed. Quiet area. Proximity to S-bahn station and to Rewe store.

The actual address of the apartment was informed by CONZEPT only after the non-refundable booking was done. The location was not as close to the fairgrounds as expected, I would prefer to stay at another side of the fairgrounds. Apartment was generally OK, but not perfect. For this price I could expect better condition of the shower, kitchenette, carpet, better cleanliness.

I like the location is not so far from train station, pretty close to fairgrounds and central station. The staff are very helpful in assisting since the day I arrive until I departed. The owner provided free bottle water that I could take anytime. Good privacy on the bedroom, although it would be better if there are some curtain as well in the living room area, so it is not too exposed from outside. Good lightning overall in the whole apartment. The heater are helpful especially when the temperature rise a bit at nite.

The TV channel could be added with English TV cable. The bed can be added with better and more pillow ( its too flat and only 1 pc ), if possible not a water bed since not everyone will feel comfortable sleeping there. Provided also with blanket ( only got single size of bed comforter for a king bed size ). No sandals to walk around the apartment. Living room sofa still has some dust, so I fell a bit uncomfortable when sitting there. Not many restaurants around apartment or convenient store ( must go to main station ).

Clean bathroom facilities and overall hygiene of apartment.

Local restaurant outlets very limited.

Rooms are good .

Bed was not so comfortable.
