Three big bedrooms with large comfy beds, a waterfall in the back patio a serious barbecue suitable for indoor or outdoor dining The house was more than we expected

We loved being close to restaurants and coffee. Walked every morning to get coffee. The local beach was beautiful and easy to get to. Are most of our dinners locally so we could also walk to restaurants. We had a problem with the coffee makers and Enrique was very responsive to bringing us one that worked and more towels we needed. Great time!

A number of items did not work in the property: no heat in several bedrooms, TVs did not work in bedrooms, hot water not available in downstairs bathroom, refrigerator had a number of issues.

We loved our stay! Clean, organized, and beautiful house. We loved hanging by the fireplace outside. There is major construction happening on the 101 during the day, but the beautiful waterfall drowns it all out to truly create a beautiful oasis in a great location. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious bedrooms and very clean. Comfortable living room for hanging out and watching TV. Nicely equipped kitchen.

Nice garden and patios, Peaceful . Just, real problems with A/C. We try but don’t work .

Disappointed that upon arrival we found the ice maker was broken and also that the outside grille needed servicing badly. We rented because of the outside area but we couldn't grill at all. Also realized that even with Summerland being cute, it was a distance from downtown Santa Barbara. I wouldn't rent this property again.

Great value compared to other SB homes in this location. Accommodated 6 adults easily. clean and had everything we needed.

We booked this place for it's location and we found it was perfect for our short stay. We could walk to the beach from the house. The house is very spacious and allowed plenty of privacy among our group of 5 adults. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor spaces: great places to play music, sit and converse or read, and preparing and enjoying a meal in the outdoor kitchen and dining space. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time. House was pretty much as explained/pictured. Property Manager always responded timely and was very helpful. Overall a memorable stay!

6 adults stayed in the house. We loved the location, the stone garden and the size. It was clean and great for what we needed. However, the house needs to be gone through. We opened the dishwasher and the door completely fell off onto the ground so it couldn't be used. (There was a label on it telling us to close it slowly so they knew there was an issue). One of the showers was completely scalding hot and couldn't be used. 90% of the outdoor lighting needed new bulbs so we were eating in the dark outside. All the bedroom and outdoor TV's either didn't connect or you needed an "owner PIN" to make them work. When we arrived the overflowing trash can was full by the street so we didn't have anywhere to put our 5 days of trash. The fire alarm needed new batteries and kept beeping every 30 seconds and instead of waiting a day for maintenance to arrive we had to get to it ourselves 8+ft in the air. It's a great spot but needs the small things attended to, especially for what we paid for the property.
