great hotel and good breakfast . when I come back to Choco

Its location is incredibly convenient, less than 1-minute walking distance to a mall and the airport. Breakfast was amazing! Restaurant of the hotel worked well. Beds are comfortable even for people with back problems.

My room had a weird smell. Some of the furniture had stains and floor (despite being tiled) was cracking at some parts. I don’t understand why they don’t use carpets. Check-out took an extraordinary amount of time. Some girls were nice at the counter, some clearly wanted to be somewhere else. They seem to have a problem with their pos system: restaurant calculated the wrong price for my drinks, I had to warn them (and put effort into convincing them) after which they fixed it.

I flew into Quibdo arrived around 4:30pm and was told by the hotel that they had a large group and canceled our reservations. We were stuck without a room and had to find another hotel. The first one that their manager recommended, was awful. By the 3rd night we found another place just a few dollars more and it was totally worth it. If you need a hotel in Quibdo I encourage you to go to Hotel Kamaleb Farallon…fantastic place.

Professional staff, very friendly, helped us with all Our requests. The hotel Is clean and the food delicious.

On the weekend it was a party in the neighborhood in front of the hotel and was loud all night

The hotel and restaurant were kept very clean and tidy. The staff was super nice. I love the location, being directly across from the airport and connected to the mall with a large supermarket inside. The breakfast was good and the eggs were hot. That is usually a problem in other hotels that offer breakfast.

The room wasn't quite clean enough. The bedside table was dirty and there was hair in the shower. The clock looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. With Covid being a concern, they didn't abide by the sanitation rules. They said that they had bilingual staff...that's not true. They had one guy that spoke only a small amount of English. It was very frustrating trying to communicate with them. There's no mini fridge or coffee maker in the room and I had no hot water for my shower.
