This was a strange stay. We had trouble getting in - do not try the lock box to the left of the door. We got in when it was dark and saw that first. As we were coming up the stairs in the dark, there were three boxes in the way. 2 large and heavy. When I told the host, they asked if we could bring them inside. l almost put my back out. Then there are not 2 sofabeds, 2 twin beds and 2 doubles in the living room. There is NO sofa bed in the living room. I had many texts with the hosts where they are telling me there IS a sofa bed and there ARE 2 twin beds and 2 doubles, There are not fyi. There are 2 beds only in the living room - double ish - mattresses only. More boxes showed up. They asked if we could bring those in as well. I thought they would offer some money off for the trouble and the mis representation of the beds but they did not. They did respond in a timely manner each time. Good location.

So great location, obviously a quick flip house where there is very low water pressure throughout the entire home, dirty , unmaintained exterior, sketchy small balconies where you don't want to stand as they are rusting and can cut you, 70 stairs from the parking where you are in the street essentially (when it appears that you can park in the garage in the ad )to the top floor just a heads up, windows haven't been cleaned in idk how long looks great in the ad but not when you arrive, faucet in master bath didn't work on one side, beds have supports that are bricks and falling over under the beds were things from previous occupants , shows various games to use, they are all missing pieces, over all not a nightmare stay but not what was expected

We enjoyed the stay. The only complaint was the strong chemical /smell from the Cleaning products used was very strong and it took awhile to air out when we first arrived.

The property is beautiful and quiet. Well appointed, tidy, and easy check in. Property management was very responsive. Although the property was very clean, it had strong odors of air freshener that needed to air out. 3 stars for this reason. If you have chemical allergies or asthma, be sure to ask the host to take advanced precautions for your health.

The house was functional for our group of 8. The beds were all comfortable.
The living room furniture was really lacking, only 3-4 people can sit comfortably, which doesn’t work so well, so gathering as a large group isn’t easy. There needs to be a real couch.
The kitchen needs to have more pans.
We also found the hot tub to be dirty and the out door furniture was also dirty. Lots of bird droppings .
Vrbo says that there are fireplaces and there are but they don’t let you use them, which was disappointing because it was a driver for my group.
Overall, it was very clean. Minus the trundle in the living room, the mattress was had like dirt on it and tree droppings.
They gave a nice little welcome kit when we got there. I also liked that they had shampoo, conditioner and soap in the shower.
Overall a comfortable place that did the job. Needs a little tlc though.

Lovely place - do note there are 45 steps up to the front door which is noted in the listing. When inside, very nice, another flight of steps to the main floor with kitchen, new appliances, and everything you need - a prior guest had broken the coffee pot and Marbella had a new one sent but was incompatible - we improvised which was fine, small inconvenience. Upstairs is the Master Suite, very private and comfy bedding. Ocean views are peek-a-boo but a short walk down the street, across Highway 1, and your oceanfront. Nicks Restaurant been there since 1927, a gem. Safeway a mile away. Owls hooting away which was pretty cool. Hot Tub clean and functioned fine. Cable TV which is very welcome as many owners have cut cords for your own streaming service.

My family and I stayed here together, we were visiting SF because I was getting married. This space is beautiful, but was lacking in a few key areas.
The first night, we were lacking many linens, blankets, and towels. There were only 6 of us out of the 11 total, so imagine everyone having to share towels on our trip, even with just 6 people. I also had to use the flat sheets from beds around the house to give to my dad who was staying on the daybed.
The day of my ceremony, we pulled back in to the house to find a lady going through the garage.. Was she going through our stuff in the house? Who knows. I asked if she was the owner and wanted to introduce myself, especially since it was a special day and the house was part of it. The lady was the rudest person to all of us, I was trying to talk to her and she stormed passed us while making a face. She ignored me again and left without closing the garage. It was a terrible interaction, I can't believe this was the house owner treating her guests this way.
The house was also not prepared for a family. Being that this place doesn't allow parties etc., and it mainly being for families (which is also why we chose it), there was nothing available for babies.
Overall, it's a nice property, but you can find better with better treatment that is more equipped to have guests. It was not how I'd imagined such a beautiful property experience being on my wedding day. The hosts need a little help in learning how to be hosts.

Very peaceful, quiet location with mature trees and some lovely views. The floorplan is unique, and well-suited to larger groups. Access to house and upper floors is not suitable for anyone with a mobility impairment. Large, comfortable kitchen that is very well appointed. It would be very nice to have the sidewalk lights turned on for guests that check-in late. The climb in the dark was a challenge.

I stayed in this beautiful home for 4 nights with my 4 adult kids. We spent the days exploring San Francisco and the Bay Area and had this lovely home to relax in in the evenings. We relaxed in the hot tub after busy days. The house is very roomy and we were all able to have our own space. It had everything we needed. There are stairs up to it but they are very manageable. There are beautiful hiking trails in Pacifica close to the house. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. Highly recommended if you’re in the area.

Our family of 6 adults found the house very spacious, well furnished, stocked kitchen, nice hot tub, and views of the ocean. Property management was easy to reach when needed for any questions. Highly recommend this house and will stay here again.

A 1st and 40th
We went to Northern California for my 40th birthday that matched up with my nephews first birthday and party. It was wonderful being so close to me family in the city yet far enough away to not be. We had a wonderful time.
The back patio and hot tub was dirty and needed water but easy fix.
We hope to stay here again in the furniture. It was really quiet perfect for our family!

Beautiful House
This was a beautiful house with ocean views! We had a great time enjoying this property! There were so many windows with awesome views and great natural lighting! Warning there are a lot of stairs to get up to the house and unloading a lot of things is somewhat exhausting. I would also recommend a bit more seating in the common areas for a house that sleeps up to 16 guests. Otherwise everything was clean, fresh, and beautifully decorated. Bedding and beds were all very comfortable.

Beautiful home, Good location, not convenient
The house was even more vertical than it appeared in the listing. People out of shape, or over 60, will find it difficult to get to the house. Although there are many beds, there are only 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Parking was a problem. There are only 3 spaces for the house and 2 of these will not accommodate cars with a small ground clearance bc they bottom out. Management was not helpful in this regard, they simply repeated “you must carpool”, but we had people driving from LA, Oregon, Monterey, and SF as well as 2 rental cars. Ultimately we took back the rentals, found parking a mile away, and found spots for 2 cars close to the house.
The house had great views, good amenities (hot tub and Xfinity), and ultimately met our needs.

This house has plenty of space for our family with 7 people and it’s just a short walk to the beach and some great trails. If you have little kids, make sure to bring some paper plates as the dishes at the property may not be suitable for young children.

Wonderful getaway!
A wonderful coastal house in a gorgeous hillside setting. This home had multiple sleeping arrangements in every room ensuring that everyone was more than comfortable. Well stocked with everything we needed. The views of the ocean did not disappoint. I highly recommend staying here.

Picturesque but not comfortable
Property looks beautiful from outside but was missing quite a few items for basic comfort, e.g. 4 bedrooms with 2 additional trundle bed pairs but one functioning shower. We made do with 3 adults but would be harder with bigger groups. Views from the master were probably better before the trees blocked most of it.

We had an amazing time with this property. We had a staycation and enjoyed the location near the beaches and downtown San Francisco. Communication was great and we had a response to every question within the hour. Had no complaints!
