Our condo was beautiful, clean and welcoming. Beach was a short walk across the street and you could see the ocean from our deck! Lots of beach supplies in the garage. Kitchen was well stocked. Restaurants easy to walk to. SeaBreeze is a great company with outstanding communication through email and text messages. Text messages for checking in, checking out, trash reminders and maintenance. Messages were always answered promptly.

We had a lovely stay with Seabreeze Vacation on Anna Maria Island during Spring Break. The rental was clean, spacious and had all the adverised amenities. It was only a one and a half to two minute walk to the beach in one direction and the bay in the other direction. That means sunrise and sunset views almost every single day! Any issues we had were addressed promptly by very friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to help on many levels! Highly recommend!

We have 3 children under the age of 4. Great place. Easy walk to beach. Had everything we needed in the condo. Big garage and they have a bunch of chairs, umbrellas, tents, noodles, toys, etc. already there if you need them for the beach.

Great location - unit needs a few upgrades
We had a great time on Anna Maria island as usual. The location is ideal for beachgoing and walking to restaurants. We’ve stayed in a few different units in the Bermuda Bay club, and this one is definitely ready for a few upgrades. Particularly with regards to beach chairs (the current ones are old , rusty , and frankly unsafe) , a wagon to transport beach gear , and also the kitchen utensils /cookware could afford to be swapped out as well. We had one issue with the shower door falling off that was not resolved in a timely manner unfortunately. Our kids had to use the master bedroom shower for the last week. Hopefully this will be fixed before the next renters. Again, great location, just a few things that could make this unit more desirable.

Brilliant vacation
1467 was a very good holiday home. Excellent location having stayed at Bermuda Bay 3 years ago we knew what to expect. Internally quite comfortable more so than the previous house we stayed at. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well catered for. WiFi excellent with a tablet provided very much appreciated. We would stay at Bermuda Bay 1467 again.

I've stayed at many other properties on Anna Maria and this was by far my favorite! It is super clean, wonderfully decorated and had everything you could need on a beach vacation. The location is great with just steps to the gorgeous beaches and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. I would definitely book Bermuda Bay again, looking forward to my next relaxing vacation there.

Overall a nice place
Our vacation is what you would expect. The property was nice and clean. The location was a great location with lots of places to eat near by. We came from North Carolina and was impressed by the cleanliness of the beach and pool area. There was only 1 issue I had put out check out time at 11 am and when we got there the dirrections to the place said that check out time was 10 am, at the end of our stay the cleaning people showed up at 10 am and they were quit rude and then they demanded that we leave. When I refused they threatened me to call the property owner which then called me, I had stated that on the website I put 11 am and that we were doing our last rounds to make sure we weren't leaving anything, the cleaning people shortly left and we were able to get the rest of our belongings and left before 11 am. I would defently recommend to anyone renting this place to leave before 10 because the cleaning people were really that rude! But overall it was a nice place to rent!

This condo is clean, spacious, and has the convenience of a garage. Directly across from the beach and walkable to many restaurants & shops. Be aware that since it has 3 stories, you get your exercise on the stairs. Would definitely recommend & stay here again. Thanks!
