Este condominio frente al mar de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños está ubicado en un excelente entorno junto al mar. Esta casa de vacaciones le permite disfrutar de la vida con todas las comodidades, que incluyen impresionantes vistas y un cómodo acceso a una larga playa de arena, fabulosas puestas de sol y noches fragantes. Nuestro condominio de lujo está ubicado en un edificio moderno y exclusivo en el centro de Rosarito Beach. Estamos detrás de las puertas con seguridad las 24 horas con patrulla regular de terrenos. Tenemos estacionamiento descubierto y cubierto para que usted y su automóvil estén tranquilos, salvo. Estás a una corta distancia a pie de restaurantes, tiendas y clubes nocturnos. ¡No es necesario conducir! Este condominio es el lugar perfecto para salir y divertirse o simplemente relajarse y disfrutar. El condominio está remodelado con una decoración local y moderna para adaptarse a su estancia. Tenemos una cama King size en el dormitorio principal, Queen en el dormitorio de invitados y los sofás de la sala de estar se convierten en literas.

Condo is secure and meticulously maintained gated community, conveniently situated within walking distance of the beach, vibrant nightclubs, a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies. The complex is monitored 24 hours a day by surveillance cameras, and a dedicated security guard is always on duty to ensure your safety. The host is exceptionally communicative, and the listing details are precisely as described. Beautiful view of the Beach! Thank you!!

Pros: Great property for our family of 7. (3adults + 4pre/teens)
Location is one block from main highway (downtown Rosarito) and several bars/restaurants/shopping right outside of property entrance. 1 block over from Papas & Beer and Bombay Beach Club. Elevators are close by. Pool was clean and steps into the beachside. TVs we’re in every room and worked great with Netflix (sign into your own account)
Kitchen was fully equipped, but we didn’t use it. And there’s a water station that was provided. Plenty of towels ana linens for our party + separate beach towels. Beds were good. Weather was phenomenal, ceiling fans + ocean breezes 24/7
Cons: A little outdated but that is to be expected. Master shower/bath was rather odd. The tub was like 30” high from the ground so unless you are 5’11” + it kinda hard to get in and out. I’m 5’4” so I basically climbed out ;) I couldn’t get it to warm up but this really wasn’t an issue as we took showers at night after a long day so we didn’t care. The other bathroom was a normal tub and had warm water. Bring shampoo and soap. As the only soap is for handwashing.
Overall, we recommend and will definitely rebook! Thanks for hosting us in your great home. Viva la Mexico!

This property is in a great location and was as pictured. You can see the beach from the balcony and walk out the gated entry to shopping and restaurants. Would stay here again! Thanks!!

Like the facility very secthe only problem was not enough parking during the weekend. If you left the facility in your vehicle Will you return there may not be parkig space..

Gorgeous place right in the beach! Stayed here two years in a row. Amazing view, comfy beds, clean space and fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, etc). Two years in a row and will not be staying anywhere else!

The property was clean and well maintained. Only complaint was that the bathtubs come up for high thats its hard for a person of only 5 ft to get in or out.

This location is awesome. The condo was perfect size for 4 people and was right on the beach and very close to Papa's and Beer and all the other restaurants and things to do. We will definitely return again.

Nice place. Apt was kind of small, and a bit dated. But right near the beach, and all the bars and restaurants. Guards were great, parking felt especially safe. Outside rather noisy at night though.

I travel to Rosarito for work and this condo allows me to stay on the beach and close to resturants for much less than the decent hotels in the area.

The view and location were wonderful with easy access to the beach. Security was good and we felt very safe. Condo was spacious and comfortable. Only disappointment was that the grills are not gas and the jacuzzi was not hot and jets did not work. Overall, very enjoyable and would definitely recommend.

I go to Rosarito on business once per month. Normally I stay at the Rosarito Beach Hotel but their cost per night has become absolutely ridiculous. So I tried this VRBO, and this is where I will stay from now on

The condo was accurately represented and amazing to stay at. The condo has all the dishes and appliances that you would need, location is perfect. At the center of everything so it was easy to walk to but high up enough that noise from the clubs was not as issue at all. Sal was great as a property manager very informative and quick to respond when needed. Will definitely stay again!

At first all I kept saying was ‘ how good / safe can this place be if it’s so close to the strip.’ Well I got there and was pleasantly surprised.! The condo looks EXACTLY like the pictures and there was security that would only let you and your party go in if you had the little wristbands provided. It’s so close to a bunch of dining areas and papas and beer is like a 3 minute walk ! (If that) but as soon as you go out there’s a bunch to do. I will definitely be returning. And Sal kept in constant communication before the trip to make sure we had everything we needed for our trip.

This condo is just what we wanted for our Thanksgiving holiday getaway. Centrally located, oceanfront, spacious, and with many amenities. It was hard to leave after three short days. I highly recommend renting this condo! Sal, the property manager, was very accessible for any questions and made our stay much more pleasant. Thank you!

The place was just as presented on Vrbo. The property was easy to find and centrally located. It's right off the beach with a great view of the ocean. Access in and out of the property was exactly as described. the owner was supportive and helpful. We had a great time and look forward to staying there again.

We went during the week, it was quite. A lot of food choices around. Great view. The unit needs minimal repairs. The jacuzzi wasn't hot. The security staff were very welcoming and helpful. Overall it was very pleasant experience.

What A View!!
Oceana Del Mar condos are situated perfectly for enjoyment of Rosarito, Mexico. It is close to everything. Right below the condo is Bombay Restaurant. We rented umbrellas and chairs right there next to the restaurant and the waiters were quick to see if we needed anything to eat or drink. If you are looking for a party place, Papas and Beers is just a few steps down the beach from Bombay.
There are plenty of people selling things, but "no thank you" was enough to send them on their way.
This condo is walking distance from everything/anything you might need.. We walked through the town each day and went to a variety stores and restaurants. Tacos del Yaqui is a must.
The condo itself is nice. The master King bed was very comfortable with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is directly across from the second bathroom and has shutters that open to a view and sound of the ocean. Two couches were comfortable and fold into beds if needed (which we did not).
The best part of the entire place is the patio. Waking up every morning with a cup of coffee watching and listening to the ocean and viewing the sunsets each evening was marvelous.
It is a very secure place. It has gated parking. You must be buzzed in and out the beach gate to reach the beach, but it worked like a charm. We never used the pool, but it looked like the other residents enjoyed it. Bathrooms off the pool made it easy to run up from the beach when the need arose.
Overall a WONDERFUL place - we would stay there again.

The condo was very clean but the patio screens were very dirty and hard to open. I had to close the screens since flies were getting. Our experience was great! We had a wonderful time and would stay again.

The photos on the VRBO web page were accurate. The view of the ocean was enjoyable and made our time very special. The condo is nicely decorated and offers so much to make the stay comfortable. We walked to restaurants we liked for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The condo is only a street from the main boulevard.

Great location! So much in walking distance. I've been to Rosarito plenty of times but never stayed at quite a pleasant location. Security was awesome! Place was clean and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for sharing your home away from with my family !
