The Swizzle Inn is a beautifully decorated home that makes you feel relaxed and at home immediately. The setting is perfect and the addition of the ‘backyard’ green space was a real bonus. The location was perfect to enjoy the entire area and the amenities of Watercolor. Camp Watercolor was a huge hit with everyone. The golf cart from, The Electric Cart Company, made getting to Seagrove, Seaside, The Big Chill and of course the beach simple and enjoyable. We had a couple of questions that were responded to immediately by one of the owners(thank you Jodi) and by one of the property managers(thank you Joe). We could not have chosen a better home for our Memorial Day Getaway in Watercolor!

The house was as described/pictured online. We had a wonderful time — there was plenty of room for the 10 of us (6 adults & 4 children). We rented some bikes, and probably would rent them for everyone as their bikes are in pretty bad shape, but other than that — the house was wonderful and the owner I communicated with was great. 😊

The Swizzle Inn looked the same in person as in pictures. I found the house very comfortable. Stocked with tons of beach toys, umbrellas and chairs. Plenty of books and games to play as well. We loved sitting on the downstairs screened porch to play games read or just chat. You are definitely within a 5-6 min walk from Publix, Pizza by the Sea, an ice cream shop and a restaurant. A bit of a longer walk, maybe 20-25 to seaside restaurant & shops. Watercolor Inn area is around 35min walk. I would consider renting a golf cart ahead of time if you don’t want to drive your car or walk. However we did utilize the concierge service the first day. Which was helpful but they only run until 6pm and something happened that day and we could never reach them to pick us up and it was around 4. It was a long walk home with beach gear. I’m sure it was a fluke but We chose to drive the other days to visit diff beaches. We visited Grayton Beach,Topsail and another public beach just a few min from the house with no issues with parking since we left by 9:30. My kid loved the lazy River and slides at camp watercolor and the Dragonfly pool since it was so close to the house.. No concerns or issues except you might consider renting kids bikes and possibly adult ones. The ones available aren’t in the best shape and are in need of repair. We didn’t end up using them. It was a lovely stay and I would consider staying again. Jodi was easy and quick to communicate with. Great experience.

Well Maintained Home
We have been renting homes in ther 30A area of Florida for the past 10 years with our whole family. We enjoyed the Swizzel Inn Home as it was the best manintained home we have ever rented. The property manager was easy to communicate with as well as the peoperty owners. We enjoy the Watercolor location as it allows us to utilize the Watercolor Beach Club, the Watercolor Club Pool and other amenities.Their was a neigborhood pool 5 houses away from the home we renetd and it was very quiet.The check in and out was great.Highly Recommended!

Perfect Vacation
House was beautiful and the location was perfect! Just a short bike ride to everything. Relaxing on the screen porch while the kids were out exploring was our favorite part. Our family had the best spring break! Close to everything and enough bikes for the whole group.

Great Thanksgiving Get Away!
What an awesome week! Had family for Alabama and NYC come in for Thanksgiving. Can't say enough great things about the beautiful house, the setup, the amenities and the gracious owners. We had people from 65 to 1 year and it was perfect. Thanks so much for a wonderful week with family.

Finally there after covid....
Perfect :location, I have a friend who has a vacation house on Pine Needle Way. Her home is in perfect location. This home is across the highway, but close to Publix, Camp Watercolor, and close to beach, but road still connects to 30A, even though the traffic is crazy. Would definately book again

Fabulous Watercolor house
Had the best time...6-week family stay from mid December through January. House was exactly as described. Completely well stocked, clean, super comfortable linens and duvet covers as well as fluffy towels, fully stocked kitchen. Location was fantastic for us: mile from the beach, walking distance to Publix, just across street from main Watercolor neighborhood but easy and close to walk/bike to main areas including tennis, walking paths, and beach club pool. Amazing customer service from Jodi, instant responses and helped us with everything we needed!

Excellent location...walking distance to a kid-friendly pool, a short bike ride to more pools, Camp Water Color and the beautiful beach. The open floor plan was perfect for family gatherings, the beds were very comfortable and we absolutely loved the covered porch on the first floor and the balcony off the upstairs master ...matter of fact enjoying it one last time as I write this review :-). The garage is full of loads of useful beach "things" - chairs, umbrellas, sandcastle equipment and the bikes are convenient for getting around. Jodi is wonderful to work with in setting everything up and ensuring an enjoyable stay at the Swizzle Inn. Loved it!

Great house!
We stayed a week at Swizzle Inn and enjoyed our time there. The kids loved being able to walk to the pool which was never very busy. It was so nice that the house came with bikes (and plenty of them). We rode bikes to the beach almost daily, and it’s a super short bike ride to the grocery store if you just need a couple of things, which we found very convenient. Because of Covid-19 we cooked almost all our meals and found the kitchen to be very well equipped. Owners were super quick to respond to questions and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

long way from the beach
The beach was too far away! The access for Watercolor renters was a long way down 30A. Be aware 90% of the beach is private! If you do try to use the 12 X 12 public beach you end up with No Watercolor wrist bands so restrooms, drinks, food and pools are NOT accessible from the beach EVEN with your watercolor pool pass! No shuttle was running as advertised, so we had to drive to the beach (2 cars for a large group) and the public parking was Very limited and FAR from the Watercolor Beach Club entrance and beach access. When we did arrive at the beach the space was crowded and extremely limited due to the Watercolor beach chair set ups. So this added to the distance of hauling your beach gear down the beach. There is a golf cart at the house but not for renters use. I wish the home had baby gates due to the 17 step wooden staircase. The owner was easy to reach with questions and home issues during our stay.

We loved staying at this property. It was perfectly laid out for our family and was so comfortable and serene. We loved having the bikes right there and the closest pool was not crowded at all and long enough to swim laps in too. The bike ride to the beach was manageable, but on the far end of Watercolor. The house had great beds, towels and beach towels. Overall, we loved the house and its the best rental we have ever stayed in...

Perfect Vacation
We can’t say enough how much we enjoyed staying at the Swizzle Inn! We enjoyed everything from the house, the pools, the beach and the neighborhood! If you have kids, the Swizzle Inn is the place to stay! They provided everything we needed for our 1 yr old granddaughter and certainly made packing a lot easier! We loved bike riding to snd from the beach and the dragonfly pool being only 4 houses away was very convenient Jodi as well as the property manager were very accommodating during our stay. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to visit Watercolor and we highly suggest staying at the Swizzle Inn! We look forward to going back again someday!

Beautiful home, perfect for families with lots of kids
Place was beautiful and perfect for our families!! We would have enjoyed it more have we come under different circumstances. It was early/mid March 2020 (as COVID-19 situation was unfolding) so we spent a lot of time in the house and in the green space behind quarantining yourselves. Luckily, it was the perfect house to do so!

Our seaside vacation was everything we’d hoped for and so much more! Beautiful house, amenities spot-on, excellent location and the owner is super helpful and accommodating! House is PERFECT for parents of multiple toddlers/kids. The play area, bunk room and twin room allowed for plenty of sleep & play space for 5 kids with lots of room for the 4 adults to kick back and enjoy. Loved having access to Watercolor beach/clubhouse and rode bikes all around seaside. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing Fall Break
We loved the Swizzle Inn; it was perfect for our Fall Break trip to Watercolor. The house was amazing, loved the setup, kitchen was stocked and very clean. Lots of towels for bathrooms and pool towels. The beds were extremely comfortable. The garage was packed with beach chairs, trailer, toys and bikes-lots of bikes. Appreciated the Swizzle Inn Book which gave recommended restaurants, photographers and things to do. The map was key to get to the WaterColor Pool and Beach. When we had a question during our stay, they were quick to follow up. We enjoyed the WaterColor amenities and fell in love with Watercolor. Will definitely come back.
