The location of this property was perfect. It was right in town and there were lots of restaurants and stores nearby.

One room, we could not close it drapes, which made it a little difficult to sleep, since the sun didn’t go down until about 4 AM.

The curtains were in terrible shape and didn't block the light, one of the windows was broken and didn't close at all, the pillows were terrible, in resume between the outside noise and being light all night we didn't get much sleep!

The Accommodation is very centrally located in the pedestrian Zone, Sights, Pups and Shops are in the immediate Vicinity. We had the Apartment on the 3rd Floor and it wasn’t noisy at Night👌🏼 The Accommodation is neat and well suited for large Families and Groups without higher demands 👍🏼, has everything you need and Reykjavik is an Experience 🤩

The Apartment is indicated for 10 People and was booked and paid for for 10 People🧳. Two people then sleep on a small sofa bed, which was also indicated and is OK! However, this sofa bed was not made up with bed linen. On request📲 we were told that we had to fold it down and organize it ourselves - without bed linen😂🤔🤨! We had to buy 2 Sleepingbags in Reykjavik💰to be able to sleep on the sofa. In addition, despite repeated requests, there is no official Invoice for our stay🤔. Overall, minor repairs would be due here and there. Overall, however, the Accommodation is neat and well suited for large Families and Groups without higher demands 👍🏼 and Reykjavik is an Experience 🤩 I wish you a nice Time! Tom

- Location is really amazing, it's right in the centre of Reykjavik, so if you walk out the door you can directly start your day. - They have a dishwasher, that's really convenient. - Parking is really close by, at the Krönan supermarket

- It is noisy, and I mean really really really noisy - from outside and surrounding apartments - The window was broken and taped shut, we couldn't open any window - We stayed 2 nights, the first night there was a party above us - They offer extra towels, but when asked we never received any - The sleeping couch is really bad - we had multiple during our holiday, but this one slept real bad - The stairway and outer hall to the apartment are smelly and gross - Lights in the bedroom were broken, really inconvenient

the access to the main street and being able to walk to the bus stops for trips. Food locations very close by. Overall a great place that held 7 people comfortably.

Can be a little noisy at night but not a showstopper. The trash out front door was pretty gross, and the building smelt like smoke when we walked up the steps. some of the appliances in the kitchen didn't work.

Really good location for food, pick up for tours & general people watching! Loved the facilities was exactly what we needed and clean

it got noisy outside on a Friday and Saturday night but that’s to be expected with such a central location

The bed was hard and made my hips hurt. had to put several duvets on top of each other to make it softer. No bedside table. had to use a suitcase. No microwave. Hammering, banging and drilling for several nights.

Noisey neighbour’s going up and down the stairs loudly, despite there being a sign at the bottom of the stairs to not be loud..

Location was perfect ! Central Reykjavik and just around the corner of the rainbow street, walk straight ahead and there is Hallgrimskirkja. The apartment has everything you need. Comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen. We couldn’t figure out how to watch tv, apparently we had to bring our apple tv ? Didn’t really matter since we didn’t come to Iceland for tv… The entrance has lockboxes with your key and a staircase leading up to the apartment, for some travelers maybe a hard climb with suitcases so keep in mind. The bathroom didn’t feel as clean as I’m used too but all worked well. View of the apartment we had was the back of the building so not the street meaning nothing special, but at least a little view and windows to open for fresh air. Some other tourists can’t be bothered about noise and throw the entrance door and stamp on the staircase which makes it a bit noisy when they arrive at their apartment. All in all a good night stay if you want to be central.

Shower had trouble draining

The location was amazing, right in the centre of Reykjavik, near shops etc and plenty of parking. The price was really reasonable compared to other places we’d seen and having a kitchen saved us soo much money as Iceland is expensive to eat out in.

Some of the information that we were sent was unclear or wrong, like the shop name, the parking app etc - so this could be updated. The flat is on a hallway which was extremely noisy late into the night (3am) and as there is no staff no one to control or monitor this - maybe some more insulation, or other noise reducing methods would help. It’s also much smaller than it looks in photos. That being said for the price and location I would still stay here again.

The location was amazing! You're so close to lots of restaurants (highly recommend 101 Reykjavik Street Food and the Crepe store downstairs for something quick).

Only downside was within 1 of the rooms at night on the weekend it got a bit noisy due to the bars and restaurants down below but can't be helped

-a lot of noise from stairs and from outside. the flat has very poor sound insulation -not clean ( bathroom, shower, kitchen) -not enough coffee -no hangers for wet jackets

it was quite central. a nice space for a big group of people.

please be warned that there are no lifts so you do have to climb the stairs to the fourth floor. you are not shielded by the noise from the street, especially on a Friday night.

location, price was great, suited our needs for a quick overnight stay

communication from the property was non existent. we tried to get transportation through their website pre trip with no response after 3 attempts and then asked for a late check in and was never responded to. after returning from our walk the morning of our check out, we were told by the very irritated cleaning staff that there was no availability of a late check in and that “no response means no go” and to get our things out asap as they were running late.
